We were really pleased to have Laura as our Housesitter! We had a smooth handover and she totally took to our 3 very individual cats and they all seemed most content in the photos she sent us whilst we were away on holiday. Laura also watered my garden pots during the warm weather, which is a great concern of mine. We had every faith in her looking after the house, dealing with the recycling, keeping us updated and she enjoyed her stay so much, she would be interested in sitting for us again. We would of course be delighted!

Danielle and Christian stayed in our house with our elderly cat for 5 days. We met them before going on our holiday and immediately warmed to them. They clearly were self-sufficient although not having a car (they came to Scotland by air, from Cornwall) and made good friends with the now-retiring cat right away (not so easy as one might assume!). They managed in the house perfectly, and our WhatsApp communications left us entirely at ease. The house was clean and all fine when we got back and Cookie was clearly content too. Simon and Grace were our first ever zeewoi and we were probably their last before their new house was completed and they could move in. As soon as they arrived we knew the house and Teddy would be well looked after. They clearly loved both and knowing that they were going to enjoy their sit and Teddy was going to enjoy it meant that we could go away and thoroughly enjoy ourselves too. While we were away we exchanged WhatsApps of what we were each doing including Teddy having days out at the seaside. It was like having friends stay really. Teddy was clearly well looked and had a waggy tail when we got home but the house…… absolutely gleaming! Well beyond the call of duty and well appreciated. This was zeewoi working to perfection. It suited their situation and ours perfectly and we couldn’t have wished for a better first sit. I’m sure all the lucky homeowners and pets who were looked after by Simon and Grace while they were waiting for their new house to be ready wish them a very happy time in their own new home.

Fabulous Fay! We needed to find a sitter who was willing to do 2 sits for us, with only 2 weeks in between. The first sit would be for our 9 year old labrador cross, our daughter's 11 month old retreiver, 4 goats, chickens and a duck....A big ask! As soon as we chatted to Fay on a what's app call, we knew she would be perfect. Unfortunately our dog Molly was diagnosed with bone cancer not long before our holiday, Fay took all our anxieties in her stride and assured us that Molly would be well looked after and that she had no problems administering Molly's daily painkillers. We also have a chicken with a nasty infection on her leg and Fay was perfectly happy to catch her each day and treat it with antiseptic . Whilst away, we received daily updates and photos of the dogs, who certainly didn't look as if they were missing us! Fay had to leave for another sit an hour before we arrived home (this had been agreed in advance ) we exchanged our hand over on whats app and on our arrival, we found the house to be immaculate and all the animals well looked after and happy. We are looking forward to Fay's return in 2 weeks for her 2nd sit and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
