Alexandra was absolutely amazing!! Easily one of our best petsitter experiences. Every morning without fail I would wake up to creative and high-quality pics of our babies which helped reassure us that they were doing well ! She was always keeping us updated on them and she even helped look after a street cat that lives in our area (bonus points!). When we returned the home was spotless and the cats were happy and content. Will definitely try to book Alexandra again in the future and you should too !

Laura and Andy were absolutely wonderful. I felt totally at peace with them in charge of my house and my little dog. They kept me up to date each day with her activities with them and Tilly loved them. I came back to a spotless house and a wonderfully happy clean dog. It was a joy to have Karin and Damian take care of our dog Zack and our home while we were away. They were very responsible, very easy to communicate with, and sent us regular photos. We could see from the regular photo updates that Zack was very relaxed with them and was being well looked after - he got lots of walks and was smiling (and not just for the camera). They took great care of the house and the house was spotless when we got back. They went above and beyond the role of being zeewoi as we had a difficulty with our car when we returned to the airport and they very kindly came and collected us, which we appreciated enormously. We came home to a happy dog and happy home. We are happy to highly recommend them both to anyone looking for a dog and house sitter as they are clearly animal lovers.

Janet took excellent care of Luna for me, despite the challenging feeding schedule! It is clear Luna was happy and healthy while I was away. I think Luna has been looking for Janet so that's a great sign to me that she cared for her really well. Also, my house was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. Janet kept in touch and let me know how Luna was doing with the odd picture which is nice too. Overall, a happy experience for both Luna and I.

Peter was wonderful. I only had 2 weeks notice to find a dog sitter and fortunately for us Peter had been let down elsewhere and was available. He looked after our house (with complicated wood pelt boiler!) and our dog plus our sons. Even though he got a horrible chest infection he walked them morning and night. The house was more tidy on our return than when we left! I very much recommend him.

Celine was a wonderful catsitter! Since our first “crazy” video call she showed me how kind and friendly is. She arrived the day before so we had time to meet and give her all the information/instructions. She sent me daily feedback/pictures about my cats and asked me for info or similar in case of any doubt. Communication has always been great and I saw how my cats were happy with her and truly in good hands. I was away feeling relief that all was working great. I came home, all was spotless, and I spent some extra time chatting with her before she left. Celine is a wonderful girl, kind, extremely polite and funny. You can totally trust her as a pet sitter!

Silvi and Gustavo were honestly the best sitters we've had so far! They came one day before and left one day after we came back, to make sure that everything would go smoothly. We had time to show them around and to explain everything about our cat. They sent pictures everyday and were very communicative, super nice and reliable. They even took care of our plants. The apartment was super clean when we came back, and Greebo really loved them! Wr would recommend them as sitters a 100% and we hope we will see them again in the future! I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
