Chelsea is the best!! Such a lovely human being and it was a real privilege to have her come all the way from Dallas, Texas to Ireland, to look after FiFi, our adorable feline, who comes with many quirks and little idiosyncrasies . I can honestly say that Chelsea took care of her exactly as we would have wanted - keeping to her familiar routines which are so important for her continued health and wellbeing. Fi Fi is well known in our local community and Chelsea fully immersed herself in social gatherings, enabling FiFi to maintain her bonds with those familiar to her. Chelsea has a wealth of experience in taking care of animals and it showed in the standard of the care she provided. It is obvious that she loves what she is doing and this shows through her level of commitment and attention to detail in the care she provides On our return the house was exactly as we had left it and Fi Fi was really relaxed and settled - the sit was purrfect!!! We were lucky enough to be able to spend some time with Chelsea the following day and really enjoyed her company and gentle nature - she was also a big hit with our neighbours , who like us were sad to see her go. I really hope we get the chance to meet Chelsea again and only wish she lived nearer!! She is a 5 Star + house sitter Chelsea, we can’t thank you enough for looking after FiFi so well - she loves you lots and so do we!! xo

Our home was clean and tidy when we returned from our long trip. It was nice to come home to clean. The dogs were happy and alive. I am sure they were a handful with all of the storms that occurred during Maxine's stay. Zoe is very afraid of storms but seems no worse for wear. This seemed to be the perfect match of a wonderful, caring, pet/house sitter and our place. Gretchen sent us an update every day, with pictures most days, and it was obvious she loved our cats. She took care of our leaky pool and watering plants and the lawn and left everything spotless. She even left us some wonderful soup. We hope to have her sit here again in the future.

I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Perfect place for our Australian Shepherd. We will always use Lindsy as long as she will have us. Maggie loved it there.
The kennels are not anywhere near the house so not known if the owner has a camera to make sure the dogs are safe at night; they are far away and the owner rode a quad bike/ATV to get to the kennel. We picked up our dog and it had fleas!!! Our dog did not have fleas before staying at the kennel and has never had fleas!!! The owner did not respond to emails or text messages prior to arrival. She responded to 2 phone calls. Although we were told that the kennel was open from 9-12 on Sunday for picking up our dog, the gate was closed and the mechanism for the owner to open it was not working so she said to push it open manually. When I pushed on the gate (yes, that means manually), it did not open. We honked the car horn and the owner texted, “did you press the button”…, so I had to look for a button, reach through the fence and press the button. The owner does not care for the dogs herself; she has an employee who does. There is apparently a 3 night minimum which we were not told about. The owner is not warm or friendly.
Amazing!!! Love that my dogs get true play time on an actual farm. Best place for our fur babies to stay when we are out of town. Lindsy if wonderful!! Highly recommend!!! Please don’t ever stuff your dog in those in town kennels when there’s a place like this.
My dog Zuez loved it there. Really wish he was more sociable with other dogs so he could play in a group. Lindsy had 1 on 1 play time with him.
My energetic boy was worn out but happy to see me! Lindsy took great care of Rocko. I highly recommend her!

Bloomoon took great care of my boy, Duke. He is a repeat visitor when I travel. He got a bath, his nails and ears done. They have gold fish in a tank in a safe place nearby for him to watch.
I'm an extremely over protective pet parent and for the first time put my dogs in boarding. Gave them page long instructions for each dog. They have gone above and beyond with my boys. Multiple pictures everyday tons of updates. Ny boys look so happy and like they are truly enjoying their time and on vacation as well. I have zero concerns about how they are being cared for while was gone. I don't think I'll every board then any other place even if it means traveling good distance to board them. Beyond satisfied
I Love BlooMoon! They have been so patient and kind helping me train my Maxi! Dee and Solar have shown me how to manage Maxi, who is a Husky, in her most energetic moments! Maxi and I have both group and private training. During group training they take the time to work with each individual dog and the group as a whole. The classes are small so each dog parent has plenty of room to work on the skill with their baby. In our privately lessons, skills taught are important to our particular lifestyle needs. I would definitely recommend BlooMoon!
The staff are very caring and treat each animal like they are their own. The Puppy Obedience Training class really made a difference in the behavior of our pup.

The caregivers at Bloomoon are top notch! They have taken excellent care of our pup and my parent’s cat when we go on vacation the last couple of years. They are professional and have fulfilled every request on every occasion. Highly recommend!
I have used BlooMoon previously. They did great! This time not so much. Within 3 days I re lived pictures and you could see something was wrong. By the time we got home both dogs were sick and the facility said it was allergies. We got our dogs flu vaccinated to stay at this facility. I just wish they would have made the others do the same. I will not be using this facility again.

We were a little concerned about Rufus having separation anxiety but seems he adjusted fine, had fun, and made some new friends. Bloomoon did great again.

