I had a great experience from the moment I called to check availability for boarding. It was short notice on a holiday weekend but Sue was available. I was coming from Alabama so Sue keep great communication with me as I traveled. She gave me clear and details directions on how to get there and to access her gate. Bosoce loved her and she sent me pictures and updates all weekend. We love her and will definitely use her again when we come back to Florida.

It was such a pleasure to meet Deborah. Our dog Ben took to her right away. We didn't mind leaving our dog with her at all, and knew he was in great hands. We feel like she is now a friend , we hope to see her again, when we come to Florida. I would recommend her to anybody, she is a wonderful person, great to talk to very professional!

Our dog has been going to Wag Watchers for years. They treat her with loving care and gets so excited every time she visits. There is no guilt when leaving her there as she has such a good time. I feel comfortable knowing that they will administer any medications that my baby needs.

We were out of town for a family event. They truly are the namesake of the company. My animals received the utmost care. I was updated consistently of their well being. When I returned my animals seemed so happy and relaxed. I can’t give enough praise and thanks for Treated Like Family Pet Care. I feel more comfortable if I have to leave again knowing my animals will have the best care available.

Our dogs stayed here for the week and they came back healthy, happy, and clean. They are accommodating, reasonably priced, and responsive. I am happy to have found our new boarding option for when we visit family in Florida! Five Stars!

Where Pet are Family can be described as nothing less than an outstanding place to board your pet! We received daily pictures of our dog Gina playing and socializing with other dogs and romping freely in a very nicely fenced yard. We could see right off that Gina was comfortable and happy to be there. 100% extremely recommended!!!

I had a great experience with Ana, this was my first time using a boarding service for my dog, Lucy-Ella and I was nervous, however, Ana’s good natured professionalism reassured me. She patiently went over the guidelines and was flexible when I had to changed my drop- off date, at the last minute. Her home is beautiful and very welcoming. During Lucy-Ella’s stay, Ana provided daily updates and sent pictures on how she was doing. I will definitely use Ana’s services again. Once again, thank you for taking care of my little one!

Ana was amazing. She was able to socialize my dog who doesn't have experience around other dogs. I loved the environment and the fact that my Lucy was in a family home instead of a cage all by herself. She also took many pictures throughout Lucy's stay and kept us updated with how she was doing. Ana is great! I was desperate and didn’t want to leave my dogs at the vet with little interaction from people. Ana sent me photos several times to show me how my dogs were interacting with the others. Ana is also well versed in doggie behaviors so she has an in site to your fur baby. I felt very secure with my fur babies in her care! I would recommend Ana to care for your fur baby for sure.

Ana was very accommodating and our dog Curtis was very relaxed and happy in her care. Ana sent photos several times during his stay. My husband and I were at ease knowing he was well cared for in their securely fenced backyard and her pet friendly home. Ana is very affordable and flexible. We will definitely be returning customers just knowing our baby is being well cared for.

After getting our sweet puppies (2 years ago) we had really stopped traveling together as it was stressful trying to find the right overnight care for them. We were blessed to find Ana and “Where Pets are Family”. She is AMAZING with our boys who take a bit to get comfortable with strangers. Not with Ana, they were in her lap the first day! She was so kind and walked us through the best ways to ensure they had a successful & stress free stay! We now retake them for day care as well! Our little girl is 18 months old. We recently moved and she only stayed with one other sitter previously that was not family. When we went to pick her up, she could not wait to get out the door. The sitter accepted all dogs and she was terrified of the big dogs. I was really excited to find a sitter that only accepts small dogs. Ana was great about sending pictures at least twice a day. Sadie always looked happy and seemed to be having a good time with the other dogs. When we went to pick her up, she was happy to see us but you could tell she was comfortable with Ana. I highly recommend Ana and Where Pets Are Family! She’s very sweet and knowledgeable and she treats our girls Tiki and Lucy like her own. My girls had the best time when they were there and they came home happy and tired from all the playing. I know they are in very good hands when I drop them off. The home setting is exactly what they need and very comforting to them. Ana sends pictures throughout the day to let me know how they are doing which is so nice! I’m so glad I found Ana and my pups new home away from home!

