Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

The place sucks, the Owner is very rude and started yelling at me even after I asked her to stop. We made a reservation for 18 days. 5 days later we had medical issues in the family. Our dog was not in the place one night. I gave her a 306.00 deposit. I asked the owner if their was something we could work out some kinda of refund. She said there is no refunds and kept pointing a paper the she typed up, said no refunds. I said I understand but, I all fairness my dog had not even been there. How about 100.00 dollars for your troubles and we can call it good. The conversation went down here from there. My dog hadn't even been there let's just be fair. She said my check that I wrote her hasn't clear her account and wouldn't until Friday, a week and a half after it had cleared my account. As that I questioned the time frame she started yelling at me. I politely her to stop. The conversation continued, she said she would have to talk to her book keeper. I said so are you going to give me a refund? She started yelling at me again. Not a nice place and the owner is not professional and is rude. My dog never stepped inside the place. BEWARE

This was my first time using Bark N Play and I have to say I am very pleased with how well they took care of my dogs! The staff was excellent and friendly. They posted pictures of my babies during their stay, which really put my nerves at ease. I picked them up and they were all in happy spirits. I would recommend them every-time.

We had to leave our babies for the first time ever for a weekend away. We first booked a spot with our vet but could not imagine having our girls sitting in a cage all the time. But thankfully we came across Bark n play and we could leave our babies knowing they would have the freedom to play and a warm room to sleep in. It really comforted our hearts knowing our girls were safe, got played with and were in a room together and not a cage. The staff are super awesome and even took pictures of our babies for us!
I had called earlier in the day to ensure they could take our dog for boarding, and she said she had an opening and we told her we’d be there by 4 pm. We drove from Clarksville and got their at 3:30 and waited for 20 minutes, no one was there and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Keep in mind their business hours are 8:30-5pm. We ended up leaving and going to Parkway Animal Hospital for boarding and the staff was present and very nice. Wouldn’t recommend bark n play!
The worst, so called, dog groomer I've ever dealt with. I was charged $107.00 for my dog to get a bath. That was ALL she did. Nails weren't trimmed, the hair between his pads was not trimmed, he hadn't been brushed. Nothing!!! He was still wet when I picked him up.
They were really nice, and reasonably priced. My only problem is that they seperated my puppy away from all the other dogs. He is 14 weeks old and had very little dog to dog interaction. So when he growled and back away from the other dogs they put him in the office for the entire day. They didnt call me or anything to tell me what happened. I wanted him at daycare in hopes of him playing with other dogs and getting interaction. To find out at pick up that he got none. I understand needing the safety of the other dogs, but I guess I expected them to try and maybe slowly introduce him to the other dogs, instead of throwing him in and after he growled pulling him away without another thought and not trying again. I'm just a bit disappointed in it is all. I don't think I'll be coming back here. Edit: Took him to a different day are and within 30 minutes he was playing with 100 pound dogs! Don't always go eith whT the first person says, he us being so amazing and social once given the chance

I’ve been taking our boy Dobby to Creature Comforts for the whole time he’s been in my care (7 years as a rescue) and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else! Greatest place on earth!! My golden doodle goes to “doggy daycare” everyday while I go to work and his tail starts wagging every time we hit the driveway. All the staff are so nice and I know my little fur baby is in great hands. We love creature comforts!
