Sarah was awesome!!! She came over to meet us and our cat before we left. She took good care of our cat and house for the two months we were gone and updated us frequently, which we really appreciated. She also restocked some food and litter before we got home so we didn't have to worry about it. We got home at 230am and the house was all nice and clean and we climbed into our own bed with nice, clean sheets...ahhhh!! Thank you Sarah for going above and beyond and taking care of Squeaky when we couldn't make it home and were a couple of days late. I would definitely recommend Sarah and would use her again in an instant.

We loved having Jerry and Doris back for a second stay! They continue to give Bailey all the love and attention while we are away and it was obvious on our return that he was very well cared for while we were gone. Bailey is very comfortable with them so much so he was on Doris’s lap even after we returned. Our house was spotless and they are good communicators. We hope to have Jerry and Doris return again!

Jeanne and Matt are the perfect pet and Housesitter's. They were amazing communicators and sent sweet pictures of our happy pups. They enlist trust and confidence and we felt great about leaving our house and dogs with them for an extended period of time. We came home to an immaculate house, pool and yard that was clearly well cared for. Our dogs were happy to see us but have spent the last couple of days looking for their new pals. Matt and Jeanne were great to work with prior to departure, and were flexible about departure and arrival which was critical for an our long distance road trip where we had unpredictable cell service. We couldn't have asked for better housesitters. Frank and Genny are kind, thoughtful, and down-to-earth, with a genuine care and interest in your home, pets, and locale. They were comfortable tackling new things, from shuffling our ducks to-and-fro to mucking out the guinea pigs, and we knew right away they would handle anything thrown at them (i.e. the occasional duck mutiny). We appreciated the brief updates and photos that let us know everything was good (particularly the bigfoot-esque sighting of the one skittish cat—not something easily come by). We returned to a clean home, happy pets, thriving houseplants, and helpful notes to let us know things like we were running low on litter. If we had to find something bad to say, our dog misses them!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. This was the second time that we use Three Bark Pet Hotel and they are wonderful!! Our fur babies were very well taken care of by them, no issues at all. I have been taking my sweet babies to Three Bark Hotel for several years. They are wonderful to my pets and they take great care of pet owners, too, but loving our pups while we’re away and sending pics sometimes, too. I have been very thankful for them and Silvana is an absolute blessing. The facility is very clean & beautiful, too.
I have boarded my dogs with TBH several times over the last few years. The booking of a kennel is really easy. Both of my dogs are well taken care of when they are there. The owner is very responsive if you call or text to check in on the dogs.

He comes back clean and happy, and I love that they offer extra services like a ‘Bubbles’ bath. I started bringing my dog to Three Bark a few months ago and so glad I did! I’ve used them a number of times now for both overnight and longer stays. They are always very accommodating and easy to work with. I know my dog is well taken care of and highly recommend boarding your pet here too!

Luna spent her first weekend at Oak Tree. When we picked her up she was not stressed out like she has been at other kennels. It’s spacious and clean and they spend time with the dogs. We will definitely leave her there again
This is a small kennel, but this is a good thing. Our critters (who require special attention) were well cared for, not stuck in cramped cages. The staff provided regular updates and pics. The facility is set up quite nice with indoor/outdoor space with outdoor play area. Our best indicator of hound happiness was they showed no indications of being afraid of the staff or timid when we picked them up. We will definitely be back!!
Oak Tree Kennels was awesome to our babies, while we were gone for 10 days! They sent us updates and pictures often. I’ve known Linda since I was little(she’s been our neighbor for years) she’s such a sweet lady and her husband Randy is really nice too! Their kennels were extremely clean and they are reasonably priced! We will definitely be boarding our babies there next time we go out of town.
I love each and every experience with Oak Tree Kennels. My 1 year old Boxer who is FULL of playful energy, is cared for with love, given plenty of opportunities to play and exercise, so that when I pick him up, he takes a long nap home. Oak Tree is my dogs home away from home and I always feel comfortable leaving him, knowing he is in the best hands.
In response to Hayleys post, I am astonished that anyone could have a negative comment about this kennel. It is spotless and run professionally with the pets best interest at heart. It is immediately apparent that the owner is a dog lover and totally dedicated to their well being while in his care. I would recommend this kennel to anyone for a day, overnight or longer and be assured their dog would be well taken care off. If I had 4 legs, fur and could get through a pet door I would move in myself!! 😘
Our dog was boarded there for 1 week and he liked the gentleman taking care of him. We will always board there! Its safe and quiet, not like a big kennel with a million dogs barking!
My husband and I actually found this kennel through the Nextdoor app. We’ve been looking for a new kennel to board at, since the last time our bulldog Bubba was boarded was a negative experience. This was not the case at Oak Tree Kennels! Randy was a super nice guy and took care of Bubba like he was his own. He sent us updates on how Bubba was, and was very attentive to an old bulldog’s needs. Happy to say the next time we board, it’ll be at Oak Tree Kennels.
We have used Oak Tree a few times and our dog, Shadow, is always well cared for. Randy truly provides great care and lavishes attention upon his canine visitors. Oak Tree is our favorite kennel!

