I want to say something about Steffi and her son, Jesse. They went through a hurricane! What?! Wow! Days without power or water filled with rain and wind. The place looked, we'll like a freaking hurricane went through the yard! Limbs on the house, leaks in the roof! Gotta love Florida!!! They are champions!!!!

Emma and Ben looked after Charles and Frank for a full eight days. They were kind and gentle to the cats, dealt perfectly with their finicky eating habits, cuddled with them. They sent pics and updates on request (I didn’t need much correspondence as I felt thoroughly confident in them), clearly demonstrating that Charles and Frank felt completely at home in their care. My cats were calm and relaxed upon my return, and I had enjoyed an easy, stress-free trip. As a bonus, they left the house in tip-top shape! I couldn’t’ be more satisfied!

Simply amazing! Francesca was a fantastic sitter, as well as a lovely person to deal with. Francesca sent just the right amount of updates, with great detail where needed. She was self-sufficent and really careful to follow all the guidelines about the cats, and to top it off my apartment was simply immaculate upon return. I have paid cleaners to do worse jobs in the past! Her warmth and kind nature really shone throughout the whole sit and I would recommend anyone to have Francesca as a sitter for their pets.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
