Megan is a top tier house and pet sitter! We would welcome her back any time and will be sending her invites for our future sits. It is hard to pick the best among Megan's many strengths, so I will do them in order of importance to us.... She gave excellent care to our dogs, who clearly warmed right up to her and she extended them love and attention that they need, especially in the first few days of our absence. Megan is an expert communicator, sending us a daily update and reaching out when she had a question. Megan was highly reliable, communicating well before the sit started and offered lots of flexibility on arrival and departure which we greatly appreciated. She is a pleasant person to be around and we enjoyed the evening we spent together prior to our departure and the evening and morning we had together prior to her departure. She is a real gem, and we encouraged her to find a way to share her natural abilities and talents with newer sitters to help them become as great as she is at making a sit successful. Some of that is just her natural ability, but she has a depth of experience that she brings to the table as well.

Vanessa and John were fabulous! They are both really personable and friendly, and they took such wonderful care of my dog. He was offering to play with them with his stuffed animals within a few days, something he has not yet done with other housesitters to my knowledge, so I know he totally trusted them. Vanessa sent me daily photos with reports about how and what he was doing. They also took very good care of my house and plants, washed their sheets and towels and left the house in perfect order. I would have have them back in a heartbeat.

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. I have to say that I’m a HUGE fan of D’Lux. My dog is just about a year old and is VERY high energy and they never make me feel bad for how unruly and hyper he can be. They’re so good at keeping me in the loop and they’ll send me pictures and videos during his time playing. I’ve used predominantly the daycare services and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I’ve also boarded my dog here for 10 days and having access to the livestream cams and daily updates and images of him made it easier on me, plus the social boarding aspect made it an easier adjustment for my dog. So yeah, big fan, great and friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I’ve attached some of the photos the crew sent me of my boy enjoying the daycare services :)
We boarded our dog with D’Lux Dog Care for 6 days while we went out of town. They went above and beyond to accommodate him, from addressing his separation anxiety to making him feel at home. We loved being able to see him at all times thanks to the live-streaming cameras and daily photos we were sent! They even sent us updates on him and had a vet tech onsite to look after him. We will 100% be back next time we need to board our dog.
D’Lux Dog Care is the best! The level of service and care was amazing. I had an emergency come up and needed my pug to be boarded for an unknown time. I called and they were you able to get me in quickly when I needed it. Their communication is phenomenal, they answer promptly and send daily pictures of your dog to let you know they’re doing well. They were easy to extend timeframes on boarding and order grooming services. Dani and her staff truly care about the pets they have during the day and that are boarding with them. I wouldn’t choose another doggy daycare with this type of service and care that was given to me. Thank you for everything!
I couldn't be happier with the care my pup always receives at D'Lux! The staff is extremely friendly and you can tell they strive to provide the best care possible. The picture updates and live camera access provide me with peace of mind throughout the day. My pup has done both daycare and boarding with D'Lux Dog Care multiple times and she always leaves happy (and exhausted from all the playing with her furry friends). This past visit, the wonderful staff went above and beyond by celebrating my pup's birthday with special treats and even sent me a video of them singing Happy Birthday to her! It truly shows how much they genuinely love & care for each dog that walks through their door🥰 can't recommend them enough!
Love them!! I was very hesitant with any dog daycare since my dog is blind and old, but D’Lux has outdone themselves! They’re very responsive anytime and every time I reach out. They have cameras in the yards and in his room so that I can watch my baby if I get worried about him, and they send me a photo and updates of him frequently every day he visits!! First time using D’Lux but far from a novice when it comes to boarding my pups, so when I say they are hands down the best that is not empty praise! From the moment I requested information to start the on boarding process to picking up my pups after they spent 4 days at D’Lux, the professionals that work there were amazing. They maintained daily communication with me, sent pictures of my pups while they were there and even offered to add some extra flavor to their food when they noticed the pups weren’t eating a lot. Talk about above and beyond!! Give D’Lux a try, you won’t be disappointed!
We adopted a very high energy husky shepherd mix in El Paso and quickly realized he needed more stimulation than we could possibly ever provide- he’s a very social pack animal and loves to be surrounded by other dogs, especially high energy pups. We decided to give D’Lux a try based on a recommendation from a person we met at a dog park and it has been the best thing for all of us! Much to our dog’s irritation, we take him 1-3 times per week (he thinks he should just be a shop dog and live there) and he comes home content and tired. And it gives our geriatric older dog some respite from the chaos. The whole staff are amazing, the place is very well cleaned and maintained, and even the groomers and baker are fabulous! We boarded both our dogs there while we were away and they both did great and were well cared for. Plus, having cameras is fun so you can pop in and see what your babies are up to. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and am so sad to be moving away and losing them! (All photos from D’Lux parties or snapped from their camera- their theme parties for pups are adorable!!).
I bring my pup Tinkerbell for doggy daycare and she absolutely loves it! The care that the employees show for the pets, all the activities and the great communication makes D’Lux a fantastic place to bring your dog. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a great boarding/daycare facility for their pup!
We recently moved to El Paso and needed a place for our board our dog for two nights. D’Lux had amazing reviews so I contacted them right away! They were very caring and I could tell that take such great care of their pups. Being a crate free environment, it is so nice that the dogs get to play and interact all day, under supervision from employees! Having access to a live cam is also a plus to check on our pup throughout the day. They are so personable, even sending check in photos throughout the stay. Will be back!

