Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
Kelly was flawless, she was a fantastic pet sitter and house sitter. She was over communicating with pictures and updates. We were at total peace knowing Kelly was overseeing Leo and Bella. Kelly connected with our dogs perfectly. We loved how Kelly daily took our dogs for walks and even an extended hikes. She has our full and complete recommendation.
Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!
Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!
Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!
Deboraj took great care of the apartment and of our goofy unsociable cat. She went out of her way to bring catnip and make friends with Rowan. She communicated often and cared to be as good a house and pet sitter as could be. I can gladly recommend her highly to anyone else looking. Thank you Deborah.
Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)
Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!
Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen. We highly recommend this couple! Jim & Wanda

Top notch trainers + rewarding methods = real results. Training at Wags for over a year my pup has earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen, Advanced Trick title, and has two legs to his first Rally title. It all been great fun. The training for life program has been worth it for us. Daycare? Boarding? Everything is kept amazingly clean too. Freely recommend them. If you want a happy, positive relationship with a well behaved pal give them a try.
I have loved my experience boarding my dog boomer with wags and wiggles for the past two years. We have tried many boarding and daycare options over the years and I am very impressed with the variety of boarding packages that Wags and wiggles offers. we’ve done their board and train program a couple times and the private boarding a couple times as well. I love getting boomers report card with photos (Some of the best photos that I have of Boomer are from wags and wiggles)! My dog is overstimulated by daycare so I love that wags has the option for private boarding with extra walks, treats, play time, and cuddles. This is the only boarding place that I’ve ever taken Boomer to where he comes back the same weight and doesn’t lose weight for anxiety. and his poops are normal afterwards too! I feel like everyone who works there understands and appreciates my quirky dog.
Our six month old border collie puppy, Buddy, had a wonderful first day visit at Wags And Wiggles RSM. The facility is so clean and the workers are also professional and kind and capable. He has a lively personality and we look forward to many more visits. It will help him greatly with his socialization skills. Kudos to all the workers, especially Corey, Sydney, and Noah.🐶❤️🌟
The people who work here are caring and truly go out of their way to make our two dogs’ stay a great one. We have been taking our dogs here for about 15 years and would go nowhere else. When we lost our first dog, the staff was there for us as part of the family. It meant so much to us, and they continue to be genuinely good caretakers of our dogs.
I cannot say enough good things about Wags & Wiggles. Our dog, Savannah, is obsessed with the daycare and it's so reassuring knowing that she is in good hands when she is there. The staff is all beyond friendly and go out of their way to remember each and every dog and their quirks. I love watching their livestreams and seeing her play with all of the other pups. She has been going 2-3 times a week for months now and we all couldn't be happier. We did the 4 week "Puppy Raising Program" and our trainer, Noah, was so incredible with Savannah. She was a different dog after just one session thanks to his guidance and positive reinforcement. By the end of the 4 weeks we decided to continue her sessions with Noah because she loved learning so much and he was able to really help her be confident, happy, and an all around amazing dog. He was also extremely patient with us, because let's be honest - we needed more training than our dog did. Other W&W trainers that we have worked with there have also all been wonderful. We have also boarded her overnight with W&W and have had nothing but positive experiences. I would highly recommend Wags & Wiggles, and training with Noah, to everyone I know!
We chose Wags & Wiggles initially because of their excellent reviews. After visiting them today for our Meet & Greet introduction we were very impressed with them. Knowledgeable and friendly staff greeted us and our 3 dogs. The tour of the facilities showed us a very clean kennels and a play room area that is superb. Our confidence in boarding our babies there is very high. When compared to other boarding facilities, Wags & Wiggles is the best we have seen in terms of staffing, cleanliness, kennel areas. They appear to be professional and caring which is a winning combination.
