Very great place to take your dogs. I think the price went up a bit but it is well worth in a way. The people really know how to run the place. They really keep it clean and safe for your pets when they stay there.

My puppy was given a spa treatment, beautiful haircut and shampoo. I was so pleased when I picked him up. He had gone somewhere else before and left, anxious and they shaved him rather than trimmed. Cozy Inn trimmed him beautifully and he left in a super happy mood!

Fantastic staff and great facility. They treat you like family and make my dogs feel right at home. We’ve also used their aqua-therapy services to rehab our GSD after major hip surgery. Not only did he heal well, he came out stronger, healthier and more confident! Highly recommend.

My dog stayed here for 7 days and was cared for exceptionally well. She is on supplements which were given to her as I instructed. She also has special requirements which I explained to staff and they followed. Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in and out. She got a bath before check out and smelled great. She was ready for check out at the time given and they were quick to reunite us. If you miss your pet when they are staying here please just check their Facebook, they post A TON of pictures so you will probably get to see your pet there (which is awesome!). It is also nice that there is a veterinarian right next door so incase something happens they can get care quickly. Anytime I need to board my dog, she will go here and I highly recommend Cozy Inn to anyone interested in boarding. It’s a 45 minute drive but it’s worth it! I have heard horror stories of boarders losing clients dogs but this place is secured with fencing for the runs and if your dog goes to the activity fields they are also secured with appropriate fencing.

Cozy Inn cared for our 1 and 3 year old aussies while we were on a road trip and needed doggy day care for a few hours. They had a primary caretaker and got to play with other dogs, which my dogs love. They were happily worn out on the drive home. The staff was thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. We really appreciated their willingness to provide a one time service and would use them again if ever in the area again.

The price is very, very fair! The staff was super nice. Also, the complimentary bath omg amazing. He was so stinking soft!! Softer than when we take him to the groomer. If we didn't live in another state I'd bring him back there for any other future boarding we'd need.

I tried them for a few months. It's overly expensive and while some of the women here are very friendly, some aren't. My pup came home with a gouged paw that had him limping for a week after we kenneled him for a vacation. I figured, dogs will be dogs and it wasn't enough to put me off entirely. I decided to stop using them when I found matting behind my dog's ear (despite monthly full grooms) that would definitely have taken a long time to form. I then had him groomed elsewhere and the haircut was considerably better than what he received here. All in all, my complaints are small- I just don't get a good vibe from how this business is run, from their strict hourly policies to their not letting you see where the dogs sleep, to a particularly gruff and unprofessional woman I had to deal with a couple of times. It's a little weird.

If I could give Mylyssa a zillion-star review I would do it. She is absolutely phenomenal with our super sensitive older Mastiff. Fred just loves her and she takes such good care of him. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I’m sure the other caregivers are very good as well since I can see the high standards for love and care she practices.

Petite Feet Petcare has been my Great Dane’s sitter for 3 years and Diva loves her girls like family. They have been nothing short of amazing with her, I highly recommend them!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Luna, our rescued Great Dane, means the world to us! We were very picky with choosing a pet sitter. Luna is a big girl and craves love and attention. When my 7 month old kitten was diagnosed with a disease that had treatments that required daily injections for a period of ~3 months, I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage it on my own but Dr. K from KVet recommended Mylyssa & her services to me for when the vet office wouldn’t be able to help. Mylyssa was very accommodating, fitting us in her schedule and was a huge help to me with my cat’s treatments and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Mylyssa & her company for any medical needs your pet has and I know I’ll be keeping them in mind for typical pet sitting services for vacations or work travel as well!

I am always hesitant to try new groomers when it comes to my fur baby. However, the folks at Ruffin Around were awesome and put my mind at ease from the moment I contacted them. They are very professional, kind, and caring. I felt safe leaving my Champ with them from the time I walked in the door because I could tell he would be in good hands with a group of individuals who are passionate about their jobs. My Champ walked out of the appointment happy, fresh, and clean. I definitely will be going back.