The pet sitters are Puppy Love are wonderful. The team goes above and beyond to reassure me that my dogs and cat are in good hands while I'm away. The team sends me pictures of each animal and a brief report of how they are doing at each visit. They make sure to play, cuddle, and walk them. Twice I've been in a pinch and the team stepped up to make sure my animals were looked after. For example, I ran out of Apoquel and Steve picked up a Rx refill at my local vet's office. Another example is when my flight was cancelled. Shannon was quick to respond and sent a team member to the house to take care of my pups. I used to send my dogs to a doggy day care. The cost was getting out of hand. Shannon was half of the cost! Plus, she's local to Wimberley and I'd rather invest in my local community than another big city. This is the best team to take care of your animals.

I first reached out to Puppy Love Pet Sitting looking for someone on short notice, who could check in on our anxious Charlie. Charlie tends to be easily spooked and can be anxious with new surroundings and situations. Shannon was so helpful, sweet and patient when meeting Charlie and when coming to check in on him. We were so worried with leaving him for the first time and her pup updates and pictures really allowed us to enjoy him while we were out of town and helped keep our minds at ease. Puppy Love also offers walking services which Charlie has come to love. Ms. Shannon now comes weekly to walk and help Charlie with new adventures. He’s always so excited to see her. I can’t say enough about the wonderful care my baby received in the hands of Mary’s Buddies! We normally travel with our girl so I was quite distraught when our travel plans could not include her on this last trip. I was very nervous leaving her with a stranger, but I was quickly put at ease with the first phone call and even more so at our first meeting. As the trip came closer and my anxiety increased, I received even more assurances and nothing but patient answers to my questions. So much so that on the day of drop off, I was of course sad to leave my baby but at total ease leaving her. During the entire trip I received photos and wonderful updates and quick responses to inquiries. I did not worry at all that she wasn’t being well cared for. When we finally picked her up; she was happy, clean and totally relaxed even when got home. She was very happy to see us but showed zero signs of stress or anxiety from being away from us. My one and ONLY “complaint” is that my pup was so spoiled with Mary, she’s quite full of herself now—lol! I would not hesitate to have our girl stay with Mary again.
We are so grateful to have Mary walk our fur baby Millie. Mary really seems to enjoy what she does and truly loves dogs. Mary is reliable, punctual and trustworthy. We know our dog is in good hands when she is with Mary. After each walk, we receive an update on Millie, as well as, pictures. It’s always nice to see how happy Millie is while hanging out with Mary.
We absolutely ADORE Mary & her incredible care of animals. Our Australian Shepherd, while friendly, tends to be nervous about staying anywhere but with us. This is not always practical for us, so at Christmas time (totally last minute) I reached out to Mary to see if she had availability as I thought a home environment would be more comfortable for our pup than more traditional kennel boarding. Mary was so accommodating, communicative & gracious. Our pup stayed with her for 2 weeks & would’ve moved in if we had let him. Every experience with Mary since has been equally wonderful. We will continue to have Mary be our first pick for pet boarding as long as she’ll have us!

We have been using Cathy’s Critter Care for a year now and we are so happy and pleased with their level of care, communication and reliability when caring for our sweet pets while we are away. They take care of every detail and even send beautiful photos of our pets after every visit. They even went above and beyond this last visit and set up a food/box shelter with food for one of our regular outdoor feral cat visitors when the temperature dipped too low (close to freezing) overnight. I will gladly recommend Cathy’s Critters Care to anyone needing pet sitter service. I was very pleased with my pups being at home in familiar surroundings instead of in a crate at a boarder. And I had them there when I got home on Sunday, rather than waiting til Monday (and paying for another night) when the vet opens. The sitter sent me updates and photos with each of their visits. AND it ended up being less costly than boarding them. I will definitely use them again!

Our caregivers shared daily updates while engaging my two cats, innovated play, shared a narrative of the visit and observed the health and wellbeing of them. Love, love, love Texas Ruff House! I'm so particular about my fur babies and especially someone coming into my home. I can't say enough about my positive experiences! They are always timely, very trustworthy and go above and beyond. They send very detailed recaps with tons of photos (I really mean TONS) . They are always very kind and you can tell love my doggies. They have lots of options as far as services and are super quick to respond to requests. They have been able to accommodate my last minute requests so I'm not stressed about my 3 doggies. I'm very thankful to have found Carla and her group. Outstanding people who are reliable and caring- I'm a raving fan!
Fantastic business to trust your pets with! I'm so glad I found Texas Ruff House to be able to swing by and take care of my senior dog, Abbey, on occasions that I'll be out of the house too long. Booking requests are super easy online and have very quick turnaround times on answers. They require a meet & greet to ask all important questions about your animal for their records. As for visits, they send SO many pictures and thorough notes on how their visit went. Their services allow me to relax and know she's been well taken care of!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Carla and her team at Texas Ruff House, and I couldn't be more impressed. The level of professionalism and care they provided for my pets during our trips was exceptional. We utilized their services for pet and house visits, as well as for Carla's Puppy program training and the Dog Walking program. Ruff House is the BEST! We’ve noticed a significant difference in Murphy’s focus on commands and overall doodle prone anxiety since we started Walking Club. He gets so excited for all of you, but of course loves his OG walker, Kathy. She’s been so patient and diligent in training with him - it’s incredible. He’s doing a great job with ‘place’, ‘stay’ and while he still gets excited when we have visitors he settles down MUCH quicker. We totally didn’t expect to have training out of this - but the team’s consistency and patience naturally lends to that. I can’t forget the kitties when we’re out of town. Neil & Willie love you and we appreciate all he detailed notes and pictures from your visits. They love the pets, brushing, fresh litter boxes twice a day…all of it! There is no question on the happenings while we’re gone - y’all excel in the communication department all around!! Five stars from us! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies!