I am consistently impressed by wags and wiggles. Our pup is always excited to arrive and happy and exhausted when he comes home. The staff is friendly and attentive. They greet us by name when we walk in the door, making us feel like we are dropping our pup off with family. The web cams are also such a great touch ! It is so fun to be able to check in during the day to watch them play. I am so happy that we found wags :)
I took my baby Snowy to Wags and Wiggles in RSM for the first time, and my initial impression was overwhelmingly positive! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about dogs. The facility is clean, spacious, and provides ample room for the dogs to run around and play. Having had a bad experience at another dog daycare, I was hesitant at first, but Wags and Wiggles has won me over. I loved watching the webcam and seeing the staff showering all the dogs with affection, including Snowy, whose happy face and wagging tail said it all. Although it takes me 30 minutes to get there, I don't mind the distance - we plan to take Snowy at least once a week. After his visit, Snowy was exhausted but happy, with a big smile on his face. I appreciate the detailed report and laminated calendar with Snowy's picture and name. The prices are very reasonable, considering the high quality of care and attention the dogs receive. Overall, I highly recommend Wags and Wiggles RSM to anyone seeking a safe, fun, and reliable dog daycare.
We’ve been part of the Wags and Wiggles family for over three years, and it’s been an incredible journey. Our German Shepherd pup started attending their facility when she was just 12 weeks old, and now, at 3.5 years, she’s still as excited as ever to walk through those doors. Why We Love Wags and Wiggles: 1. Expert Training: Our pup has blossomed under their guidance. The trainers are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about each dog’s progress. 2. Boarding Bliss: Whenever we’ve needed to travel, Wags and Wiggles has been our go-to. Our girl enjoys her stays, and we appreciate the peace of mind knowing she’s in capable hands. 3. Weekly Daycare Delight: The weekly daycare sessions are her highlight. She gets to socialize, play, and burn off energy with her furry friends. The staff ensures a safe and fun environment. 4. Warm and Welcoming Staff: The team at Wags and Wiggles treats our dog like family. Their friendly demeanor and genuine love for animals make all the difference. 5. Spotless Facility: The new facility is impressive! It’s always clean, organized, and well-maintained. We appreciate the attention to hygiene and safety. 6. Tons of Fun: From agility courses to playtime in the spacious yards, our pup has a blast. She comes home tired but happy—a sign of a successful day! In summary, Wags and Wiggles is more than a daycare—it’s a second home for our furry companion. We’re grateful for their dedication and the joy they bring to our pup’s life. Thank you, Wags and Wiggles, for being pawsitively amazing! 🐾❤️
This one-day seminar/class was a great way to build engagement with your pup and get an intro to other classes like Sport Dog, Agility and Nosework. In addition to the fitness games, we also learned to guide the dogs through hoops and complete some nosework searches. Both instructors, Laurie & Corey, were very knowledgeable, helpful & encouraging. Class selection & availability is excellent at RSM and we've already signed up for more.
Love this facility! It is very clean, comfortable, well managed, and has nice little dogs. My two small terriers do not do well with big dogs, so this daycare has been just what they needed. Given that my little dogs have always been home with me, they were a bit nervous at first, but Aaron and his staff worked with them to calm them down and make them feel loved and cared for, and they adjusted very well. If you're looking for a safe, comfortable place for your little dog to socialize with other dogs, or you need a place for them to stay while having work done around the house, or you'd like to take a vacation and not worry about your little peanuts, I would very much recommend you check out Small World Doggie Day Care.
I’m so happy and grateful I found a small world doggie daycare for my pup. I love how it’s only small dogs so I don’t worry at all! Aaron and his staff are so personable and truly care about the dogs!! The owners are wonderful and the daycare is really clean and well taken care of. They treat my dog with love! I will definitely be using them for daycare and boarding always! Thanks for you guys for being amazing to my fur babies.
It is my pleasure to honor such a welcoming, brilliant business that feels like an extended home for your furry loved ones. Andre was so professional with such a courteous demeanor and excellent communication. Such attention to customer service as he made sure all of my questions were answered and that all current clientele's needs are respected as well while creating a loving, clean, safe environment. I appreciated how he asked for all current documentation. An interview/playtime for our baby beforehand as well to ensure all are happy & healthy. Awesome use of space!! Very reasonably priced as we had our Lil' girl spend the night. We felt at ease knowing we found the right place to fit our future needs as well. Always so comforting finding a reliable home away from home. We are grateful and highly recommend. We appreciate you being there for years to come hopefully. All the best...
