My dog absolutely loves staying here! They treat the dogs like family and it is ran like family. Heather was so sweet to me and even let me pick up late a few times at no extra charge. I’m so happy my pup loves it here and no longer has anxiety. He even made a few friends as well. They also groom and clean your dog and do an amazing job. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I was so happy with the services we received! It was the first time having to board a dog and I was pretty nervous. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our Sage had a great time and we even had daily pictures of her. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I have taken my dog to this wonderful place for over a year. The truly care about all the dogs and treat them as their owner would. The day care and the boarding are top notch for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pup Hub.

This place is so good! This is our second time using them. We get pictures everyday and our fur babies look very happy. We get the grooming services they offer at the end of the stay so they smell so good and are so soft. The company communicates very well and very promptly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with our dog Gracee. They took great care of our timid little girl. Posted pictures multiple times a day, and made sure she had her medication at all times. Their rates are affordable, and they do more than any other boarding spots, even, adjusting feeding times to our dogs normal schedule. Will use again.

This place is awesome with my baby. I have a pit bull so not many place will take her. Dixie loves to go there and be pampered. They treat your baby like it’s there own. Like them on Facebook and you can see pictures of them playing outside.

This is my second time having my pup at PawHootz daycare. The Staff of facility is wonderful. I highly recommend if you have even a very shy dog they will take care of them like their own. The staff is highly sensitive to the individual nature of each of their guests, which is a huge plus.

My pups absolutely love PawHootz and all the staff. They keep them busy with all kinds of fun activities throughout the day along with them having nap time which mine totally need! We also fully trust them loving on our pups and giving them the care needed when boarded for an extended period of time. The staff and trainers are amazing and always keep us up to date with any changes we need to be aware of! Thanks for everything y’all do for our pups!

This was the best grooming experience ever! My shih tzu would have a fit to mess with his face but Lonnie was soooo good with him and my dog was so comfortable with him that he cooperated completely! I’m so happy I found this place. I’m also going to have some training done and will get back with that experience.

My Dalilah, absolutely loves this PawHootz. She gets super stoked when I tell her she's going to school. I couldn't be happier with the care she' receives here. She always has a blast and I trust she's safe. One of my favorite services is the Daily Health Check. Due to the attention to detail they have been able to help keep her safe and healthy. I love the additional options of puzzles, Kongs, provided blankets, and nightly tuck in. My family always jokes that Dalilah gets better treatment than them. I would trust my puppy anywhere else.

Conveniently located, good rates and friendly staff! I left my little fur buddy with them for a week. Enjoyed looking at the pics they posted of him while I was gone. Highly recommend!!

We finally found a groomer we can RELY on to treat our pup with great care!! Our Sheepadoodle looks amazing, and more importantly, he came home happy, completely free of nicks or cuts, and looking exceptionally pampered. We're thrilled with our experience and PawHootz is our go-to grooming service moving forward!

This was my very first time boarding my pets. l and I am so glad I chose PawHootz. I got the package that included access to the cameras, pictures, and little journal entries that they sent me at the end of their stay! The cameras didn't work while my pets were there because they were updating them, but the pictures and Quill and Fable's daily journal entries were so cute. I am definitely going to use PawHootz again.

I can't say enough good things about Pawhootz! The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed, and I know my dog is in the best hands. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely loves animals, which gives me so much peace of mind when I have to leave my pup behind.

My cat looked a hundred times better then when other groomers work on her and she looked calm with them as well which is a huge plus. Go Lonny.

If you guys don’t do cats just be honest don’t waste our time. I am very upset we booked, paid down payment you gave us date and time ,day before that you guys called and moved us to sat I said ok fine I canceled our plans for you guys to groom our cat and when we get there on sat 01/12/2024, first they don’t even know why we where there then after some confusion they told us we don’t do cats on sat we don’t know who booked you blah blah ( like are u kidding me??) you should have told us called us send an email or should have told us so we have found something better who are true to there commitment we wasted 3 weeks because of them I’m not sure how they got that good rating. I’m very disappointed.

I'm impressed!! Melly was great with Chance. Our first visit won't be our last. We were told he might have to be sedated to work on him by our last groomer and he's 9 yrs old, been groomed all his life, very sweet. Melly took the time to visit with him before his appt and actually brought him out herself. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus I didn't have to leave him all day. It was nice to have an appt. and finished within a couple hours.

So happy to have found this place. They are extremely customer oriented, it’s refreshing. They don’t nit pick you by charging for every single thing like most boarding and day care facilities do. It’s one price - and it’s a fair price!! I travel A LOT so I’m thrilled to have found Sit N Stay!! Highly recommend.

