Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible.

Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie.  Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie.  Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman.

Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company.  She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning.  We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands.

It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals.  When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small.  Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there.  When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door.  I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away.  

We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early.  We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision.  As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time.  As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.  Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle.  BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon.  Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets.  She was a teue blessing.

Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband.  If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of.  We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime.  She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Kelly was flawless, she was a fantastic pet sitter and house sitter.  She was over communicating with pictures and updates.  We were at total peace knowing Kelly was overseeing Leo and Bella.  Kelly connected with our dogs perfectly. We loved how Kelly daily took our dogs for walks and even an extended hikes.  She has our full and complete recommendation.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you!

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left,  mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning!  Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats.  They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it.  The cats were very contented.  Any time we leave we will be checking in with them first.   Such a pleasure to work with.