Once again Anna at Where Pets are Family exceeded our expectations. Baylee had a blast this past week with all her friends. We are not worried leaving Baylee with Anna and Curt at all they take care of our babies like they are their own

Lucy just had the very best time at Ana’s yesterday! She has trust issues was starting to have intermittent issues with some of the less experienced personnel at the kennel we were using so we found Ana’s cage less dog care to try. I have to say that I think Ana & Curt are dog whisperers, with their calm and caring nature. Lucy felt right at home. I was so pleased to find that this is truly the right place for Lucy. She loves to play with other dogs too and just did fabulously at Ana’s! So relieved to find Where Pets are Family!! Thank you Ana & Curt!!!

Mary is amazing! She has watched my mom's dog several times. The dogs are in her home and are treated like it's their home. There is a huge backyard for them to run and play. I highly recommend her, your dog will be happy and in good hands!

Loving dog care!

Our puppy stayed here for 2 nights while we had to go out of town. He went to daycare one time prior to his boarding stay and the staff are all so friendly and sweet, you can tell they love animals and I just felt like he was in such good hands. This was our first time leaving him since we adopted him and it could not have went better. They were also able to trim his nails which he will not let us do. We were worried he wouldn't do well with the other dogs at play time since he's so energetic but the staff made sure to introduce the other dogs to him slowly and he had the best time playing with all his new friends. He loves this place and actually seemed pretty sad to leave after we picked him up.

Love the attention and level of care! I have no reservations leaving my pup for day visits or extended stays. He's a loner but they make him feel right at home! Thank you for the freedom of worry!

All American Pet resort staff are always kind and respectful to big baby, an Anatolian Shepard! He is a bit submissive and nervous around other dogs, yet he loves to play… the staff is patient and understanding of his Unique fears…They watch out for him while he is joyfully playing with the other big dogs so that he doesn’t get bullied! He loves it there! They are fantastic! We never worry about our fur baby when he is with them! The facility is clean and modern looking and smells decent too!

We've been using AAPR to board our dogs for the past 2 years. The accommodations, activities and staff are excellent! My dogs love going here and I never have to worry about them when they're at the resort. For them, hanging with other dogs is something they really enjoy. Kathy is amazing and so supportive. We've had to board frequently while my husband deals with cancer and she's made room for us on very short notice. You couldn't ask for a better place and better people to care for your dog(s). I feel the staff genuinely care about the dogs and their owners.

My dog had the best time here! Myind was put at ease when I could watch him on video during the day or night and during playtime. The staff here are awesome! I love the way they have the place set up. It's pretty much perfect! You can't go wrong with Towles!

After my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer, we tried this place, as an "emergency" choice. WE were told they had 24 hour care and 24 hour visual (in a VIP room) for an extra fee. Our dog had never stayed at a kennel, so we tried the VIP room. We did drop her off for few hours for "daycare" a few days before, without incident. When we dropped her off for overnight, I was told they have 24 hour care but if we call, no one will answer. I was surprised, but i dropped her off anyway, because I had my 24 hour camera in the VIP room. We watched her, from then on.. She was nervous and bored but safe. Then at 11pm the room went dark! I could see other VIP rooms just not ours. I took pictures every half hour, did not sleep, and got more upset as the night/ morning went on. I was at the facility to get our dog at 6am (they opened at 7). A woman arrived at 6:20, let me in, then argued with me. She said the lights go off at 11, and maybe my phone (a new Iphone) was an issue. She insisted that I had 24 hour visuals, but of course that wasn't true, as I had the dark grey photos to prove it. We are fortunate and have relied on wonderful friends, to help us around surgeries and treatments. I do not recommend this facility, if you are looking for 24 hour visual access.

