It's a very good place to take your pet to get groomed. The groomer is loved by my dog. He enjoys being groomed by them. They also take great care of your dog when left while you are on vacation.

My family used this facility to board our Siberian Huskies for 8 days. We had never boarded the boys before, so we were nervous about doing so. The staff really eased our minds during our tour, and were very welcoming when we checked them in. Being the first time boarding, I called every couple of days to check on them. The staff was very friendly and assuring. Price was very fair and my dogs were.taken great care of. Highly recommended.

The staff is amazing, I could tell from everyone I met during my dogs stay, that they love animals! The facility is clean and I couldn't feel better about leaving my animal here.

Winding Road Kennel was amazing! They are everything we are looking for in a groomer. Our groomer, Erica, was very communicative and made sure we got all of our requests in before taking our pup in for grooming. At first, our pup seemed nervous, but when I went to pick him up, he was completely at ease, and that's when you know you got a good groomer! The cut was very well done and cleanly cut. Erica did everything we had ask for and beyond! And the pricing was beyond reasonable. For our pup, which is a mid-size 45lb medium-long hair, we ended up paying $55 + tip. Picked up my Great Dane today. Had an injury on his nose. I asked the staff members what had happened and no one knows anything. When I arrived home I noticed his testicles were a little swollen and bleeding. He’s an elderly dog but that’s not the condition he was dropped off in. Definitely will not be returning.

Terrible experience. My puppy was boarded there 1 week. She lost a ton of weight, I doubt she ate. She went in clean, came out dirty. Toys and blankets were still totally clean which makes me wonder if they were ever given to her. She’s been potty trained for over 6 months but is now peeing in the house so I have to wonder if she was left to pee in her cage. Worst $350+ I’ve ever spent. This is my 2nd attempt to post this feedback-strangely the first post hasnt shown up.

They always do such a wonderful job with grooming our very large red golden retriever. He loves his groomer Victoria and is always glad when she comes out to greet him! Staff is very accommodating when I call to make sure my grand pup has s to jay! 5 stars is not enough!

I have been taking my baby to Madi since she was a puppy. It’s been almost 3 years with her now. She is the best. My dog loves her like family and I know it is reciprocated. She has helped us in every way possible since we met. Could not ask for a better person to keep my dog safe, healthy, and loved when I am away. Could not recommend enough!

Enter stage left, the hero of our tale, the one and only Gorgeous Cassie from Madi B's Boarding and Daycare! Now, I've seen my fair share of groomers in my day, but none quite like Cassie. She has a magical touch that turns a doggy's tangled mess into a masterpiece fit for the runway. I swear, she's got some kind of secret potion that banishes dog hair like it's running from the vacuum cleaner police! Akira, my canine companion, can be quite the challenge. Her shedding habits would put a yeti to shame. But Cassie fearlessly took on the task, armed with her trusty arsenal of brushes, clippers, and an unshakable resolve. It was like watching a professional wrestler take on a fur-covered tornado—and emerge victorious! Not only did Cassie masterfully tame the wild beast that is Akira, but she did it with a smile that could melt the Arctic ice caps. Her patience and genuine love for animals are evident in every stroke of her brush and every snip of her scissors. And let me tell you, folks, Akira never looked more dashing. She strutted out of that salon like a canine supermodel ready to take on the world! But the awesomeness doesn't stop there. Madi B's Boarding and Daycare is a slice of paradise for our furry friends. They provide a safe and loving environment where dogs can frolic and make friends while their humans are away. It's like a doggie vacation destination, complete with belly rubs, tail wagging, and an endless supply of treats! I’ve been taking my dog to Madi’s regularly for 6 months for daycare two days a week, and we could not be more pleased! My dog is always so happy to see her when I drop him off and exhausted when I pick him up. Also, I’ve boarded him for several days to a week at a time, and I’ve never had any worries whatsoever while I’m away. She truly treats him like her own pet. Plus, Madi responds quickly and is flexible and accommodating for whatever we need, even if it’s last minute. Seriously, do not hesitate to take your pet here!

Madi is awesome! Couldn't recommend her services enough. Very knowledgeable and my babies come home so happy every time.

Every time I take my baby Chance to the groomer they do a wonderful job. They have affordable prices. And they are always so kind. I highly recommend them

In the past I was very happy with Dog Palace. I always took both of my dogs (bichons) to be groomed at the same time and they were groomed at the same time by two different persons. Approx 3 yrs ago, consistently one of the dogs would come from grooming looking nice but yet had multiple mats left that I had to take out myself, also belly and butt areas was not groomed again I had to do myself. 2yrs ago I had to take the poorly groomed dog to the vet a couple of days after grooming on 2 separate occasions due to scratching and bleeding skin, after happening the second time realized (and vet agreed) the dogs had been burnt by the clippers. So now I groom them myself the best I can.