This is the third time we have used Texas Ruff House. Tonya, Megan and Angela did such a wonderful job caring for my two kitties. They not only take care of the standard cat duties, but they also spend time giving them lots of love and pets, and hide and seek treat games. They also leave the cutest messages on the app with pictures and videos. It made my day to see the daily check-in. I can’t wait to book them again for our next vacation! Texas Ruff house provides a reliable, quality alternative to boarding your pet. They care for your pet as promised and provide detailed notes (and pictures) with each visit. Communication is so easy through the app. Carla Tittle and her staff have been wonderful to our dog, Lucy and having her care for Lucy puts us at ease when we travel. They will also bring packages inside and put out trash bins on trash day. So nice to find a company who believes in great customer service. Texas Ruff house is worth every penny. Will definitely be using them in the future.

We are SO pleased with Kristin, her loving attention to our animals, and her extraordinary attention to detail. Kristin is fantastic with my pooch, Sadie!! She has spent several nights at her home and days. When I come to pick up Sadie, she is having fun with Kristin's friendly, playful dogs! When I drop Sadie off, her tail is wagging and her body wiggles! Just by meeting Kristin, I knew that she would love my baby like it was her own! Kristin has a warm, inviting and clean home with lots of beds for dogs to lay on. She also has a fenced in yard for the pets to play in! I love Kristin's Canine and Cat Care!! We recently left our farm in the care of Kristin and could not be more thrilled with how well she took care of our animals and home. We have 2 dogs (one is 2 and one is a special needs 16 year old), one cat and a ton of chickens. Kristin communicated with us frequently, took extra care of the chickens during a heat wave and the dogs and cat were very well loved. We came home to a clean house and happy animals. Will definitely be using her again (in fact, we’ve already booked our next trip). 100% recommend!

We use Kristin several times a year for up to 14 days at a time. We have 2 large outside dogs & they love her! She feeds, water, cleans their pens & plays with them each visit. What we love the most is that she sends us texts & pictures most every day. What more could you ask for? She is always responsive should we need to reach her. We have used her services for two years & hopefully we will be fortunate enough to continue several years more.
I have 2 dogs one loves people. She has to be around someone to cuddle. She usually goes with us but a couple short trips we want to start leaving her behind. Kristin was like leaving my girl with a friend. Mali had a great time and I didn’t worry about Mali. Kristin loves animals and it shows.

I have a 7 month old GSP and was lucky enough to find this lovely place last minute. We took a tour of the area and fell in love with it. Tricia is super sweet and loving to my dog. And took really good care of her. She also sent me pictures everyday to show how well she is doing and giving little updates. I will be using her again in a heart beat.
I found Tricia to be a very caring, reliable and trustworthy petsitter. My senior dog was well cared for while I was away and looked happy from the pictures I received. I also have a 16 year old horse that was watered, fed and checked on for any problems. She too looked great in pictures received and in the pictures was eating her food contently. Tricia also watered my plants and collected the mail. Happy plants. I would not hesitate to recommend Kountry Kritters Petcare for your next vacation. You will not be disappointed.
I can't say enough good things about Kountry Kritters Petcare! Tricia recently took excellent care of my two Pittbulls, Si and Jax. From the moment I dropped them off, I knew they were in good hands. Tricia and family was incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about animals. Si my 6 month old can be a bit anxious, but when I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-cared for. It was obvious that they had been loved and treated with kindness. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind Kountry Kritters provided. One thing that really impressed me was how they interacted with the dogs. I could tell that they genuinely enjoyed spending time with the animals and made sure they had plenty of playtime. They even sent me pictures of my pups having fun, which was a nice touch. Additionally, I appreciated that there was no hesitation in accepting my two Pittbulls. Some kennels or boarding facilities might have reservations about boarding dogs of certain breeds, but Kountry Kritters was open and welcoming to my furr babies' dogs, regardless of their breed.