I am so thankful I found this place! I just moved to the area and needed a place to board dog. My dog is very anxious and needs a lot of special attention. She doesn’t like being around other high energy dogs so finding a place to board her was not an easy task. The staff here is absolutely amazing and they were able to manage her sometimes “difficult” personality. Everyone is so friendly from the moment they answer the phone. If you are looking for a place to board your fur child, all American pet resort is a fabulous option!

This place is great!! The team is fantastic!! They are always friendly and very helpful and we always know they will take such great care of our Lola. She loves the group play and the moonlight mini’s too!! I highly recommend using their services!!

I feel confident in leaving my five month old puppy with the staff. They are attentive and caring. The facility is very clean and they provide activities to keep dogs busy and happy.

Our Puppy Sage is obsessed with this place! We have been taking her here for a few months and it has helped tremendously to socialize her and burn her energy. She just Turned a year old this month. The only downside we have found is that our puppy cannot keep a sweater on when it is chilly out. She is very small and loves her sweaters. I do understand the safety concern and will not hold this against Bow Wow.

Camp Bow Wow is a true haven for dogs and their owners alike! Every time I board my dogs here, I leave feeling completely at ease knowing they're in the best hands. You can tell they're not just working a job; they genuinely love dogs. They handle every canine guest with such care and affection, it's like they're looking after their own pets. This love for dogs shines through in how happy and comfortable all the guests seem. One of my favorite features is the live camera feed. Being able to peek in and see my dogs playing and having a great time gives me peace of mind and is also incredibly reassuring. It's fun to watch them interact with other dogs and see them so active and engaged. Every visit to Camp Bow Wow leaves my dogs joyfully exhausted from all the fun and play. I couldn't ask for a better place to board them when I'm traveling. It's clear that the staff is committed to providing a safe, loving, and fun environment, making Camp Bow Wow an excellent choice for anyone seeking high-quality dog care. So far we have only participated in a successful interview but was very impressed with the caring, friendly staff, informative website, & Luna loved being there! My dog stayed there for 5 nights. She smelled really terrible when I picked her up. She wouldn’t eat when she got home and she’s developed a hot spot on her leg. I certainly can’t blame this all on the facility but I thought I’d just give a truthful review.

I bring my dog here a few times a week and I always know she is well taken care of! They do cute little photo ops and event days to keep things interesting. They really do have the dogs best interests at heart and it shows. I love this place!

Our toy poodle Weston had his first visit to Camp Bow Wow on June 20th. The staff was kind and welcoming and they treated Weston like one of their own. They were very attentive and we enjoyed watching him play with the other dogs and the staff on the pup cam. We love Camp Bow Wow and Weston can’t wait for his next visit!

I take my Yorkie there. Also took my previous 2 Yorkies there. It’s clean and I can watch my dog 🐶 on the camera in the app or online. The only negative thing is that no one plays with the dogs. No toys 🙁 Also not sure why, but all 3 Yorkies came home from boarding overnight for 3 nights, and were vomiting 🤮 and had diarrhea for 5 days. They were there different times. Two Yorkies once and a couple of years later the other Yorkie. Still had same symptoms as the other 2 from 2 yrs prior. They were never sick after spending a few hours in the DAY there. They think maybe all 3 Yorkies had anxiety. Hmm 🤔 I won’t board overnight anymore. Daytime is ok

This is an awesome place to drop your Canine American off for some good old calorie burning socialization. As soon as I get within a mile of Camp Bow Wow, Saylor starts to go berserk.

What a peace of mind knowing our pet was well taken care of during our vacation! The staff was extremely friendly during the interview and overnight stays. We really enjoyed the ability to watch our little guy on cams. We knew our little guy enjoyed Camp Bow Wow since he was excited once he saw the building. Life saver for those that need overnight care for your pet or just a few hours. I recommend arriving early since spots fill up fast.

