Debbie came early the day before our sit to be able to meet with us and let us take her through our schedule with house, animals and plants. She was delightful, very positive and excited to explore our area. She loved the serenity of our home and land. Debbie texted us pictures every day and kept us up to date on any messages we needed to know about. Our house, pets and plants were in perfect health when we arrived back home after 10 days. I would love to have her come sit for us again!

It was such a pleasure meeting Sasha and David! Everything was super easy to organise in the lead up to the sit, they were very flexible and responsive. Same while we were away, they kept in touch and kindly shared some updates of our cat Raisin with us. When we got back we had a very enjoyable dinner altogether. Una was a great sitter. We came home to a happy cat and clean house and she even managed to keep the plants and garden watered and looking great during some hot weather. We appreciated her flexibility as due to circumstances outside our control our travel plans shifted by one day at last minute. Una was easy to communicate with before and during the sit and made us feel at ease with her taking care of Eric while we were away.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. The place sucks, the Owner is very rude and started yelling at me even after I asked her to stop. We made a reservation for 18 days. 5 days later we had medical issues in the family. Our dog was not in the place one night. I gave her a 306.00 deposit. I asked the owner if their was something we could work out some kinda of refund. She said there is no refunds and kept pointing a paper the she typed up, said no refunds. I said I understand but, I all fairness my dog had not even been there. How about 100.00 dollars for your troubles and we can call it good. The conversation went down here from there. My dog hadn't even been there let's just be fair. She said my check that I wrote her hasn't clear her account and wouldn't until Friday, a week and a half after it had cleared my account. As that I questioned the time frame she started yelling at me. I politely her to stop. The conversation continued, she said she would have to talk to her book keeper. I said so are you going to give me a refund? She started yelling at me again. Not a nice place and the owner is not professional and is rude. My dog never stepped inside the place. BEWARE

This was my first time using Bark N Play and I have to say I am very pleased with how well they took care of my dogs! The staff was excellent and friendly. They posted pictures of my babies during their stay, which really put my nerves at ease. I picked them up and they were all in happy spirits. I would recommend them every-time.
I have lived in Russellville for 1 year and this is the 3rd groomer I have been to and buy far the best !!! They did a fantastic job with my boys!!!

We had to leave our babies for the first time ever for a weekend away. We first booked a spot with our vet but could not imagine having our girls sitting in a cage all the time. But thankfully we came across Bark n play and we could leave our babies knowing they would have the freedom to play and a warm room to sleep in. It really comforted our hearts knowing our girls were safe, got played with and were in a room together and not a cage. The staff are super awesome and even took pictures of our babies for us!
I had called earlier in the day to ensure they could take our dog for boarding, and she said she had an opening and we told her we’d be there by 4 pm. We drove from Clarksville and got their at 3:30 and waited for 20 minutes, no one was there and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Keep in mind their business hours are 8:30-5pm. We ended up leaving and going to Parkway Animal Hospital for boarding and the staff was present and very nice. Wouldn’t recommend bark n play!
The worst, so called, dog groomer I've ever dealt with. I was charged $107.00 for my dog to get a bath. That was ALL she did. Nails weren't trimmed, the hair between his pads was not trimmed, he hadn't been brushed. Nothing!!! He was still wet when I picked him up.
They were really nice, and reasonably priced. My only problem is that they seperated my puppy away from all the other dogs. He is 14 weeks old and had very little dog to dog interaction. So when he growled and back away from the other dogs they put him in the office for the entire day. They didnt call me or anything to tell me what happened. I wanted him at daycare in hopes of him playing with other dogs and getting interaction. To find out at pick up that he got none. I understand needing the safety of the other dogs, but I guess I expected them to try and maybe slowly introduce him to the other dogs, instead of throwing him in and after he growled pulling him away without another thought and not trying again. I'm just a bit disappointed in it is all. I don't think I'll be coming back here. Edit: Took him to a different day are and within 30 minutes he was playing with 100 pound dogs! Don't always go eith whT the first person says, he us being so amazing and social once given the chance

Greatest place on earth!! My golden doodle goes to “doggy daycare” everyday while I go to work and his tail starts wagging every time we hit the driveway. All the staff are so nice and I know my little fur baby is in great hands. We love creature comforts!
