Ashley looked after our senior pup as if she was her own. They bonded and did long walks together. Maizie looked healthy and happy when we got back. The house was clean, our plants had been watered (thanks Tim!), and we were able to just come in and fall into bed. Ashley and Tim were flexible and so helpful. Would definitely have them back!

Dogs vs. Cats? I could never choose. I'll take both!!
I would give Leann and Rachel ten stars if I could! They did such a great job with Winston. He's still shy around strangers but he warmed right up to them. They made the extra effort to take him with them for all their adventures around Berlin, which included public transportation, restaurants, and sights. I can tell he had a great time, as he loves being with people once he knows them. We got tons of pictures and updates, the communication was perfect. They also took the time to come a day early which gave Winston a chance to get to know them and it was lovely getting to chat with them without a huge time pressure. Genuinely wonderful people. Bonus points that the apartment was clean when we got home and laundry was started. I cannot recommend them enough! They are welcome back anytime.

Josh was a lifesaver! He stepped in when we had a cancellation and bonded well with one of our very skittish cats. He sent us daily pics and videos. Home was spotless when we got home after a long two days of driving…and even washed and changed the bedsheets. So appreciated! Highly recommend Josh…unless we need him. 😊

Rebekah and Matt were excellent! Very detailed, organized and clearly caring animal lovers. We were able to meet in person before we left town and they were thorough with any pre-sit questions or concerns. Rebekah sent photo updates of the pups on a regular basis so we could see our happy dogs. She notified us about a couple of possible health issues they might have been experiencing (thankfully all ok) but we very much appreciated the attentiveness and concern for them. Our trip was extended a couple of days so a friend stayed after Rebekah and Matt were committed for another stay but pics showed us a totally clean house, bed changed etc. Anyone would be fortunate to have them sit for their fur babies - thanks guys!

Dan was beyond wonderful to watch our dog Demi while we attended a family funeral. After meeting via Zoom, we had true peace of mind that all was going to be fine at home. Dan sent us sweet pictures of our dog that made us smile. Our only regret was that we weren’t ever able to meet in real life, since it turns out we had a lot in common. Luckily, we won’t hesitate a single moment to engage Dan another time to watch Demi in the future.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. Just boarded my dog for the weekend and the experience was great. The kennels are clean, the yard is huge, and everyone was kind and honest. A lot of places will lie about how your dog is adjusting just to make you feel better, but they were 100% honest in how he was doing. If I ever need to board him again this will be my first choice! Thank you!!
We had our 2 lab boys stay here 2 nights and they came back happy and healthy! They seemed to really enjoy themselves and were tired when they came home! All of their belongings came back just the way I sent them! I love that this is a smaller kennel and all their kennels are indoor/outdoor runs! They have a GIANT yard they let them out to potty and run around in! Facility looks clean and the owner is a very nice woman! I have one pup who is more on the skiddish side(not aggressive, just scared) and she knew just how to handle him! This is definitely our new kennel for when we go out of town! Only down side was not being able to pick them up Saturday evening when we returned, had to pick up Sunday morning instead!
I left my cats there when I went on vacation, and I left my dogs with my father-in-law. Seeing how well they treat their animals, I'll leave my dogs there next time, too. Fran and Randy, the owners, are really nice people, and not in a fake way, like so many other professionals. Their manager? Employee? I don't know her title, Juliana is also very polite, and clearly loves the animals. 10 out of 5. 👍👍

This is the third time that I have left my loved ones with Fran and Randy. This time, we had 4--my 2 older 12 yr old brothers and our son's 2 (one that had never stayed in a kennel before). I was worried about the older ones since they had not been there for 4 years. Fran and her crew took excellent care of our boys and they looked wonderful when we returned after 10 days. She was also very attentive and responded to every quizzical email that I sent. She calmed our fears and loved our boys. What more can you ask for???
I scheduled an appointment to drop my dog off here for 5 days. The man who took my call assured me that they had room and could take my dog on the specified day. Upon showing up at 7:30am-their listed hours on google-there was no one to be found. I called the office and I watched as the phone rang in the abandoned, dark office. They failed to mention to me that they had special “holiday” hours the day that I planned to drop my dog off. They opened at 3pm instead of 7:30am. This place is pretty far out. It’s not like I can drive by and make sure their hours match their google hours. One could make the argument that I should have checked their website first-which I tried to do- but unfortunately their google website linked to a pill website that sells cialis. :) That probably should have been my red flag. I had to frantically call around to find another resort in time to make both my two and a half hour and make my flight by 1 pm. Not a good experience.
We were supposed to take our cat to be boarded here before our vacation out of the country, but that ended up not happening. Luckily my friend agreed to check on him periodically at home while we were gone! My husband told Fran that we would be there around 11AM, but because life happens and things come up, we were running behind. My husband emailed her to let her know we were running late. She called me and I told her we were walking out the door, as we were speaking, and apologized for the inconvenience. She immediately hung up on me. I felt very disrespected. I understand we were running late and inconveniencing her, but we did our part and let her know and we apologized. We will not be giving our business to someone who can be frustrated to the point of hanging up on a customer, even when the customer apologized for being late. We tried calling back a few times and there was no answer. When she finally answered, I told her that we would no longer be bringing our cat up there and apologized again for any inconvenience. Her response to that was "oh my gosh!" in a rude tone. I just didn't appreciate the attitude and how we were treated and we will never give them our business. This makes me sad because they had pretty good reviews, but we didn’t have the same experience as others.
We have been boarding our dog,Yoda, for over two years with Fran and Randy. Yoda is a very shy nervous dog and does not like changes in her routine. She receives excellent care and does wonderfully well at this kennel.
Our dogs have stayed at Frandy several times and the care that they receive there is exceptional. The grounds are well kept and I always feel like the dogs had a better vacation than we did!