I've been taking my yorkie there for 6 years and my shitzu for 4 years. The owner and staff are wonderful. They take great care of my "girls" whether they're there for daycare, grooming, or boarding. I have never had a reason to complain...only praise. That is even more needed now after hurricanes Helene and then Milton hit within two weeks of each other. Since I needed to evacuate I felt confident in leaving them at Critter Cottage. I felt they were safer there than with me, never thinking that zone C would have been included under mandatory evacuation. When they had to evacuate they took all 11 dogs and 9 cats with them. That's impressive and I'm so happy I found and trust Critter Cottage with my "girls". Thank you for your hardwork and dedication to the animal kingdom. You've helped me in more ways than I can count.

I brought my dogs in to get groomed. Cut, bathed, nails. Told them to leave the head and tail a bit longer then the rest - they didn’t even cut or trim them up. Ones ears were not cleaned out nor trimmed (long hair on them - easily mattes) was told to cut on a two but found out they were cut on a five. Paid 250. Not at all worth it. Never paid so much for grooming. Very disappointing.

After seeing the many reviews and “likes” of reviews where animals were harmed while being groomed - I requested to be present for our dogs grooming the first few times . At first they lied and said it was an insurance issue and then said it was owners rules. All things considered, this does not appear to be a safe grooming service.

Charged over 25% more for groom than in the past without warning. Told it was because manager decided I had been "given a break for too long." The real story is Valerie has been grooming my Newfoundland since April. Our first visit took longer because she had not been groomed for awhile. I paid extra that first groom because it took longer. Valerie on her own volition told me that if I would bring my dog in every 6 weeks, it would take her less time and she would charge me for accordingly for less time it would take to groom. Thus, the price I had been paying was for time spent and more frequency, rather than having been given any break in price. Today I was called for pick up four hours after dropoff. Valerie would take 2-2.5 hours. I was informed that Valerie had left no notes so they just assumed I had been "getting away without paying enough" (their words, not mine) even though they admit that they had no idea that Valerie took about half the time to groom her because I was bringing my dog in more frequently. And she looked awesome every time Valerie groomed her (I was told that the only thing they could think was Valerie did not do as good of job. Seriously?) And if they had said my dog took longer to groom today for a legit reason, I would have been ok with that. But to start out with treating me like I have "gotten away" with something when the manager admits she did not have all the information is completely disappointing. I always had a great experience with Valerie and had loved taking my dogs here for the past 5 months. Valerie is now gone.

I took my 15 week old Doodle for grooming after an unsuccessful attempt at Pet Smart in Maryland When I picked her up at the Critter Cottage , I was astounded by how great she looked. I didn't expect her to look so good as I assumed she would be antsy and difficult to groom. I can't say enough positive things about her groomer that did an amazing job

Great experience with the mobile grooming wish I could remember names. She did a great job with our pups 1st experience with grooming highly recommend her!

No veterinary care is accessible through Critter Cottage if there is an emergency. My 3 nine year old toy poodles went in for grooming. One died there. He has been under loving care and medical care his whole life, with visits to a vet in December for allergies, and with his eye doctor in October. He was the last gift from our daughter who was murdered in a mass murder. I am devastated, and can't stand the thought that he died without me. I have been with every one of my dogs at their last breath for approx. 50 years. This was a horror. No veterinary care is accessible through Critter Cottage. One of the other poodles has been quivering for the 2 weeks since her "brother" died, and since her grooming. She doesn't only curl up next to me, she presses hard against me. We will only ever know one thing for sure, My little Clark Kent died 3 hours after a normal morning of food, treats, and potty while he was there. Clark did not deserve this. Though he was wrapped in a blanket, I was shocked and sickened that they handed him to me in a cardboard box. I am glad I had my friend with me to observe everything. I thought Clark would be with me for the last chapter of our lives. Everyone who knew Clark adored him, and his opthamologist, who had just examined him 3 months earlier, comforted me and cried in disbelief. I will never forget that he was still warm, and his eyes open like he knew I was there, and asking, "Mommy, what just happened to me? We were having such a good day."