I really enjoyed being able to see our dog everyday on the video camera. We also enjoyed the pictures, videos and messages sent everyday of our dog playing and having a great time. He was taken very good care of and he was happy when we picked him up after being there for a week. Took our 8 month old, large mixed breed puppy for help with leash training and basic commands. By the end of the first session, he was no longer pulling and walking loose leash. Two more sessions scheduled. Can’t wait to see all the other improvements we can make.

This was our first time taking our dog to a boarding kennel & I have nothing but FABULOUS things to say about it here!!!! Excellent care & service in all aspects. The facility is very, very neat & clean. A huge selection of activities to choose from if desired. They were exceptionally friendly, caring, affectionate, observant, communicative & extremely accommodating & organized. I would never go elsewhere. We were extremely satisfied. These folks are a 5-star operation! They are conscientious in caring for the pups! They do a number of things that seem extraordinarily special for a day-care kennel: When you start your dog, they don't just put them in the class. They start with a "Muttesori" school. They assign your pet one-on-one with a staff member. This can go on for a number of weeks. This way they learn your pet's tendencies and behaviors. They get them acclimated to being at the day-care. The pets learn what is expected of them. Everybody, staff and pets, are safer and happier this way. Then they "graduate" to their regular "class". They keep them in a group with others of a similar size. Everyone knows everyone's name and personality. Again, everyone is safer and happier this way. They have special days for birthdays and holidays. The Halloween Party was fantastic this year! They have special activities and send you home some really nice photos of your pet participating! All of the dogs are happy to go to school in the mornings...you can watch them enthusiastically dragging their owners to the front door! This is proof positive that they are really doing something right. They promise you a tired and happy dog at the end of the day. Again, you can watch them at dismissal and they are all very tired and very happy! More proof that they are really doing something right. They are very conscientious about making sure that all pets are current on their immunizations. They will definitely remind you if you forget something. This is reassuring so everyone stays healthy. We have been sending our Gracie to school every Thursday for years now. Not only are we confident that she is well taken care of, but it is also a great idea so that "Mom and Dad" can have some time without the "Kid" once a week! They took wonderful care of our pets! Very kind staff that treated our scared Yorkie with lots of love and cuddles and made our big fat cat feel like a king with his cuddle and catnip sessions! They also took care of our dog's medical needs by administering her medication, so if you have an animal with medical issues, this is a great choice!

Meghan did an outstanding job with Miles, our Cockapoo. I provided a photo, and she followed it to a tee. Miles loves people, but isn't wild about grooming. He's free of matted spots, smells great, and showed no signs of trauma. He feels handsome. ❤️

When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

Best doggy daycare! My dog loves it and all the staff are amazing. It really shows by how excited she gets when she arrives and / or sees staff.

We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Ive never boarded a cat however their homes appear comfy, clean, and a lot of window space for the cats to peer out. Go in for a tour and see for yourself!

We’ve been here for the puppy parties and to bathe our pups at their self washing stations. The staff is very friendly & caring about the animals.

My dog goes to daycare here 4 times a week. Staff is really good and the Facility’s management and ownership are second to none.

So my girl KY is a rescue Chihuahua Beagle mix but has had trauma so she is very skiddish. Sam(or Steve im bad with names) and the rest of the staff took great care of my sweet girl. And Q(?) who brought her in. My girl knows and can read character. So when I watched her go with him and not growl, bark, or show any apprehension or fear. I know shw was oing to be fine. But she was more than fine. She was great and i was great because i could leave her there without worry while i was on a difficult trip. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my sweetheat and get her ready for our trip in a few weeks. Truly amazing and I was blown away. In a world were often money is paid to a business and the business does not take customer's needs into account, my experience with Walker's Pet Hotel was a Breath of Fresh Air. And I have been using walker's pethotail for years but at the Murrysville location on and off for the last 18 years with prevous girl Duchess. Feels like we’re leaving our dog with family. The staff there is loving and attentive to every dog and cat that comes in, whether for daycare or for an extended stay. Our dog loves it there. She’s very well cared for and is excited every day to go. And when we pick her up after work, she is tired and happy from the social experience.

