Robert and Florence took such great care of our Curly. We could tell he was well loved while we were out of town. I had mentioned to them about Curly’s bad breath and Florence provided some suggestions and took action to help! Curly’s breath issues are gone! Thank you! Robert and Florence were flexible with us. Our flights home got very delayed and we were not going to be home in time for their planned departure. They were open to driving Curly over to my sister’s house 20-25 minutes away so he had care until we got home. We were comfortable having Robert and Florence in our home and appreciated their updates on Curly. Thanks again!

Joyful, "Can Do," Couple Who Find Beauty Wherever We Are
Wow! Tom and Kris are such a kind, thoughtful, and responsible couple. They lovingly cared for our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat, and a bird) for a month while we were out of the country. Kris takes beautiful photos, and sent us images of our pets while we were gone. One of our dogs required special attention because of a health issue, and they took really good care of her. All of the animals were healthy and happy when we returned. Tom and Kris took excellent care of our home as well. The whole house, lawn, and garden were in great shape when we returned. I would eagerly invite Tom and Kris to stay at our house again.

Active sailing couple who love and miss having our own animals
MaryAnn and Gary were great! We had a bit of a bumpy start and had to make other arrangements for most of the first day but they had a lot going on so it was understandable. The things that were important to us went really well -- Oreo & Cassie were both happy and safe and we got lots of photos of the cats toward the end of the sit -- and the house was in good condition when we returned. We checked in with MaryAnn & Gary regularly and they didn't need anything so they seemed to be very self-sufficient. We had mentioned in the house guide that they didn't need to do the tedious food tracking we usually do for Oreo's oncologist but they went above & beyond and jotted down feedings anyway. This couple is very kind and will take very good care of your home and fur kids so you can focus on being present and in the moment while you're away. Our hearts go out to them for everything they had going on when the sit was happening.

Jeff and Cynthia are great cat and house sitters! They were really easy and fun to communicate with and highly reliable at the same time – everything went smoothly as agreed. Our two cats are rather shy, but Jeff and Cynthia quickly found a way to their hearts. It was obvious that our sitters have a very special affinity with the animals and have an impressive way with them. They regularly kept us up to date on the welfare of our furry friends, supported by photos and videos. On our return we found our flat clean and in excellent condition. We can only recommend Jeff and Cynthia and would hire them again at any time!

Caring and responsible
Unfortunately I wouldn't feel comfortable with Maria watching my pet again. Maria wasn't very communicative. This may be on me as I mentioned in our intro call I didn't need a ton of updates/photos, but I was surprised to get no updates unless prompted. I would have been fine if it was just low communication. However, when I arrived home something was off. My cat had pooped and peed on my bed - soaked through to the mattress - and clawed the comforter. This is wildly out of character for him. Additionally, since I've been home he has been very needy - crying at me a lot and more clingy than usual. When asked, Maria mentioned he might have gotten locked in my bedroom accidentally. Maybe this is a one off situation but unfortunately makes it so I cannot recommend her stay.

I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
