Pet Sitting in Rossland

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. 
Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention.
He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. 
He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. 
The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! 
We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. 
We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. 
Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). 
In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. 
We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left,  mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning!  Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Thank you for taking great care for the dogs and the house.

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. 
She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. 
Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. 
I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.