It was our puppies first time to be away from us. She is 3 1/2 months old and has been with us since she was 9 weeks old. Called to check on her. Her first couple of days she wanted to stay in the kennel, but they let her go out by herself for playtime and as she snipped around she got more curious then finally wanted to come out and play with the other dogs. So glad she got to socialize with other babies..We will definitely use this doggy place again. They fed her as I asked. They made sure she had her toys for bed. Thanks everyone for loving our baby as much as we do.

We’ve been using this location for our pet grooming for a few months now and we LOVE it as do our dogs! We are very selective with groomers and proud to use this business as you can tell every single one of their staff (and the owner) take pride in what they do and love the animals like their own. Our dogs always leave looking and smelling amazing. The groomer is very talented and knows exactly how to groom our Schnoodle & Shih Tzu. You get what you pay for with Sit N Stay. Hugh quality grooming, truly loving feel, and I have never once worried if my dogs were going to be properly taken care of. Proud to be a customer!!

Amazing service and Amazing people. They have been very accommodating. My Baxie Bono stayed there overnight while I was visiting Dallas, and they have been very welcoming. There is no typical doggie day care smell. I asked for bath, and they did a great job. They make sure that your pets are comfortable. What I noticed that they made sure my pets are comfortable, they didn’t pull their leashes and walked away. They talked to them, pet them, and picked them up to put them in their area.

We planned a very last minute family trip and they were so kind and helpful and took our dog for 2 nights and groomed and were great at communicating when we dropped off and picked up on how she did and everything! We’ve never been here before but we were very impressed and will be going back when we need boarding and grooming!

Mellie is the best groomer. Our dog is not the easiest to groom as he has anxiety with the dryer. Mellie takes the time with him to get his hair cut complete and communicates with me along the way. Highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

So upset that I have to write this, but I feel like I need to warn others. My husband and I were out of town for 8 days getting married. We boarded her at Bridget's Pet Resort after hearing so many positive things, and having a couple great daycare days. When my husband picked her up today, she had cuts all over her face and on her paw, to which he was told she has nervous tendencies and they believe she scratched her face on the cage. We received no phone call or email during her stay there. I called up there and spoke with a worker who said "we aren't sure what happened" and that the "owners were hard to get ahold of and I could email them". I'm extremely upset, and worried for my dog. I understand accidents happen, but a call or email would've been nice instead of just giving her back to us like this. I asked for the owners to please give me a call, as I don't feel like an email would cover this. I work long hours and travel often, so I was excited to find a daycare and boarding facility we liked. Edit: Just wanted to give an update on my situation at Bridget's Pet Resort. The owner Christine called, and told me to stop harassing her employees, and that I upset someone so bad yesterday they had to leave. I told her my husband picked her up and asked what happened, and I called to ask as well. I called this morning because I hadn't heard from anyone but that is now "harassment". She told me they don't call owners for anxious dogs, and that I should get my dog medicated or in training for anxiety. She took zero accountability for letting me know about the wounds, saying she was alone when they happened and her anxiety isn't their fault. I don't blame anyone for my dogs anxiety, I blame them for not letting me know she was injuring herself. She refused to offer a refund or any compensation for the vet visit last night, and spent the entire 8 minute phone call yelling at me and speaking to me like I was a child and my dog was a huge problem that I needed to fix. Per the vet, the wounds were a few days old, so this had just gone ignored for days, but apparently anxiety and self harm isn't a concern for them. I'm sick to my stomach over this, and can't believe someone like that runs a facility in charge of taking care of animals.

Our pup goes to daycare here every day. He has been going for 5 months, and we have never had any issues. Sometimes, he smells and gets dirty if it has been raining or he plays hard. But I send him there to play and have fun so that is fine with me. He loves the lady at the front desk. Annette is her name, I think. She went on vacation and he was so happy when she came back. They take lots of pictures and videos every day. If the yard was bigger, I would give them 5 stars, but overall, we are happy and comfortable with our boy there daily.

I have been boarding my dogs here for years and will continue to do so without hesitation. My dogs just recently had another week stay and did very well.

Don’t bring your dog here. They do not tell you if your dog gets hurt, or anxiously injuries themselves due to the owner being away. When a local dog mom opened up about her recent experience in a local Facebook group I found out many people have lost their pet here, and one broke their leg and the owner does not compensate for anything that happens under their watch. Scary people like this are in business Btw look at their replies to the negative reviews, there is zero accountability instead she blames the owner / dog for the lack of care during pet visits.

