Andrew and Sara were great! Communication both before and during the sit was excellent. As we were new to house sitters, and Sara and Andrew have a lot of experience, they were great at helping us get prepared. They arrived as scheduled and were very organized. While we were gone, they kept us posted on our pup and goings on with the house. We really appreciated how they dealt with a couple of issues that came up. We returned to a spotless house and a happy dog. We couldn't be happier with Andrew and Sara and we highly recommend them.

Brandi and Drue are more than exceptional sitters! My Leo, who is very timid around strangers, has a second set of parents in this couple. He LOVES them, and they love him! Both Leo and the cats are a bit high maintenance, yet, Brandi and Drue have managed to handle their special needs with persistence, skill and affection. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Easy 5 stars for Laura and Wilfred! They sat with us for ~2.5 weeks and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. They were easy to communicate with, frequently checked in with photos and videos, and left our apartment spotless. Of course, the most important part of all is pet care, and it's easy for me to tell how Bear and Jameson did when we get home. It was very clear that they were well cared for and happy when we got back! We can highly recommend Laura and Wilfred to others and would be happy to host them again in the future.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! CJ spent less than 30 minutes with my Belgian Malinois puppy (13 weeks old) and had him sitting, staying and healing. The leash pull was gone! CJ is a very caring professional. He uses slight leash corrections that don't hurt the dog in anyway. He doesn't raise his voice or hands at them! He is very patient and the dogs value that and respond to him with ease.
Absolutely amazing! 10/10 I just finished my first virtual training session with my 3 year old Cane Corso and so much progress was made. I feel more confident and connected with my dog. I’ve been searching for a trainer for 1.5 years now and I don’t have to look any further. The amount of patience, affirmation, attention to detail, and knowledge that was given is unmatched. Thank you so much for helping to strengthen the foundation of our relationship and training us both.
I was ready to give up on my puppy. No matter what I did I could not get my puppy under control. I found Korner Lot Kennels and said this is my last resort... we just finished up our 1st session with our 4 month old puppy and what a HUGE difference!!! I am beyond amazed at what has been accomplished in just 1 session!! I never thought i would see the day where my puppy was obedient and chill. It was amazing. Charles is knowledgeable, patient, and teaches you the owner how to build a proper loving relationship with your dog. I feel confident going into my next sessions and learning more ways to have the best relationship with my puppy as he grows up. This gentleman stopped to assist my husband and I tonight walking a couple of our favorite pups at the Brazoria County SPCA. I have walked both of these dogs many times and they are well behaved always. Tonight I took my little Chihuahua with me on the walk and they both were being aggressive towards her. I was afraid they were going to hurt her even though she was in my arms. I left both dogs with my husband and was going to put my dog in our vehicle. Charles stopped and offered his help. He got these two dogs under control in a few minutes. We were amazed at how he handled these two dogs he had never seen before. They listened to him and settled down. I got his information and hope we can partner with him at the shelter. I am so very impressed. If you need a dog trainer, he is amazing!
Mannnn this man correct my dog within 10 mins. He is amazing. He showed me what tools to use that are more effective on my dog. I will continue to train my dog with him. He got him to listen within 10 mins imagine what he could do in a week. Highly recommend!
We just wanted some dog sitting, but he also included the training and within one weekend he’s almost a different dog (in the best way). He’s disciplined and knows his commands and responds correctly, and it took less than a full weekend. I would recommend him to anyone with a dog for dog sitting and especially training.
Great communication Charles is great with dogs and kids. He took the time out to try and teach my son how to work with our dog and the training she has had this past week. In one week he leash trained her, there’s a lot more to work on and we will continue to have him work with her.
Very good experience! I appreciate that Charles helped me work with my dog by showing me what to do while explaining everything and then giving me a chance to implement it myself. I left the session way more encouraged and excited to keep working with my dog!
Charles from Korner Lot Kennels came to our house for a 1 hour training session (1st session) with our 5 month old bloodhound and within about 10 minutes had her politely waiting to exiting her kennel door, politely waiting to properly exiting the front door to go outside, properly walking on a leash without pulling, sitting on command and waiting patiently until given the command to release. He is amazing and very patient. He then worked with me, my wife and my son; teaching us what we needed to know to successfully continue her training. Our sister is using Charles’ services for her adult male toy poodle and they are having amazing success just as we are! I highly recommend Charles and Korner Lot Kennels. He is very knowledgable, very caring and he knows how to get the best behavior from your pet.
