Sarah and Scott took great care of our dog and apartment in Oslo for over three weeks. They are super trustworthy and sweet people. Our dog loved them from the first meeting, and they updated us with pictures every day, which made our vacation away so much more relaxing. Mary and Rick were very helpful and reliable housesitters. They arrived the evening before our departure in order to get a grip on our house and pets. They surprised us by offering to prepare dinner - which they brought with them, along with some delicious wine! While we were gone they regularly sent pictures and updates of our cat. When we came back, the house was in order and the cat was happy. I recommend Mary and Rick!

Wendy and Fred were absolutely amazing! We started with a video call to learn more about each other and the needs of our dogs. From that very first video call I knew they would be great. We remained in contact right up until they arrived, which put me right at ease. We agreed that it would best if they came the day before we were set to depart as a way to acclimatize the pups to having them in our home. The following day we gave them a tour and they asked all the right questions. The dogs were immediately comfortable with them which again put us at ease. While we were away, Wendy and Fred kept us up to date on how the pups were doing with lots of pictures. Its no surprise they were doing just fine!! More than fine actually, Darcy and Fred Bonded, which was easy to tell from all the pictures. The kittens were well taken care of as well, with Wendy giving them some personal TLC. Heading back home is always a pain, as we live 2.5 hours from the airport but Wendy and Fred assured me that they wouldn't leave the dogs until they knew we were safely on the road. When we arrived home, the place was spotless and the dogs were relaxing on the couch. I cannot give them enough praise. They were absolutely amazing. Loving our dogs as if they were their own. I highly recommend them both. Your pups will be lucky to have them

Louise & Nigel were great and we really appreciate the way they looked after both our pets and our house. Louise was an excellent communicator and we felt completely relaxed knowing everything was in their care . We came home to a spotless house with the sheets and towels washed which was very kind and thoughtful. There was a problem with the lights in the kitchen and Nigel and Louise dealt with it without hesitation or missing a beat. Mino, Dash and Flick were all looking wonderfully well and Min had particularly appreciated all the walks and trips to the cafes in the village! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them and am REALLY hoping they might like to come back at some time in the future!

Soledad was the perfect sitter you could ever choose! We had a long term travel and she show us her genuine will and love caring Lúa! The communication with us was pretty easy, Lua had some health issues during our trip, and she showed her self pretty attentive, careful and taking smart decisions every moment. That made us feel relieved while we where away. Our home was spotless when we arrive and explained us everything about Lua's health needs. Jackie and Palma were two of the most considerate, kind, and communicative sitters we've ever had. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only did they take great care to understand the needs and personalities of my two cats, but they also dealt amazingly well with the fact that one of my cat's, Ernie, had surgery shortly before their sit. As a result, they gave him his daily post-surgery medication, kept him entertained even though he wasn't allowed to fully play, and gave him plenty of affection which I'm sure helped him to heal so quickly! As a sitter, leaving your pet shortly after they've had surgery is extra nerve wracking but Jackie and Palma's detailed, regular updates and clear affection for my cats really put my mind at ease while I was away. I couldn't have asked for a pair of better sitters (thank you!). Besides the top-notch cat care and communication, the flat was left in an absolutely spotless condition when we arrived home. All this to say, if you're lucky enough to have Palma and Jackie apply for your sit - take them up on it!

We are both united in our adoration for animals and travelling.
Tom sat for us (without Mar) for a long weekend, arriving on the morning of our departure, at the planned time. He kept in touch prior to the sit and on the day to confirm his arrival time. It was a beautiful day and as we explored the garden, our cat Gabi joined us. She jumped up on the table and immediately rolled over in front of Tom to introduce herself. As we moved into the house, our other cat Zoe came by to see what was going on. She's usually pretty aloof, but to our delight, she walked directly to Tom to ask for cheek rubs. We were quite astonished as it's not like her at all. So, from the get go, we knew the kitties would be very happy. He must give out very happy Pheromones. =^..^= We established that we were likely to miss each other on our return, but Tom sent a great update on the girls and the house. It has to be said that, our house was immaculate. I could not even tell which of the guest bedrooms he'd chosen to sleep in. Sheets and towels were washed and dried, beds were remade, and towels were folded and replaced. Bathrooms were both as clean as they had been when we left. Given summer had finally arrived (in August!) he happily agreed to water the garden and updated when he had done so. He's lovely, calm, easy going and exudes positive energy. I wouldn't hesitate to have him sit for us in the future. Thanks for everything Tom.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout!