This team is absolutely fantastic! My pups stayed there for a long weekend and were treated great. The team at Small World even texted me videos and photos of my doggies each day with updates which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Small World and will absolutely be using them time and time again.
Our dog Angel LOVES coming here! When she stays overnight, the owners send us a picture or video of her out on a walk or playing with the other pups. We know she’s in good hands. If your lil dog is social, then this is a perfect place for them.
My dog has severe separation anxiety and a crohn's fear of kennels. But Saron makes him feel like he's home. Love love love this place.
My dog Sammie LOVES Small World doggie daycare, but most of all ALL STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND TRUSTWORTHY!!!!
Great place for the wee puppers!
Always a great experience for my puppy, Tulip!
They care about the pups!
I cannot recommend Camp Opie and Andy enough! From day one, the staff and Andy were professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. My puppy, Rosie, went from being a ball of energy with no focus to a well-behaved, happy companion in just a week! The program not only taught Rosie basic commands but also addressed specific behavioral issues we were struggling with, like walking on a leash. What I loved most was their personalized approach—they really took the time to understand Rosie's personality and tailored the training to suit her needs. The updates during the program, including videos and progress reports, were a wonderful touch. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pup was in great hands and thriving. They also equipped me with tools and tips to maintain the training at home, which has made such a difference in our daily life. If you're looking for a program that delivers real results and truly cares about your dog's development, this is the one! Thank you, Camp Opie and especially Andy, for giving me the tools to build a stronger bond with my furry best friend!
Camp Opie Dog Daycare is great for day and overnight boarding as well as being excellent for private training. Cooper got so much out of the time spent with Andy and we are so grateful for it. Being able to take a highly active dog into stressful public situations and having him behave seemed impossible but Andy showed us it’s not. Thank you for training both Cooper and us.
I thought I was lucky to find this place so close to my new home in Rancho Santa Margarita. They are close enough to walk my dog there in the mornings. They take excellent care of my crazy dog, Accalia when I have to leave her for a day or half-day. And I had no problem leaving her for a week vacation, knowing she would be spoiled & taken care. I got an email from them about dog training. My dog is 6, and mostly well-behaved. She’s a lab/labradoodle mix and sometimes she gets very excited. After talking with Andy, he explained that her behavior was likely caused by me not fully taking charge, and allowing her to get away with bad behavior. I signed her up for a 2-week camp. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about letting my dog stay there for an extended time. But after the first day, my anxiety was relieved. Andy sent me daily videos and explanations of how he was spending time with Accalia and what he was teaching her. Not only could I see that Accalia was happy, she was relaxed and calm. His videos showed me how to reinforce good behaviors so that I could do the same when she came home. She’s been home a few days now, and it’s like I have a new dog. I can sit in the morning and drink my coffee without her getting all crazy any time someone walks by. She understands what her ‘place’ is. And our walks are more like taking my dog to work to make her understand she has a job to do, rather than let her amble about. She doesn’t pull on her leash or react to other dogs at all now. I know consistency is key to reinforcing training, so we work on her learned commands throughout the day. If you need daycare, boarding, or training, I highly recommend Camp Opie
We have brought our dog to Camp Opie for babysitting for the past 5 years, and have used their boarding services as well. While my dog does not love being around other dogs :), I feel comfortable knowing that he is being well cared for (plus love that they have web cams available!). We also recently worked with Andy, their dog trainer, and he was wonderful with our dog. We've worked with two(!) other trainers and both tried to force their training methods on our stubborn dog. Andy took the time to understand what was the root cause of our dog's issues (mostly a ton of anxiety) and helped us be better dog parents. While our dog (and us) are still learning, he is doing way better and seems much happier! Highly recommend.
i started taking scotty to camp opie about a year ago. he was so fearful and mistrustful but they were all so patient and kind in helping to give him confidence and trust. i really appreciate the extra attention and kindness in helping scotty.
