Carol and Dennis were very friendly and had great communication. This was our first sitting and we were nervous about not having our home ready or having issues with Gunner but with Carols daily/multiple times a day text updates and pictures of Gunner, it was very relaxing for us. Unfortunately, our pup was very energetic and mouthy during their arrival ... So we will be looking for new ways to introduce him to future sitters. He is a 85lb puppy that still doesn't know his size and so that was worrisome for us with them as an older couple. However, Gunner enjoyed the time with them and they also enjoyed his goofy personality!

Kevin had excellent communication starting when we met on a video call. He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Kevin was super responsive during the sit and never left us wondering how the pets were. His frequent pictures were much appreciated! Our shy older cat took very little time to warm up to him and we also returned to a happy and content dog! All is well at the house, and we are grateful for a great sit!

This is the second time Reg has looked after my cat, Kenya, and my house for over a month. He sent regular updates with lots of photos of Kenya who was obviously very relaxed. This was the 2nd time we had used Robert and Biljana, and once again, they did not disappoint!!! They are so wonderful with Truman. Always making sure he gets plenty of exercise and love! Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes!
