Denise was one of the best dog/house Sitter’s we have had. She stayed at our home for 4 weeks. She adored the dogs which was mutual and I really noticed how much they missed her when we got home. She also took great care of our two bunnies. Denise would always be up early taking the dogs for a morning walk before she started her at home on line job and then always made sure they had another lovely walk in the evening. We received daily gorgeous photos and videos and lots of voice mail messages especially if she had any concerns so we could resolve them for her. She also got on really well with all our neighbours who loved her. She went out of her way to borrow our neighbours lawn mower and took great care of our Gardens making sure all our outdoor and indoor plants were watered and the garden looked amazing when we came home as well as the house which was completely clean. She even went to the trouble of washing and changing her own bed so her bedroom was spotless when we came home. We would love for her to come again when we go away next summer. I highly recommend Denise. Thank you so much for everything Denise.

Louise & Nigel were great and we really appreciate the way they looked after both our pets and our house. Louise was an excellent communicator and we felt completely relaxed knowing everything was in their care . We came home to a spotless house with the sheets and towels washed which was very kind and thoughtful. There was a problem with the lights in the kitchen and Nigel and Louise dealt with it without hesitation or missing a beat. Mino, Dash and Flick were all looking wonderfully well and Min had particularly appreciated all the walks and trips to the cafes in the village! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them and am REALLY hoping they might like to come back at some time in the future!

Wendy and Fred were absolutely amazing! We started with a video call to learn more about each other and the needs of our dogs. From that very first video call I knew they would be great. We remained in contact right up until they arrived, which put me right at ease. We agreed that it would best if they came the day before we were set to depart as a way to acclimatize the pups to having them in our home. The following day we gave them a tour and they asked all the right questions. The dogs were immediately comfortable with them which again put us at ease. While we were away, Wendy and Fred kept us up to date on how the pups were doing with lots of pictures. Its no surprise they were doing just fine!! More than fine actually, Darcy and Fred Bonded, which was easy to tell from all the pictures. The kittens were well taken care of as well, with Wendy giving them some personal TLC. Heading back home is always a pain, as we live 2.5 hours from the airport but Wendy and Fred assured me that they wouldn't leave the dogs until they knew we were safely on the road. When we arrived home, the place was spotless and the dogs were relaxing on the couch. I cannot give them enough praise. They were absolutely amazing. Loving our dogs as if they were their own. I highly recommend them both. Your pups will be lucky to have them

Cathie and Mike - We are ready when you are! Caring, trustworthy, experienced!
Cathie and Mike are a delightful, friendly couple who exude confidence. We had no difficulty leaving Jesse, our dog, in their capable hands. Their own dog, Fenny, came with them and she couldn't be a better example of how to look after a dog well. She and Jesse hit it off straightaway. Cathie sent us updates and photos of Jess every day. Jess looked relaxed and very happy.It was really reassuring to see that our precious little dog wasn't pining for us but having a great time with her new best friends. Cathie and Mike followed our care plan for Jess diligently: feeding twice a day, regular walks and ball time on the terrace. Fenny joined in too of course. On day seven of their stay the house lost its internet connection. Following our instructions, Mike did his utmost to solve the problem for us but the problem turned out to be with our internet provider. When we arrived home our house was super shiny clean; the laundry done and folded neatly, fresh, clean towels in the bathrooms and kitchen and the outside terrace swept too. Jesse was happy, lively and looked a picture of health. Cathie and Mike left by arrangement just before we arrived home. Saying thank you in a message doesn't seem to convey sufficiently our deepest thanks to them and Fenny. We would welcome them here at any time and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tom and Keith were amazing, I cannot recommend them more. They were very organised, and made sure they had asked any questions they needed to before the sit. We left instructions for our dog, cats and tortoises and they had no problems following them. The house was left super tidy, and all the animals were incredibly relaxed and happy when we returned. The perfect sitters. The real test of how amazing they were was demonstrated in how incredibly understanding and relaxed they were about the water issue we had during their sit. The day before we left for our holiday, we discovered a problem with the water supply to our house. There was just a trickle of water. We had to get plumbers in whilst they were there, and they had to cope with very little water during the sit. We were so worried during this time about it all, and they were so wonderful in coping with it. Thank you Tom and Keith, we welcome you back any time should you wish to return, and I promise this time no water issues!

Anna was very kind and reliable, we were able to leave for 3 weeks stress free knowing that she would look well after our dog and cat and our home. Brian looked after our furry crew of 3 for a week. He lived faitly close by, so was happy to come and meet us in advance, since we needed to leave early on the day. The cats were very happy, and the house spotless when we got back. We unfortunately had a hot water tank issue right before we left that couldn't be resolved until we were back, and Brian was such a trooper, even though it meant cold showers for the week! Fortuntely it was a hot time of year. Would definitely recommend Brian for any cat sit, and we hope to see him again some time.

Peter and Jackie left us yesterday and are 2 dogs are definitely sulking!! The dogs clearly adored them as did we. We were away for a month and had a wonderful time knowing our home and pets were in such amazing hands. I knew from our first chat on zoom that they were a dream team and they really are. They are both extremely easy to warm to, so likeable and nothing was too much trouble. A total delight and Im so so pleased we found them and our dogs were showered with love and affection while we were away and kept nice a busy. Our home was immaculate too and Peter even kindly washed the cars. There were no real emergencies while we were away apart from a leaky roof (!) but i know both would cope with any unforeseen dramas calmly and brilliantly. I would love to have them back and if you get the chance do snap them up. Most definitely a 11/10 from us.

Sarah is an excellent sitter and I will have no reservation about inviting her again. We had a hiccup in that the airline cancelled her flight and she wasn’t able to arrive until the following day, but she kept us updated the whole time so we knew what was happening. Fortunately we have a lovely neighbour who was able to step in for one night, so every thing was fine in the end. Sarah sent us lots of lovely pictures and Nina was completely content, only ignoring us for a short time on our return! The house was clean and tidy and the bed was stripped. Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