We recently adopted our pup from the humane society. On our walks, he seemed anxious and aggressive towards other dogs. He even tried to fight a bigger dog! We knew he needed some socializing and MORE love! So, we took him to Camp Opie! First, we hoped that he would pass their temperament test! Their staff was caring and introduced him to the pack! Our once anxious pup, was immediately in doggy heaven! He was so happy to play in a safe, loving environment! The staff gives one on one attention, plays with the dogs and gives lots of cuddles if the dogs wants it! I KNOW because of their amazing DOGGY CAM! We also got updates from the staff and let us know how well he was doing! We had him stay over the weekend! When we picked him up a few days later, he smelled like blueberries, his fur was so soft & he was so happy to have made so many new friends! My 3 little human-children LOVE coming to Camp Opie! Their front desk/foyer is oozing with LOVE & happiness. We LOVE their Camp Opie wall, displaying many of their faithful clients! AND for a Dog Daycare facility, it smells so nice! I found out they are constantly cleaning and disinfecting to make sure our pups are happy & germ-free! If human kids are happy to be around the foyer, dogs RUN inside with joy, and meet the staff, you'll know you've found a UNIQUE place that is here on this planet to share LOVE. Can't wait to come back! THANK YOU CAMP OPIE!!!!
Been bringing our labradoodle here for over 5 years now and can't say enough great things about the team at Camp Opie. They are the best and wouldn't trust anyone else with our pup!
So impressed!!! Our foster dog is an Australian Shepherd/Great Dane mix puppy and is blind and deaf. She’s a handful and wide open ready to play 24/7. Jen and the folks at Camp Opie have been so warm and welcoming. They were patient and welcoming at the initial temp test, helping ease her in to the group with the other dogs. I love how flexible they are with the drop ins, instead of requiring advance reservations. Makes it super convenient. High praise from us all around, but the best part is our puppy is exhausted and better behaved at the end of the day. She’s thoroughly engaged, mentally and physically all day. Love it! So grateful for Camp Opie!!!
I have to say camp opie cares for our fur babies. I have never got the level of support and understanding for my babies. I appreciate the staff and the owner. The owner has proven to me how much she cares. This is a place I feel safe for my dogs to go to for daycare and boarding. Thank you!!
The staff here is really nice, you can tell they care about the animals. We had our dog here for a 3-day stay, and she was very happy. My wife and I checked in occasionally via the webcams they provide access to, and watch a worker randomly hugging dogs. Thats the kind of place I want my pup at.
Tanya was available to care for my dogs on Christmas Eve with very little notice, allowing me to spend the evening with my nearby family. The dogs were safe and happy. Tanya was delightful.
Every time we leave town, we know we can trust them to take care of our Lily. She’s always so excited when we are dropping her off. Great Doggie Daycare!
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Super care, lots of love, total reliability. Our little dogs are so happy at Tanya's--and so our we, the owners.
Tanya and Mike where so sweet to our Doxie. Nice big backyard to explore. I loved the home feel our sweet pup got. Thanks Tanya!
Been taking my husky here and she loves it. Great people. Very nice and humble. Always willing.
We had a great experience with Truly TLC pet sitting. We were impressed by how thorough and careful they were. This was our first time with them and they came by the house first to meet our cat and get all the details for his care. While we were gone, our pet sitter Natalie came for an extended period each day (around an hour!) and didn’t just feed the cat and clean the litter box, but played with him, gave him attention, watered the plants and brought in any packages, and left us detailed notes and pictures. It gave us a lot of peace of mind to know he was in such good hands while we were away and we would definitely use this service again.
My usual pet sitter dropped at the last minute, but Lynn saved our entire weekend! She was able to fit us no problem! Karen came over every day to make sure our cats were fed, played with and happy. She made sure to send pictures which my daughter loved since she missed our cats. When I came home there were very detailed reports waiting on my table about how my boys did every day. I would 110% recommend and will absolutely be using them again next time we travel.