I took my Australian shepherd here and told them to not use clippers since my dog’s coat is a double coat. They said they have to use clippers, so I told them that if you shave a double coated dog, it’ll mess up their fur. It seemed like their were going to use scissors after I said that, but when I picked up my dog, she was shaved. It was an awful shave, too. Now, about six months later, my dog’s fur is horrible and is growing back so bad. It’s bothering my dog to this day and making her itch terribly. I will never take my Australian shepherd there again.

I was dog sitting my grand doodle and when he arrived at my house, he was a hot mess. He was in desperate need 9f a good grooming. His humans are very busy and were having a hard time getting him to a groomer. I called the dog palace to see if they had any openings and they didn't. Took my number and within 10 minutes they called back with a cancelation. My grand dog came back adorable. Highly recommend

Over the moon that I found a great bunch of ladies that love their job! First time there with my mini dachshund. They did a great job. Couldn't be happier.

Have been sending my doodle there for grooming and boarding for 4 years now, fantastic with animals! My dog loves those ladies and gets so excited when he gets there.

Nice ladies that did an awesome job on my very panicky little Pomeranian/Poodle. She looked amazing and I was very happy to see her looking happy and no cuts on her and even her nails looked good. She loves to be clean once it's done and over with but gets really nervous whenever I have to leave her even if I'm going to be sitting in another room. She's definitely a Mama's baby girl. Well anyway I highly recommend these ladies for fine work at reasonable competitive prices.

We recently moved from Cleveland to rural West Virginia. I was worried about finding a good local groomer for my very timid, senior shih tzu mix. I was so happy to find the Dog Palace. My fur baby has been there a few times now and she’s always looked great! They do just as good a job as any groomer in our old city, but at literally half the price!

Took my daughter's golden retriever for grooming. Wonderful job, best we've gotten in this area. Price was really good, in fact, I felt it should have been more. Great place, this will be Tucker's groomer from now on.

DO NOT USE THEM! We boarded our 1 yr old Golden Retriever for 4 days. We thought we did our due diligence and visited the site and met with owner before dropping off our Grandpuppy. We were showed outside kennels that were large and and was under the impression that's where he would be staying When we returned to pick him up, he was stuck in a cage inside that was clearly too small for him, he was barking which he rarely does. He has cuts on his face and a patch/chunk taken off of his nose. We were told that his face was damaged/cut by the cage. He was supposed to be groomed and clearly was NOT although they charged us $50 for grooming. The lady handed us his bags of food/toys and told us they will not take him back again because he damaged their cage. We have pictures of his face and lack of grooming. This place should not care for animals!

We decided to do a 4-week board and train with Grace. And we got exactly what we wanted with our Draco. She’s a 1 year old German Sheppard, that just couldn’t chill out or able to overcome her excitement when it came to seeing other people/dogs. Grace provided us with constant updates on her progress, answered any questions we had very quickly. Going through her was a great choice as it’s a home setting and not a large kennel where they don’t get the one on one time that each dog needs. Draco learned how to walk on a leash correctly, not to jump, not to rush door ways, learned how to have a on and off switch when it comes to play time and MOST importantly to us; how to just calm down and place when told so. Overall Great Experience.

Graceful Pups is everything Thor and I needed. I got him thinking I could control him and work with him. I did for awhile but he started to become very reliable on me and me only. Having a family i couldn’t have that and i am not one to give up and get rid of a dog especially a sweet face like this one. Grace took Thor for 3 weeks and made him do a complete 180. I would never trust my dog with a stranger but Grace is a miracle worker. I can now take my best friend on walks. I can trust him in a house full of kids. Her prices are half of what anywhere in our area charges and you get more because she’s a one on one person.

Our dog stayed for a three week board and train and then additional boarding as well while we looked for a house. He has always had issues with anxiety that I could never fully get a handle on. We were also sent pictures and videos frequently and kept informed every step of the way. I was blown away by each video update I received. He seemed like a different dog: so calm and completely focused. Fast forward to when we were able to bring him home; he has been doing absolutely fantastic. He has a much calmer mindset that allows him to listen to commands and overall just be able to lay down and relax. That never seemed possible for him before so it has been great watching him fully relax. We plan to continue his training every day to achieve that calmer mindset we have been trying for so long to implement. I just have to mention that Grace is very attentive to every dog’s needs especially since they are all so different. She also makes sure they are completely taken care of in other aspects such as cleaning kennels thoroughly (everything is always so clean!), bathing, trimming nails, as well as able to give any medication if necessary. If you are looking for a trainer, look no further!

Lexie entered the Graceful Pups dog training program with issues of pulling while walking,going into the crate,jumping on grandkids/visitors just to name a few.After her 3 week program was completed,the results are amazing. We will continue working with Lexie as her training doesn't end after 3 weeks.Her trainer was extremely helpful teaching us as owners to continue the training and she is just a phone call away if needed.Highly recommend this training program for owners with dog issues that need help as Lexie did a complete 180!