I just returned from a trip. Picked up my 3 dogs they were well fed and happy. I definitely recommend this place. The owner and staff were wonderful. Excellent customer services. I will be bring my pets back whenever I leave town.
This was my first time boarding all 4 of my animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). Every boarding facility was completely booked or not taking new customers. I called Paradise Boarding and came out to visit the next day and signed them up immediately! I had to leave for work for 2 weeks during thanksgiving week. This place is affordable and has such an amazing owner!!! I was given updates with photos every few days. My animals always seemed super happy. I was able to bring my own beddings and items from home which I think helped a lot too. I loved the indoor/outdoor suites and glad my babies could all stay together. I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies!!!
We have boarder our dogs twice and my dogs are well taken care of at Paradise Boarding Kennel. My dogs are boarded in the same kennel and still have plenty of room to run and play. I love that my dogs have the freedom to go inside and outside as they please during the day. My favorite part is that the staff will text me a picture of my dogs with an update on how they are doing. The staff have such great customer service, very informative, and passionate with the animals. The owner is super nice and caring with the animals and takes pride in his business. The facility is really clean and well taken care of. The prices are great compared to other places. I high recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth the drive to leave your fur babies because they will be well taken care of!
Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I travel monthly and take our senior dogs here while we are gone. The owner and employees truly care for the animals. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my babies. The owner sends me photos and updates every other day for extra peace of mind. The kennels are large and allow the dogs to go outside in their own fenced in area during the day. They are never without water and they turn on the heat on cold nights for the pups. :-)

This facility is awesome! They took care of my baby really good. Facility is well taken care of, dogs have plenty of space to be comfortable while they stay. I also got personalized updates and pictures to know how my baby was doing during his stay.
We boarded our senior dog for seven nights. We were more than pleased after we received two photos of our girl while we were gone to show her well being. She always looked in great health, spirit and condition. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants an indoor/outdoor space for your furfamily members comfort. Friendly, caring, and helpful staff took amazing care of my giant baby (Kane Korso) who is a very aggressive dog by the way; she came back healthy and happy. I received photos daily to easy my mind while away from her and for the first time- had peace of mind knowing she was well taken care of. Their facility was very clean and all animals were well taken care of. I look forward to using this place again when I travel. To my surprise the owner said my dog was a sweet girl who did very well. I was worried that they would not accept my sweet but very protective dog but the owner is a dog trainer and handles ALL animals very well.
I have never seen a cleaner dog boarding facility! The owner does so many little things that just don’t happen anymore. Our dog bed got soiled and he washed it before returning it! He also periodically sends us photos while we are away. It makes us smile whenever we get them. Our dogs love sun bathing which makes the indoor / outdoor kennels a huge plus. Every time we leave our pups with toys and blankets, they actually get get returned at the end of their stay! The prices are reasonable and what you would expect. By far one of the best dog boarding facilities we have been to, we are military and have been to many all over the US.

After many trips and moves, our old lady is over the kennel scene. She prefers to stay in her home with her stuff and surroundings she’s comfortable with. Michelle and Ryan have been wonderful to work with, always available, and kind and gentle with our girl. Oh, and love the daily updates. Highly recommend.