Super friendly staff that makes it apparent they love working with animals! The “kennels” are very large and clean, it doesn’t stress me out to leave my pups here - even for an extended amount of time. They don’t have live feeds or an app you can log into to check on your pets whenever you want, but I kind of like that. It forces me to focus on the trip I’m on and then I’ll check their Facebook page at night to see if I can spot my pups in any photos they posted. Anytime we arrive, my pups are rushing to get inside. We will continue to use them!!

We boarded our two dogs at Bridget’s Pet resort over the holidays and again in mid Feb. We were really happy with the care they received. We looked forward to the all the pictures posted on FB throughout each day of the dogs playing and being cuddled- so cute! And Christine also emailed pictures each day as well! We also LOVE the mission of Bridget’s- the owners have an adult son with Autism and want to make sure he and others like him have a future with gainful employment. A win win if you ask me - these pups are very well cared for and get a lot of attention. Highly recommend Bridget’s!!!

Poor service, poor conditions, poor management, and absolutely horrible care for animals. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR ANIMALS IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMALS TO BE SAFE!!!!

I highly recommend Bridget’s! They were very accommodating are responsive. This was my first time leaving my dog and they made sure that his first boarding experience was great. They made sure to keep in touch with me several times a day to make sure my dog was doing well. They sent pictures and updates daily, which was very nice. This is the only place I will leave my dog from now on! Thanks to the wonderful staff at Bridget’s!

My dogs absolutely love playing and staying at Bridget’s. The staff really love and take such good care of all the dogs. They both come home exhausted and sleep like a babies. Bridget’s is super quality care and love. We’ve been going over 4 years now and I’m still super happy!

We have been boarding our dogs for a few years now at Bridget’s. It is so reassuring to know that they are so well taken care of while we are out of town! Once my dog sees that we are in the parking lot, she starts whining to get out of the car. I love that they post pictures and videos on Facebook and I can take a peek and how she’s doing. My favorite thing is that they are allowed free play most of the day and not kept in a kennel. The staff is so friendly and genuinely cares about the dogs. I highly recommend Bridget’s!

Emily always takes such great care of our two dogs, she treats them like they are hers which puts my mind at ease when we are away. We’ve used her multiple times, all for different time frames, the longest being 15 days. She is very helpful when it comes to figuring out visiting schedule based on how long we’ll be gone. Her fees are vey reasonable considering the excellent care she provides! Can’t recommend her enough!

We’ve worked with Emily from Sweet Souls Pet Care for many years. Our dogs love her! She house sits for us or will come on an as-needed basis. We are confident our pets are getting wonderful care and attention and that our home is being taken care of. Emily is very responsive and provides daily updates with pics. We think you will be very happy her professional service.

Life. Savers. I can't say enough about the sweet staff that took care of my friend's dog, Pebbles. Her owner had an unexpected and extended hospital stay and BNL came up huge for us! Not only did they take excellent care of Pebbles, they even sent pictures and video to calm the fears of one very nervous pet mom. Can't say enough about the wonderful ladies at this place. Bravo!!!!

So far we haven't had any problems with BNL. Our dog has been there twice in a two month span. We actually picked him up a couple days ago. Our dog is a nervous dog and sticks to us like glue to us in that kind of environment but this last visit was different. He followed the worker to the back on his own, that's not like him, and when my hubby picked him up he greeted him then followed the female worker around the office. To us he seems content with the place. We always checked the Pet Cam so it brought us ease when we saw him hanging out.

BNL allowed my dog’s health to deteriorate hiding behind ‘I did what the pet agreement’ specifies. Instead of calling me to let me know my dog’s skin was irritated, paws also red and she smelled terrible! I’m going to have to take my dog to the vet now so she can get better. DO NOT take your dog to that place!

My 7 month old yellow lab stayed at Bark'N Lounge for 9 nights. My concern began as soon as I picked him up and saw blood all over his bottom and right leg. I had been told at pick up that he had a small blood clot in his stool right after his bath. The amount of blood it took to cover this much of his body is more than a small blood clot. When they brought him out he seemed to be very subdued and kept nervously looking over his shoulder at the employee. On the way home I called my vet to schedule an appointment. My concern grew when I was giving him a bath, within an hour of pick up, and saw that he had rashes and major loss of hair all over his body. Throughout his bath, he was shaking and cowering, which had never happened before. After his bath, I began putting away the things that I had dropped off with him and noticed that there was a lot of leftover food. There should not have been nearly as much food leftover. When I took him to the vet my worries were confirmed when he weighed 6 lbs less than when I had dropped him off. The vet said that my pup had a severe allergic reaction, a fungal infection, and a possible bowel blockage. During his stay, I was never contacted and told about any positives or negatives. I was not sent pictures and now I know why. The photos I attached highlight some of the areas of my dog's reaction and infection.

