Pet care was fantastic - Sassy kitty adored Jay followed him everywhere and shy Swissy kitty too! Jay made an effort to win over the kitties by creating comfort spots for them, played games, tummy rubs, sent pictures and updates. I felt completely at ease to be away. Jay took care of the house, plants, birds and all responsibilities as well as cleaning everything before he left (totally unexpected). It looked like I never left. Unbelievably great experience. I'd award 10 stars not just 5!! I can't speak highly enough of Pat! She amazing from the get go - it was our first time with a house sitter and so we zoomed with Pat soon after agreeing dates and she really put us at ease. Pat reassured us with proof of her flight and trip details and then we kept in touch via Whatsapp. Pat came to stay with us a couple of days before we left and was absolutely brilliant with our dog Bagel. She was literally like a dog whisperer!! ;-) Just the loveliest most thoughtful person, but also relaxed and with a great sense of humour too! We didn't worry once about being away and Pat kept in touch regularly. We came back to the cleanest house I have ever seen!! (Pat had even planted a rose bush for us which had arrived as a gift just before we left!!) Just a brilliant experience from beginning to end. Thank you so so so so so much Pat!! We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Theresa is the best! I no longer have to worry about my two cats while I am away, as I know they are receiving the best care. Bville Buddies is a wonderful service that I have been using for 4 years now. I can check in with Theresa while I am gone or get a picture of my kitties that puts me at ease. My wife and I have left our two Australian shepherds there quite a few times now and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Our dogs are always beyond excited when we pull into the driveway to drop them off and we LOVE the fact the owner sends us updates with photos on how the boys are doing. Would highly recommend Pine Creek Canine Kennels to anyone that needs to board their dogs.
I LOVE HER! The owner is so sweet! I booked for my dog unfortunately the wrong week and she was willing to move my dogs stay up to accommodate her! She didn't have to but, she did anyways and it was a wrong doing on my part. I will be boarding through her again and recommend her to others.
Our dog had never been watched or with anyone other than my mom if my fiance and I went away for a week. We were heading to Florida to get married and all of our family was going with us, so in comes Aniessa! She came highly recommended by a friend and coworker who brings her 3 dogs there frequently. Aniessa allowed for us to do a trial day with our dog before her week long stay. Miz was definitely a little timid at first, but seemed to be comfortable as the day went on. We were anxious dropping our girl off, but knew she would be in good hands. The daily updates and pictures helped put us at ease so much, and the fact that Mizzy just jumped out of her shell! This was 100% the right move and we will be bringing Miz back to Pine Creek to play and have a vacation herself. As a first time boarder, this experience couldn't have gone better! Our 3 dogs, Luna (pit mix 38lbs) Bandit (hound mix 45lbs) and Pluto (Brittney Mix 85lbs) vacation’s for the week while we went away. 8 days and when I arrived to pick them up. I’m not really sure they were ready to leave! They had a great time, I often received updates. Very happy. And everyone had a great time! Highly recommend!
Aniessa Brownell has a big heart and cares tremendously for his customer’s pets. I trust Pine Creek Canine Kennels for every time I have to leave or go on vacation. She is dependable, super friendly and professional. Aniessa Brownell goes the extra mile and she certainly exceeded my expectations with the love and care for my boy Barclay. The accommodations are the best from what I’ve seen and experienced and when I drop him off for daycare, he cries with excitement all the way down the driveway. You won’t find any kennel that will care more for your pet than Pine Creek Canine Kennels.
Found this kennel on Rover. We needed to find some place rather quickly and the owner was really accommodating and happy to work with our dog. Even when. Our dog has a high reactivity to other dogs and she has a special room for dogs like ours. We already have 2 more trips scheduled and our dog will be going there. Highly recommend.

Bernie and Jessica took such good care of my 5 month old Havanese girl. After a rough first grooming experience at a different place, I was worried she wouldn’t handle another grooming very well. I was pleasantly surprised how Bernie took the time to bond with her in the beginning and set her up for success for the rest of the groom. She came back looking her best and not in distress. Very happy we found this place!
I love Paws Puppy Palace. They did an excellant job grooming my Daisy to my specifications. The prices are reasonable, the location was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly.

This is the second time I have had my golden doodle groomed at Paws Puppy Palace, and they do a fantastic job! They follow my requests, and my dog loves going there. We have been going to PPP since March. For daycare and boarding. My dog lives this place and they love him too. He's one of the oldest guys that go to play. The place is awesome, kept clean , and staff is wonderful.

We boarded our guy Harley for five days and the staff couldn’t have been more awesome! They hand fed Harley until he started eating well, played with him and made his stay absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend Paws to anyone!!