Ummmmmmm....yeah. l'm not going to say my dog had a good time, but she didn't really want to come home when l came to get her! Really?!! Needless to say, l will definitely utilize Oak Tree as my dog's new home away from home. Randy, the proprietor, is a dog lover himself, and has an obvious inclination towards the animals. I went for a brief tour beforehand, and as when l dropped her off/picked her up, l payed careful attention to the demeanor of the other puppers there. They were all in good spirits, and seemed very happy! Also for those who feed their animals raw/natural food, they have zero issues storing the food and accomodating specific feeding times. Bonus Review- My times for drop off and pickup were outside their normal hours and they accomodated me anyway. This was a HUGE plus! Oak Tree will definitely receive my future business!

The workers and the owner are indeed the sweetest souls ever. A person who had so much anxiety leaving her pup, it leaves me comforted knowing my suki will be taken care of while I am at work.
We tried out this facility as we have a need for week long boarding in the future. We will not be going with this facility for that service. First, we are a military family and subsequently have tried out many boarding facilities, and never have I been charged for an evaluation to board ($45 - also was not disclosed until pick up). Secondly, my dogs came home and drank water for nearly five minutes straight which immediately made me worry about whether they were given access to water all day. My little one hardly ever drinks water so watching her basically chug it was concerning. The facility overall looks suspicious and I felt weird leaving them, seems like I should have listened to my gut. They also did not offer for me to see where my dogs would be staying during the day (another red flag). I will be using Pet Suites moving forward. It’s more expensive, which is why I wanted to try this place out, but seems safer overall.
Only place we trust with our dogs!! They love it and come home exhausted from playing all day. The staff is amazing and their customer service is top notch.
Barking Mad is awesome. They make sure my dog has a blast, and he always comes up happy and worn out. I trust the staff and if your looking for a positive environment to enrich your dog's day this is the place. Great additional services like nail trims that are a life saver. Clean, and adorable facility your fur baby is in good hands here.

I had lost trust in pet boardings due to a bad experience I had elsewhere here in Burleson, but here everything has been different, my English bulldogs came to my house happy, it seems that they had the attention and care I wanted, Thanks to you guys I can take a vacation again with the assurance that my babies will be in the best hands!! Grooming service great! Day Care was great! I have no qualms with Barking Mad my previous post was directed to another dog grooming and boarding agency All American Dogs. My apologies for confusion on previous negative review and thanks to the owner for bringing this to my attention! We decided to try All American in Burleson because they were slightly cheaper, guess we got what we paid for, and will definitely be coming back to Barking Mad!
Brought my little chihuahua here because no one could clip his nails. This girl only, was able to calm him down and clip his nails with no issues. I call her the dog whisperer. I’ve recommended others for her daycare and they love it! Amazing place if you ever need dog care!
9/26 - 10/9/21 my dog stayed with Barking Mad. My dog will be 2 in November, fully vaccinated, flea/heartworm prevention, healthy dog. I pick my dog up get him home. He has green snot coming from his nose, a cough, and breathing is labored. I called Barking Mad twice and left voice messages without hearing back. Around 1 AM the next morning ai am taking my dog to the emergency vet. The vet diagnosed him with kennel cough from his stay at Barking Mad. I called and left Barking Mad a voicemail and heard back that afternoon. They said it was a calculated risk. The owner was supposed to reach out and never did. It was like they were reading a script written statement from public relations. Very unsympathetic. I was assured the staff would reach out to families whose pets stayed there during my dog's stay. In case they didn't, my dog was there 9/26 - 10/9.
I would trust no other boarding facility. The ladies that take care of the dogs are amazing. I love seeing all the pictures and videos of the doggos. They love each and every dog and it really shows. They genuinely care.