They took excellent care of my dog (Baby) while she was there for 3 nights!! I would highly recommend Bark N Lounge.

If I could assign higher than 5 stars...I would. The most critical testimony for BNL comes from our furbaby, Gracie. Her reaction when we pull into the parking lot is priceless. She absolutely LOVES day care and/or boarding. Gracie was born in 2013 and we have used BNL exclusively since she was 6 months old. The staff is always so nice and helps with the daily administration of eye medication. I have referred several dog owners to BNL - without hesitation! Thanks for taking GREAT care of our little girl!

This place looks good has a great staff took my dog there was happy and wanted to go back.These are good prices live cam and grooming. This is the place i would recommend most definitely.

We've taken our 2 large dogs here multiple times now for lodging and got the suite room for them to share. They seem to like it and the staff has been great. The bath option is key though because they do a really good job and our dogs come home smelling great!

Myself, my Husband, and most importantly my dog love Jerry’s and everyone who works there! We have been taking our dog there for 3 years now and we only have great things to say. We refer everyone we know who needs a boarding service to Jerry and his team. My dog now knows the drive there and she is excited every time we go. We are so thankful to have a local place with amazing people who really care for our dog!

We love Jerrys. We used to live within walking distance and now live in Addison, but we make the drive! Jerry is cost conscious in my interest, and I have never been solicited for tips. I have a very anxious dog that needs to be sedated to go anywhere in public, and Jerry has Lucy’s seal of approval. Jerry is practical and no nonsense, not to mention, affordable! Unmatched in every way and I sincerely appreciate the level of service!

I got to meet the office mascot Daisy...so sweet! The owner Jerry is Awesome! Very welcoming friendly and clean! Perfect place to bring your fur babies!

We’ve been taking our fur babies to Jerry’s Paw Spa since they were babies, *and we still do though we’ve moved out of the area 4 years ago! And we’ll continue as long as we need pup care! We couldn’t be happier with their care and their service! All the dogs seem to be part of the family here! Our Oakley can’t wait to have play day and bath! And everyone’s happy and content when we pick them up! Love Jerry and his sweet wife and their own fur babies too!

Be prepared. You can get a price as low as 1/3 below market rate. Plus free daycare if you write a good review. Those are the pros. The cons are if (Jerry's words) you are "hot" expect a TEXT directly from Jerry letting you know your dog is ready. Expect to be charged up front and a tip solicited BEFORE you see the (LOL!) groom and, if boarding, policy is injuries are hidden until 10 am the am you arrive. This means you do not come home early and he gets full pay. You either get a day of free daycare or no taxes if you pay cash.

We have been taking our fur babies to Jerry's for years. Love the staff, and it's a home atmosphere. Our dogs can't wait to get out of the car, they get excited to see their friends and their caretakers. We love Jerry's Paw Spa!

I have been bringing my dogs here for over three years. Jerry and the staff are great. I do rescue and I have a new chihuahua that is afraid of most people. He went to Jerry's staff with a some hesitation which I expected. When I can to pick them up he was happy, matter of fact Jerry was carrying him and he was calm and didn't try to jump to me. That really made me happy that he felt safe there. I'd recommend Jerry and his great staff to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies.

Jerry is absolutely awesome! We had to cancel on a different grooming appt at another place due to the groomer never having groomed a doodle before. When calling Jerry on this busy holiday weekend he was able to get us in the next day! Super sweet guy and they did great on my doodle!

This place is an awesome groomers. They are very friendly and do an excellent job. Our beast requires special shampoo because of her skin, and Jerry's is more than happy to use a soap or shampoo that you prefer. Their grooming is always excellent. Sometimes our dog gets fur knots so bad that they need to cut her fur short. There had been other times where they manage to get the knots out without needing to shave so close. You can tell them or show them a picture of how you want your dog groomed and they always do an excellent job. They are often busy so appointments are usually several days out or even a week out.

Took my little dog for a nail trim and paw pad hair trim this morning. Excellant treatment. I was greeted with a smile. My baby girl received amazing care. I will definitely be going to Jerry's Paw Spa!!!!