Our pups recently returned from a stay at Woodland Acres K9 Retreat. I really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away. I am so thankful our beloved dogs were in such good hands while we were away.
We booked last minute and they were amazing! So accommodating, I get nervous leaving my dogs anywhere and I felt very comfortable leaving our pup while we went out of town. They answered me right away when I asked how she was doing and kept me updated throughout her stay.
I highly recommend Dan and Teresa! They were so great with taking care of my 3 pups and my husband and I had no worries while we were out of town. They kept us updated on how they were doing and sent us pics. My pups have been other places and they seemed the most happiest and comfortable at Woodland Acres K9 Retreat!
So glad we found Teresa and Dan! The communication was great and she sent us daily updates. We never worried that our furry boy wasn't in good hands. He enjoyed lots of playtime and was treated like a member of their family. We will definitely be using them again

I have spent time at this daycare, shadowing the owner, to learn more about this business. I found the grounds to be impeccably kept, expansive, with lots of room for the animals to exercise and interact. The owner took special care to know which animals could safely be outdoor kenneled with others for playful interactions. I watched as indoor buildings were meticulously cleaned and made ready for new animals. The record keeping for which animals were arriving and leaving, who needed what medications when and who ate what and how much were constantly checked and doubled checked. When the animals interacted with the owner and staff there were lots of rubs, cuddles, scratches and soft, kind words. I would strongly recommend this business for both long and short term care of animals. This owner and business will care for your pets as if they were her own!!

My dog was brought to Cameo at the end of April. At the time of drop off I specifically asked Stephanie to let him play on the grass, he has very sensitive feet. When I picked him up on Sunday right away I knew something was wrong with him. By the time I got home, he wouldn't get out of the car and wouldn't walk. Two days I spent carrying him in and out of the house to go outside. His feet were very red and raw and clearly he was in a lot of pain. I was very concerned and took him to my vets. I made her aware of the situation...her response "he has candy paws" and "if I can't get his feet callused by the time he needs to be boarded again in July, then he shouldn't come here anymore". Nice response isn't it? What kind of human being responds like that??? In addition, I was promised my deposit back, which I am told today, she is not refunding because I put a bad review on FB and my deposit is being put toward hiring a lawyer. Since when is it against the law to post a bad review?? I believe people need to be aware of how she runs her business and the lack of concern she has for my pet.
We did 1 night, then a week later 3 night stay for 2 dogs. They came home happy, clean and healthy. Allowed them to stay and play together. Tried play time with others but our female was to protective of our male. Both are large dogs. Especially like Sunday late pick up times (4-7 PM)
At Cameos, I understand the open set up and structured days aren't for all pets but anyone caring for them is doing all they can to make each stay safe and comfortable. I do understand when people don't hear all the things they want to about their pet, they aren't as happy and am truly sorry that means they share only the portions of conversation that will create negative feelings instead of trying to help their pet. I do understand everyone wants the best for their pet but am sincerely sorry they will forfeit honesty and communication to avoid awareness. I believe all dogs are good, behaviors can be bad. Each dog can be the best, if they are allowed to be, no matter the breed.
Was fortunate to have them as a kenneling option as our previous plans backed out last minute. Overall decent facility from what I saw, but after seeing the owner's brief interaction with our dog, we will probably not be using them again if we can help it. According to the owner, our larger puppy was put with smaller dogs, from what was described, and had to be moved with the larger breeds for "bullying" attitude towards the smaller dogs. That along with our dog's feet being noticeably worn at pickup and the owner's inability to properly command and interact with our larger and (on average) smarter breed, this place may not be for all. TLDR; not terrible place, but may not be for every family and every dog
My dog has been going to Cameo Kennels for both boarding and daycare for nearly three years. She always gets great care and loves it there. On daycare days, I just say " we are going to see Stephanie today" and she gets so excited. Over the past 30 years I have always had at least one dog and have used many kennels. Cameo is by far the cleanest we have ever used. We can tell the owner genuinely loves all the fur babies that she cares for. I would highly recommend Cameo Kennels.
Cameo Kennels is the best kennel we have ever used. The dogs spend most of their time outside socializing with other dogs. There is always someone watching the dogs, and they are very careful to watch personality types to make sure everyone is completely safe and having fun! Our dog can have some digestive issues when his routine changes, and they have been wonderful working with us to find the best solution for him - their idea of rice and pumpkin added to his diet has worked wonders! When my father went into the hospital, and we needed last minute dog care, Stephanie took our dog with no question even though she had her hands full! We absolutely love this kennel and have the utmost respect for Stephanie and how well she takes care of the dogs in her charge.
I have boarded my dogs at other kennels and they were well cared for but my older dog would never eat and was very shy with everyone. I had to take a last minute trip across country and Stephanie was able to board my dogs short notice. When I picked my dogs up from Cameo, my old dog looked fantastic and obviously was eating. She was also in very good spirits and was comfortable around all the employees. I would absolutely board my dogs there again.
My dog had a horrible experience here. I have had him in a day care prior to this experience, and had always left cheerful. I was considering their boarding for two nights, thank god I decided to have him try it out first. At first impression, I waited awhile to even have someone acknowledge our presence. So after work, I picked up my dog and I have never seen him so terrified in my life. He was making these cries I have never heard before. The girl said, “he had a good day, thanks for coming!” He also had the worst time walking to my car, his feet were so sore. When I brought him home, he drank two days worth of water. He must have been given any water, or they were not attentive enough to notice. I don’t know how this place gets so many good reviews?? Maybe because he has been to a far better daycare so my expectations are higher? Now my dog goes to K-9 Camp and LOVES it, he can’t wait to get out of the car and sleeps for a good 12 hours straight when he comes home. No issues with his feet or not drinking water while he is there.
