They kept our plants and flowers watered so well that they looked better when we got home than when we left. They kept us up to date regarding our pet and home throughout our trip. When we returned, our home was clean and straight. We are so grateful to have them because they are thoughtful, and we really felt comfortable during our trip, knowing all is well at home. Lindsey and Josh were initially responsive and communicative, making scheduling and initial video calls easy and efficient. We had two video calls; the first was with Lindsey and Josh and the second only with Lindsey. The second call included a detailed virtual tour of our home and pets, during which I gave explicit instructions on pet care. We also provided pre-recorded instructional videos for their reference. Upon our return, our home was in good condition, and our cats seemed happy and well cared for, which we truly appreciate. However, toward the end of the sit, there was an unfortunate issue with the care of our reptiles. Josh unplugged the heat lamp for one of our reptiles, believing it had shorted out and was a fire hazard, and placed it outside overnight without informing us. This was concerning because we had previously explained in the video call that the lamp, though hot (because it is a heat lamp), was functioning normally and posed no hazard. Additionally, he unplugged the extension cord providing power to our other tank leaving both our reptiles without heat for over 20 hours. While we understand the safety concern, we would have preferred immediate communication when they believed there was an issue. It was only after we noticed the lamp outside through our external security camera (which they were informed of in our listing and on the initial call) while checking if our trash had been picked up by the city after seeing our trash service was 2 days late in our community’s Facebook page and inquired that they then informed us about the situation. Fortunately, our pets were unharmed, and we confirmed that all equipment was in proper working order upon our return. Overall, while there was a miscommunication regarding the heat sources, Lindsey and Josh ensured our other pets were well looked after. Our only suggestion to them would be to ensure clear, prompt communication in case any issues arise.

She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Today I took my 20-week-old English Golden Retriever, Lucy, to Creature Comforts Pet Resort for her first grooming experience, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention she received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, putting both Lucy and me at ease. The facility itself is impressive—it's modern, spacious, and incredibly clean. Everything looked pristine and smelled fresh, which immediately reassured me that Lucy was in a safe and hygienic environment. The layout is thoughtfully designed with the comfort of pets in mind, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Lucy was understandably nervous about the dryer, but the groomers handled her with such gentleness and patience. They ensured she felt safe and comfortable throughout the process. What truly stood out was the amount of love and attention Lucy received. Despite her initial fear of the dryer, the staff took extra time to calm her down and made the experience as pleasant as possible. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and looked absolutely adorable with her fresh grooming. Lucy didn't seem nervous or scared at all when I arrived to take her home, which is a testament to the positive environment and excellent care provided by the team at Creature Comforts Pet Resort. I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Creature Comforts Pet Resort to any pet owner looking for a top-notch grooming experience. We will definitely be returning for Lucy's future grooming needs!
I truly appreciate the staff at Creature Comforts. They are so wonderful to our pets and pay attention to every detail of their well being. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. It gives me comfort to know they are okay when we are away! The facilities are 5 star no doubt, and my babies are spoiled when they are there. In fact we call it the “Puppy Resort.” LOL. Matlock is new to Creature Comforts Pet Resort, so he was very shy. They did an amazing job with him and he was very happy to be there. We will be back along with his sister, Mia. This facility is awesome with my pets and I know they are being well taken care of when I leave them here.
We took our 4 month old puppy for daycare. She absolutely loves going to play with other dogs, and the staff loves on her from the time she arrives.
My dog, Gracie, always has the best time when coming here. She recently celebrated her first birthday and they took the cutest pictures. I'm thankful that they love on her so much while she is here and I always know she has a fun time cause she is completely pooped out when she gets home for the day! The pictures are from the ride home that day and playing there. She was a happy girl!

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I decided to take our dog here to get groomed! Very reasonably priced! I was going to a large chain for grooming and it was much more and not near the quality groom that he received at Creature Comforts!!! They are absolutely fantastic! You will not be disappointed!
The best place to take you dogs. They truly care. You will not find a better place. And Erica Ramon was the nicest, sweetest girl up there. She loves and treats every dog like they were her on.
My three Dog Babies love this place. We have utilized everything from day care, boarding, grooming, and training. They are a first rate operation. The Groomer Melanie takes great care and compassion with my guys. She even alerted me to a growth that she noticed on one of my dogs while she was grooming her. Thanks to her I was able to get her to the Vet promptly and she had a minor surgery to address the problem. And if you have a pet needing training, well the trainer is full of knowledge and just loves dogs. As you can see I can’t say enough about this great service business.
