5-star, highly recommended! Jay was an outstanding pet sitter. Great communication and meet/greet right off the bat. Pet care was fantastic - Sassy kitty adored Jay followed him everywhere and shy Swissy kitty too! Jay made an effort to win over the kitties by creating comfort spots for them, played games, tummy rubs, sent pictures and updates. I felt completely at ease to be away. Jay took care of the house, plants, birds and all responsibilities as well as cleaning everything before he left (totally unexpected). It looked like I never left. Tammy is such a lovely person. She was in touch with me before, throughout, and after sitting for Peanut. My girl was well taken care of. She went on daily adventures, lots of hikes, shopping, and to the dog park. My house was cleaned and she even restocked my refrigerator. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue.