Lesley ‘s business has provided my cat sitting for over 5 years and the last 2 years she personally has looked after them up to 10 weeks at a time. She can be trusted to do an excellent job each time sending me pictures each visit in a text and telling me how they are doing that particular day. I am extremely happy with the care she provides when I am away.

Leslie was great with my dog Mocha! He gets nervous around new people, but Leslie was kind and patient with him while he adjusted to spending time with her. She was able to help care for him during my long work shifts and kept me updated throughout the day.

My husband and I had to travel out of town at the last minute and found ourselves looking for options to help with our two dogs. We came across Fur to Feathers. After reading the reviews, we decided to try a pet sitter for the first time ever and we were not disappointed at all. From the very beginning, Leslie worked with us to ensure our dogs needs would be covered and she mentioned that Irina would contact us to go over everything, meet us and meet our dogs. Irina came to our house twice before we left to ensure our dogs knew her and that she knew their routine. While we were out of town, Irina sent us multiple pictures and kept us up to date on how they were doing. Both of our dogs took to her right away and would look forward to her visits. This was definitely the best option and we certainly plan on reaching out again when we travel

Leslie helped me take care of Cooper, my cat, when I was on vacation. She sent daily photos and updates which made me feel so confident he was being taken care off. Good service for a reasonable cost.

I'm so glad to find a sitter that I could feel comfortable leaving my beagle with. She kept me informed about my dog throughout the entire stay with FaceTime and videos. I would definitely use her professional services the next time I visit Florida!

I was notified when i arrived to drop off my pomeranian that she only takes cash up front. Luckily i had it with me. She would not allow us into her home, or view the location that she was going to keep my dog in. I thought this was odd, but figured with 88 5 star reviewsand nothing less than 5 stars, maybe I'm just being paranoid. Her ability to communicate is somewhat disjointed. She sometimes would not answer yhe questions asked, but just comment about my boy having girl friends. I observed some of the same behavior when dropping him off, and picking him up. He was professionally groom a few days before he was dropped off. When we picked him up, his back half was damp and he smelled of a kennel. His tail hair was matted, and all oh his hair was "oily", which I've never seen on my dog. Additionally while there, she did send many photos of him, but his ears were always back in submission. This is something else I've never seen in him. After being cleaned up though, he does seem healthy, and unharmed. And he is almost back to his normal self after 8 hours or so.

Happy Tails Home Camp took such great care of our fur babies when we went away recently. It was our first time using Happy Tails as our usual doggie sitter wasn’t available and boy we are now so happy that we tried Happy Tails. They are now the only place we will leave our fur babies with. David, the owner, spoiled them with lots of love and attention. Both dogs were wiped out when we picked them up. You absolutely can’t find a better place for your dog to be watched. They treat your dog like it’s their own. My dog has been coming here for almost a year. They are the best kept secret around. Your pup will be taken great care of and it’s just like a little field trip where they play with friends and when they get tired can take a nap laying on a couch or on a friendly humans lap. It’s not like you’re getting your dog boarded for the day, it’s more like you’re dropping them off at your friends house who just happens to have other dogs and treats them all with great love and respect. And the best compliment I can give is that my dog literally freaks out with excitement to go here. Every time. Thanks Dave and Beth for being so wonderful.

My pup Finn goes here on a daily basis when I work. David and his wife are very accommodating because I drop him off early in the morning!! He sends me pics and videos of Finn playing or napping and I love that! Finn loves going there since he has all sorts of friends to keep him entertained! Definitely would recommend their service, they are great people!

Our Sadie never was boarded and we needed to do so for the first time. David and Beth made us feel at ease, and frankly we thought Sadie just might not want to come home. She was treated like one of their own dogs. We received pictures daily and they answered texts promptly. I would highly recommend their service and we will definitely be using their service in the future. Don't hesitate, you and your dog especially will love their stay! No worries boarding at its best!

