I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. Please be aware of the Payson boarding kennel "Hillside Canine"We had our 2 Westies attacked by 2 pit bulls the day after Thanksgiving! The owner, Shawn Tucker has not apologized or covered our ER Vet bill. We have not been contacted by the owners of these pit bulls, not even an apology. Apparently, these 2 aggressive dogs will be boarded again at this facility over Christmas! Are you kidding me!! Please be careful if you board a pet here, very disheartening knowing the owner doesn't give a darn, he never followed up to check on our boys since we rushed back from our holiday weekend to get them the hell out of that place... Please stop telling people that this info is not true when people are posting their concerns, stop lying to the community. It is the truth & we have photos to prove it due to your negligence, our dogs were attacked by an aggressive pit bull! Also, if this is not a true story why did Shaun Tucker lawyer up to settle with us! Humm…
My girl LOVES JAKI and the other staff at the HILLSIDE CANINE PAYSON AZ. We are going to be getting some training, but, currently enjoy the Daycare and boarding services. Super friendly and professional staff.
We boarded our babies for 3 nights and we will continue to do so. Scheduling their stay was very easy, the agent I spoke to was very nice and friendly. For the drop off and pick up both of the receptionists were very nice and friendly. The facilities are clean and well organized, all the dogs are separated by high walls and have access to clean water and bedding. I loved getting their report cards to get an update of how they were doing on their first stay away from home. All in all a great place with great people. Thank you all so much!
Am disappointed. The first 2 times I used their facility it went well. But the third time they told me they no longer accept cats. No warning. I had to cancel my trip. Also they gave me no feed back on how my pets acted while staying there. My dog has extreme separation anxiety and my cat is deaf and has no medicine diabetes 2, just a high protein diet. I would like to know how they are doing while there. I understand that they may not react well. That is is not the fault of the spa.
Be aware that the majority of the reviews on this page are for Furry Friends with totally different ownership. The new owner has had a very serious incident that seriously injured two small dogs and won’t even talk to the owners much less take responsibility. The injured dogs were not mine - I never said they were so this is not a false claim. I know the owner of the dogs and have seen proof of the injury. It is very misleading to take over a prior owners review page just because you purchased the business
My first visit to Furry Friends and the staff made a good first impression. They were customer friendly, took my two Furry friends in right away and they received there salon experience in a timely manner. The only detail I did not know about was they don't accept credit cards. But they trusted me enough to bring payment back later in the day. I would and have recommended Furry Friends to anyone for there pet grooming needs.
Our dogs have been staying at Furry Friends for a few years and feel very at home there. Even with special diets and needs as older animals the friendly staff seems to honestly care for our dogs, and affords them the extra TLC they need. We highly recommend this group, and use them often for one to two night stays for our pups. Thanks Furry Friends!

I am so happy to have found Kellie. She was recommend by my vet, which made me feel very much at ease. I have 3 cats and my little female has always been frightened by strangers. The first time Kellie came into our home I expected Panda to run and hide like she normally does. But much to the surprise, of both me and my husband, she went right up to Kellie wanting to be petted. Anytime I have been away, even with my husband watching them, I arrived home to find her long silky coat seriously tangled and matted. A vet once told me that she didn't groom herself as faticously as she normally did because of anxiety she felt when I was gone. For me this was absolutely a sign that we I had found the perfect sitter for our 'babies' as I affectionately referred to them.