Lynn and Jared are hands down the best pet sitters in town!! I can rely on them and blindly trust them with my cats. They are always on time and keep the house clean. They genuinely take care of my cats as their own and spend hours playing with them! My cats have become very comfortable around them too. Their daily notes are very helpful when we come back from vacation. It helps us see how our pets did when we were gone. Jared never fails to send us photos/videos too!
Can't say enough good things about Lynn and her team - especially if you're a small animal or exotic pet owner looking for a knowledgeable sitter. Lynn, Jared, Amanda and Tracy have all gone above and beyond to make sure my guinea pigs get the special care they need as exotics and have regularly given medications, hand syringe feeding and extra love and care to my guinea pig with special needs. They are an invaluable resource and really treat all animals - big and small - like family just they way you would yourself.
Thank you so much for treating my Josie like she was your own dog. Will call you when we go on vacation the next time.
Thank you for your wonderful 5 ⭐ review.
Hey Czar, thanks so much for the 5 stars. Hope your work is treating you right. Stay healthy & happy.
Zuri staff is awesome! They are as happy to see my dog as he is to see them! They are friendly and highly conscientious to make sure they capture every detail of my dogs needs. They will proactively call if they have questions and the daily updates and pictures of my dog having fun with his friends when boarding is appreciated. My dog and I are very happy at Zuri RSM!
Our Boy Toby was a mess with his back side and face soiled. I was able to email and text Zuri the morning we left San Simeon around 7am, to say we would be a couple hours earlier than 3pm. I received a call around 11am or so while driving back saying that they could not have Toby ready with his bath by 1 or 1:30pm . After a seven day stay he was entitled to a free bath and grooming which he truly needed. At least the groomer should have cleaned his face and his back side up before he was released. Everyone is short staffed these days, I get it... but to send a dog out like that was truly sad. Otherwise, the staff was pretty good.
We’ve used Zuri before at the RMV location and had a great experiences, but unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet the same standards. The facility didn’t appear as clean or established—it felt more like someone had just moved in to an old home. To make matters worse, all three of our dogs became sick shortly after we picked them up, and we’ve been dealing with days of diarrhea since. While the manager offered store credit for a future stay, that’s not helpful since we no longer feel comfortable boarding our pets here. At $400 for one night (including 2 baths and 3 vaccines), we expected a much better experience and higher level of care.
The staff and manager took wonderful care of both my dogs, especially my fur baby who has a lot of quirks and special needs. The groomer called me when they had questions, and cared about tailoring the grooming experience to what my dog needed and what she could tolerate. Reasonably priced...highly recommend!
Found Zuri completely by accident. First interaction was with Veronica and she totally sold me on the place. I was on my way to another Pet Daycare that will remain nameless but suffice it to say i didn't choose that place. Ziggy now goes just about every day and he loves it and the team there seem to love him too. Ziggy has his favorites as well, he is always super excited to see Veronica and/or Anya when he is dropped off. Highly Recommend.
I took my dog here for the first time this past weekend. The staff was wonderful with my fur baby. My dog was very nervous and the staff was very patient with her, allowing her time to adjust before she joined the group. My dog ended up having the time of her life! We will be back!
I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I brought Bentley home. He had horrible runny poops for like an hour. And I don't believe that he or boo were fed to my instructions. I should not have come home with any wet food at all as I portioned it out for the appropriate amount of days. Their supplements were not given to them either. All in all, I think they survived it and had fun, but I'm a bit disappointed and hope that his issues will not turn into something more.
I bring my pup here everyday! He always comes home sooo tired and gets so excited when we’re pulling up. The staff is amazing and do a wonderful job. Couldn’t be happier! Great addition to the Zuri legacy!
I had my golden retriever groomed, and they did a wonderful job very accommodating..
We had a good experience. Our dog was clean and nicely groomed. The place looks clean with friendly personnel.
The staff at Grandma's Doggie Daycare and Boarding took great care of my fur baby Rex. The pricing is very reasonable and the facility was clean. They even offer themed rooms for the dogs to sleep in with special treats for a minimal price. I highly recommend them and will definitely be brining Rex back for both boarding and daycare.