If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy doggy camp, this is the BEST place in town. They kept me updated on my dog and sent me cute photos of the dogs having fun the entire time. My dog is anxious and doesn’t like to leave her family but she absolutely loves this home. They have a fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play, and make it very comfortable and fun for all dogs. I will always bring my dogs here when I have to leave town! 10/10 recommend!

We unexpectedly had to go out of town and needed to find a place to watch our dog Mango. I called Dave up needing a place starting that same afternoon. Although he was almost full at the house with other dogs, he graciously accepted Mango without prior notice and really helped us out of a tight spot. I would highly recommend Dave and Happy Tails to anyone looking for a wonderful, happy place to board your pets, we will use them again in the future, Mango was very happy as well! My Google account is under my business name but as a business owner I know how important reviews and truth are! My husband and I have always had a rough time leaving town because we have this amazing 180lb Brazilian Mastiff that is very difficult to find sitters for let alone leave town. Well we finally found the best place in the world! David and Beth give your babies the love and caring just like their own babies! I was really worried but Sam never missed a beat and came home very happy!!! The comforting part was that I got pictures and updates!!! Thank you so much and I highly recommend!

Rosie just finished her second stay at Happy Tails. I am so thankful that we found David and Beth at Happy Tails! We needed somewhere to board our dog at last minute and were so pleased. Rosie was so excited to go back. She has a lot of fun there playing with the other dogs. David and Beth sent us pictures and kept us informed how Rosie was doing, which really made us be able to relax while out of town. We will definitely be back. I can tell she is happy there!

First time boarding our dogs andDavid and Beth were absolutely amazing with our two girls. The dogs looked like they had a blast with all the other dogs. They kept us updating each day with cute pictures. We will definitely be taking our dogs back there for our next vacation. Thank you guys again!!

I could finally go on vacation and not worry about my pups! I drove 2 hours each way to bring my pups there. I knew Beth and Dave would treat them like their own. I have one little guy that was found in an abandoned house and has terrible separation anxiety. I am so thankful for all the extra effort they put into him. I also loved all the pictures and updates.

If you want your dog pampered and done quickly this is where you should go. I have had my 2 small pups bathed and nails cut twice. They are professional and kind. Thank you for your service!

My dog had a wonderful time while boarding at My Buddies Pet Care. The price of boarding included all-day play. I was surprised when picking up my dog because he was bathed and even got his nails trimmed. Thank you, My Buddies Pet Care.

I used to love the grooming my pups got here but after Ian it wasn’t as good and this last 8 months have been much worse. My pups aren’t even getting a full groom any longer, they don’t do as requested and leave mats on them. My pups have been groomed for years and act terrific no issues so I only attribute it to overbooking or laziness after the last 3 bad results.

I got my Golden Retriever groomed here and they did a wonderful job and just in time for summer! She looks great and I know it must feel so much better! They were professional and very kind. I will absolutely be back.

I hate to leave a bad review but I took my Rottweiler here yesterday to get her nails done the front desk lady ran out to grab me and my mother into the back because they said my dog was having a seizure as soon as we went into the back room to try and check on our baby there was a strong chemical smell to the point my mother got a bad headache a bit dizzy from the smell when I asked what the chemically smell was the lady refused to look me in the eyes an at all I take that as a clue that something here is not right I won't be back

I absolutely love this place and my Arya is always ALL SMILES after she gets her nails and her bath done. I am horrible at setting appointments so I greatly appreciate the quick walk-in service and the fact that they consistently have the best price in town, as well. Arya loves her free bandanas and she says the pig ears taste great too.

The people are really friendly and they do a nice job with dog grooming.

Great care for your furry animal family. I have brought my dog since he was 3 months old. He runs into the door to b able to play with his furry friends. Groomers r great too!

This place is awesome! Friendly boarding for your cats and dogs! I was a nervous Nellie as I have two rescue pups. I was heading out of the country, and they handled the dogs and me! Such wonderful staff and I may send the pups or at least Millie to daycare during my next extended stay. Oh, don't forget the grooming. They both finally smell a ton better.
