We would give them ten stars if we could. Jennifer and Colleen are amazing pet sitters who not only fulfilled their responsibilities but also went above and beyond. We needed to come home a day later than expected. They extended their stay, which displayed a genuine dedication to ensuring everything was in perfect order. We cannot express my relief that they were willing to stay an extra day. Jennifer and Colleen are excellent dog sitters. They were reliable, attentive, and showed genuine care for our labs. Communication was seamless, and we received regular updates, including photos. María was great from the first interaction. We only just moved into our house and had quite a bit of unfinished bits still when we spoke to her in January but this didn’t faze her at all. She was extremely flexible when we had to put her up in a separate room the night before we left before asking her to move to our bedroom once we had gone, and our cat Henry took to her from the first moment they met. It was an also very refreshing bow self-reliant she was eg how little instruction she needed to find our home from the airport. We got regular updates of a happy cat and were met with a clean and tidy house with everything in exactly the place where we had left it upon our return - and some flowers to welcome us back! We would not hesitate to have María back.

Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously.
