Roy was very attentive to our dog care directions; he was eager to learn about nearby walks. When he met our dog he gave him a good welcome and lots of TLC which continued thru the week! Sara and her friend John (part of the time) did great job with our dogs and took good care of them, taking them on long walks and giving them love and attention. Sara is very kind and lovely, reliable and trustworthy. The communication with her was smooth form the beginning and during the sit. The dogs loved her, I could really tell when we arrived home and the dogs waited in front of the bedroom she stayed before she woke up. We got a little bit disappointed arriving home and the house has´t be cleaned. We and the dogs were super happy with Sara and highly recommend her!

Ellen and Mike are the BEST house and pet sitters anyone could hope for. We knew that they would be great with all the wonderful reviews they had prior to their sit, but they far exceeded our expectations in all ways. The communications were great, even fun, as they sent cute pictures of our cats enjoying their company in different ways for their 2.5 week sit. They left us the sweetest memento that a friend of theirs had made with our cats names and faces on it. We hope they will sit for us as often as they can —they are very busy. Haley was awesome with our very needy blind diabetic dog. We got videos, photos, and updates daily during our trip. This really eased our mind since this is the first time Beebs has been a solo dog and without us since going blind. The photos Haley sent showed her happy with tail wagging and seemingly not missing us at all! Haley even took her on her walks which can be daunting not knowing the normal routine. Haley left the house clean and tidy. That is very much appreciated coming home after 24 hours of continuous travel. We recommend Haley and would have her sit for us again.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