Really great place.... Clean store front.... Inside of building is very well kept and clean.... Great location on route 30 centralized in North Versailles.... My dog loves going there and playing with all the other dogs and getting some of her energy out..... 2 year old St Bernard that still thinks she's a little lap dog puppy.... Lol

We love walkers in north Versailles! My girl gets excited every time we walk in and she sees the staff. She always looks happy when I pick her up and she sleeps so well after playing hard. Prices are good in my opinion, and they’ve always been able to accommodate scheduling requests for us.

booking was very easy, they actually tried to help me find a local vet when i wasn’t sure i’d be able to get shots in time. they took my last minute boarding request for a holiday weekend, check in was super quick and painless, and on pickup their review of my dogs stay was way more detailed and thorough than i expected. i was worried about finding a place for my senior girl but we’ll definitely go back here!

Rachelle was so fantastic with my crew! One of my dogs is very distrusting of strangers and can take a while to warm up to new people. Rachelle was very patient and willing to come over multiple times prior to our trip so that Charlie could get comfortable with her. All 3 of my dogs loved her! She was patient and gentle with them, even when two of them found a skunk and ended up getting sprayed while we were away. She was very apologetic and willing to put in the extra work to bathe and de-skunk them, and kept me updated throughout the whole process of it. I definitely recommend Rachelle and Doggone Awesome Pet Services!

Cats are inherently shy and distrusting of strangers, but Rachelle was able to give Punky a shot twice a day, every day that we were gone!! Recently, I started fostering a dog (in addition to my own dog), and Rachelle and her sister both jumped in right away to come spend some time with the new dog and assess his behavior so that when I needed the once a week visit there would be no issues. I have recommended Doggone Awesome to a couple of my neighbors who are also thrilled with the service. Rachelle typically does a meet and great with each new client free of charge. I will continue to recommend Doggone Awesome Pet Sitters to people and I will be a client for life!

Fantastic Service. Rachel and Bob have been so friendly and kind. Bob treats our animals like his own. We know that our dog Charlie is always taken care of. The computer scheduling system they use is top notch. It is so easy to add or cancel a dog visit. They are able to do vacations too. We don't know what we would do without them. I am picking my dog Ollie up today, this is the third time he has been there. No complaints at all the price is reasonable, the staff is friendly, and most importantly Ollie was taken care of. I would higly recommend them, and will continue to take Ollie for years to come.

I have a special needs dog. He is a rescue and was severely abused, causing him to get violent if he is enclosed in a kennel. Kitty allows him to stay in her office so he doesn’t hurt himself. She always accommodates his anxiety and her staff has been very helpful in managing his issues. It is also important to know that this place is alway impeccably clean and the pups are given clean soft blankets to lay on. I won’t consider taking my boys anywhere else!

I have 2 small dogs, and never had to put my dogs in a kennel before. My dogs took quickly to staying here. The owner and workers were helpful, and very nice. I was worried because my one dog has anxiety issues. He had no problems. Definitely will take my dogs here again.

Never worry about your pets there. They definitely give your pet the attention they deserve when you are not around. Whether it's a day or week the prices are super. If you plan on using them make plans a few weeks ahead of time for reservations they are really busy so that should tell you how good they are.

Everything was quick and simple, but i left a bag with my dog full of his items and when they handed it back to me it was torn to shreds? Saying my dog or some other dog chewed it up. Then when we get home he has diarrhea and blood in it. So chances are he has a piece of the bag in his intestines and if thats the case, Id like to know WHY he wasnt being watched and WHY he was even able to reach his bag? Very upset.

Kitty takes exceptional care of my dog when I am on vacation. The kennel is next to her house and someone is always there. I feel at ease leaving my dog with Kitty. The kennel is spacious and always clean. I highly recommend Animal House for boarding your fur baby.

I had a favorable impression based on the visit so for. One experience makes it a little hard to give a whole-hearted, blanket recommendation but would definitely bring my boys back again. The price is very, very reasonable. I've paid considerably more elsewhere.

Our dog Cash loves it there, they take very good care of him. He can't wait to get in when we get there. He has anxiety and he does very well there.
