Pet Sitting in Riverdale

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. 
Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention.
He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. 
He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. 
The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! 
We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. 
We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. 
Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). 
In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. 
We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Nicole

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard.  Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him!
Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! 
We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Amanda was the perfect housesitter and pet sitter for our cat. She is organized and communicative, and took care to ensure she understood the guidelines for taking care of our home and our cat. She left our house in perfect condition and we returned home to one happy kitty! Would not hesitate to have Amanda housesit for us again or recommend her to others looking for a sitter.

This was the 3rd time that Jill sat for us. That says it all but please read our previous reviews. They all stand and Jill is one of the best and most reliable and loving pet sitters we’ve ever had. If you have a chance to have her in your home and caring for your pets, you will be absolutely delighted. We love her.

BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers.  I would recommend them over and over.  I wish I could add numbers to the scale.
They would get a 10+.

I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for our trusted house and pet sitters, Diedre and Keith. They took exceptional care of our long-haired cat, Molly, and our home during our absence. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high.  We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none. They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They took exceptional care of our house full of pets from 2 large dogs, 3 cats, snake, gecko, fish tank and a koi pond. They provided updates daily, were very easy to communicate with and the house was just as clean as when we left it, with the addition of a nice welcome home gift. We knew our pets were in good hands.