Having never been apart from my dog for more than a day, I was slightly concerned about leaving her alone for a whole week while I was out of town. When I meet Dave, Kate and the other staff members all my concerns that I had about leaving my dog vanished. They are all very friendly there and showed me around where the dogs play and sleep. The week stay went by smoothly and with no problems. This place is awesome and I will definitely use their services again.
My dog loves to come to Grandma's house. We go three times a week for day care. She loves to go and knows when it is her time to go. Thank you Grandma's House for giving her the love and attention she deserves.
We have been using Grandma's house for years. Kind caring staff.
Kind and caring staff for your pets at excellent prices.
Loud from so the barking dogs, but that's expected. fair pricing
I absolutely LOVE Paws Pet Resort! Everyone is so kind and friendly and whenever I call, they make me feel like my dog is also their dog. Every time Oz comes home, he’s so happy and so exhausted from running around with his friends! He’s had many overnight stays with them and one day they sent me this picture and it made me so happy!
Always a pleasant visit. The best place to board your dog in this area. Leo likes them.
My dog has been going here for over 5 years since she was 6 months old. The staff is fantastic and every single one of them loves dogs immensely. They may not have as many activities as other places do but my dog is always happy, and they take very good care of her.
We love Paws Per Resort! Fantastic staff who love and care for the dogs. We have a puppy who is nervous in playgrounds and they go above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and confident while she’s there during the day. The establishment is always clean and feels very welcoming upon entering. They even have treats for the pups at the front desk which my dog loves! Paws Pet offers boarding, training, daycare, and more! Highly recommending checking then out!
The staff are very sweet, they make sure to walk you through and show you the facility so you're comfortable leaving your pet. Boarding prices are pretty reasonable. We sprung for an updated package and loved getting nightly pictures of the dogs
The staff is amazing. They really do understand the pups. The facility is clean and organized. They even have special 1 to 1 time, lunch and breaks. My pup gets excited when we arrive. Seeing her wagging tail puts my mind at ease.
The team here is absolutely wonderful, each and every one of them. The way they treat the fur babies, you can tell that they have a true passion that goes in to caring for our animals...if you haven't, give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much, Team Paws!!!
This place is a JOKE!! No tour allowed before registering for daycare, the place is freezing cold and smells very strongly like chemical wall plugins, and they wanted to put my 5-month-old 30 lb puppy in with a huge group of giant dogs! I called to see about getting a tour before signing my dog up for daycare. The guy on the phone told me I could come by for a tour. He also said that they would do an evaluation on my dog to see how she was around other dogs in order to know if she would be a good fit for the daycare room. When I got there, a second guy came over to take the leash from me, and the first guy said that my dog had to stay in the lobby, but he would show me the back. I went with him, and he walked me back, pointed to a door, and said that was the large dog room, and started walking back to the lobby. I told him that I didn't get to see the room at all. All I could see through the window on the door was a 5 ft wall, and beyond that was a large room with what looked like at least 15 huge dogs who all looked to be between 50 and 100 lbs with one supervisor. Since I couldn't really see the facility very well beyond the first door and the dogs heads over the wall, I asked if I could walk through the door to take a better look (which would not be getting around the dogs since there was a wall), and he said no. (Pretty suspicious) I asked if there was a smaller to medium sized dog room, and he said there was, but they would have to put my medium breed sized 5-month-old puppy (who is on the petite side) in with the large dogs. After all of that, I was done. If anyone's dog ends up getting hurt while at this facility, I wouldn't be surprised.
You’re always treated like family here. Best daycare ever. My only suggestion is that the live cameras be upgraded or at least pointed more centrally, especially for the big dog room.
Our puppy loves going to Paws and we love taking her there! Great staff, fun and supervised playtime, and the training has worked wonders! The best part? Our 6 month old, high energy puppy comes home EXHAUSTED and HAPPY at the end of a long day. We highly recommend Paws!
