We feel very fortunate to have had Ginger and Jeff take care of our cats, house, and garden. They did a great job of that, but they also brought a calm presence that reflected in the mood of our cats upon our return. When we returned the house was spotlessly clean. The sheets and towels were washed and changed. And the garden was well tended. We could not have asked for more. In summary, we would happily welcome Ginger and Jeff back into our home. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

I went to this place because it was convenient. I took my 4 lb Yorker first. Gave several pictures from her previous grooming and asked if they could duplicate these photos. Well they said yes, so I trusted them and left her. She was nowhere near what she was supposed to look like when I picked her up. There were parts of her that were not even cut. We had to bring her back get cut again, but she never looked like she was supposed to. Fast forward to this past week. I decided to give them another chance, and took our 13 year old miniature schnauzer. My wife let the staff know that she was old, didn’t see or hear too well, and moves alot. She was quoted 53.00. Later that afternoon I received call that her beard was very matted and needed to be shaved off. I agreed. Now when I went to pick her up, 85.00 and was told it was because her coat was matted. They gave me back a completely shaved dog. Nowhere resembling a schnauzer. Not once did anyone call me to say it was going to cost more, or that she was being completely shaved. Needless to say, I will not bring any of my dogs back there, and I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I find the fact that they can change the price and not tell you, and that you have to pay before even seeing the pet a problem. They stated that my 13 year old dog that barely has teeth was a danger to them, and so there was a charge for that too. They charged an extra charge to grind her nails because they were black nails. Never once calling us to inform us of all the extra charges. Do your due diligence, and go to a more established groomer.
I went there yesterday and I will say my dog was really matted but they took really good care of him. He looks really different in a good way because he sure did need a haircut and I will definitely be coming here again !!
I am posting this after reading a ridiculous negative review someone posted which made no sense. This groomer took great care of my babies. The service was quick and fantastic compared to most any others I have used. I don’t plan to take them anywhere else even though it is an hour from my home. The people there were friendly and i know my pups were happy because they told they were. My dogs were clean and did not smell of bunch of fake perfume. Their nails were not clipped too short which would hurt tiny cuticles as recommended by vets. This groomer got it right. So glad it never occurred to me to drug my dogs just to give them a bath.
very nice place,she was there for hours because she was matted.Her next appointment is January 5th 2024,hopefully it won't be long this time.. I just didn't like the way her tail look.maybe she can get a cute cut.My baby has been away from me since Nov 7th,because our house is getting fix.and she couldn't come with us.

After reading so many 5 star reviews and comments about how good their pet smelt afterwards, I decided to carry my dog in for a bath and get her nails trimmed and filed. Well, I didn't really check over her when I picked her up due to being in a hurry. After I got her home, I decided to smell her up close because I really wasn't able to smell her on the way home and she was beside me in the front passenger seat. Well she didn't stink anymore and had a clean smell. But since I had read several reviews with customers talking about how great their pet smelt afterwards, I was sorta disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high. But I just assumed that she would have a nice fragrance scent which she did not. But the nails was my biggest disappointment. It was hard for me to even tell if they had been clipped or filed. The nails could have definitely been clipped shorter and trimmed smoother. I found that out the hard way when she jumped up on her hind legs and those two front feet hit my bare stomach, that is when I examined her nails to see why she had scratched me. I just wasn't expecting to get scratched immediately after a nail clip and file. I had given her some Vet prescribed meds right before dropping her off. The meds were to help relax her and I figured it would make it easier for the groomer. There was nothing said to me about her groomer having any problems with her when I picked her up so I just assumed the groomer didn't have any issues giving her a bath and doing her nails. I set up another appointment for her when I picked her up and I will keep that appointment or move it up earlier because of her nails and give them another try, hopefully afterwards I will be able to edit my review and give a 5 star review after her next visit!

I cried when i saw my baby after she was groomed!! And she doesn’t like people fooling with her I don’t know how they were able to get her to sit still and they even managed to get her hair in a bow! I LOVE taking my dog here for daycare. I am happy knowing that while I am at work, my dog (Dakota) has ample time outside to sniff and play with his friends, along with a comfy rest indoors on couches and soft beds. I think this type of daycare is superior to a standard large business/vet clinic/boarding facility because my dog is not kept in a loud kennel on a concrete floor with constant loud barking from other dogs- here he has a backyard to sniff with LOTS of outdoor play as opposed to boring astroturf with no trees. There is a perfect amount of other dogs for him to socialize with each time (7-10); not too many, but just enough. It's not overwhelming for him and he is always entertained. Caroline does a great job at sending me pictures of Dakota throughout the day and on rainy days she provides enrichment activities- this is something I really appreciate, as I do the same thing when I am home with him. I have referred several people to this Daycare and I will continue to do so! Thank you Caroline and Eric!
The photo says it all! Both times we’ve left our dog with Caroline and Eric for boarding we’ve had a great experience! They send pictures often and provide updates, and our boy always seems happy but exhausted after. Would recommend!

The folks at Petcare by Caroline really know what they are doing and I feel such peace of mind leaving my rescue dog with them while I’m out of town. My dog Hallie used to get overwhelmed at a traditional boarding facility, but their home environment, individualized attention, and slow introductions to the other dogs helped her to thrive here. She is pooped from all the playing but excited to go back soon!
Our 6 month old puppy Franklin absolutely loves going to daycare! Caroline creates a very home like environment for our baby. So many toys, a huge backyard to explore and lots of other dogs in his age range to play with. We know he is in good care every time we drop him off. When we pick him up, he is happy and exhausted and a dream to train because he has more manners at home. We even get updates on Instagram & text on how he is doing. We will be using pet care by Caroline as long as we live in Raleigh! She is an amazing communicator and she has a love for dogs that shows.

She is a totally different puppy now, her excessive bitting is totally gone, she doesn’t jump on anyone anymore, she just sits and waits for you to pet her, she does good on her lease, she does good with place, and definitely understands the word NO better. We’re so happy with this new version of Anna. Thanks to John Paul and all of his staff that helped train her!! I would highly recommend Stump Hill Farms they were great to deal with and changed our puppy so much for the better.
We sent both of our dogs who needed some behavioral modifications and basic training. They both came back amazing obedient dogs. We were always kept updated about their progress and received multiple photos and videos. This was an amazing experience for our two rescue dogs.
I would recommend Stump Hill to anyone looking for training. They are very easy/flexible to work with. Me and my wife have enjoyed our time with them.

Amber was wonderful with my fur babies! At the last minutes I need a pet sitter for about 5 days, she came on Sunday for a meet and greet and talk through my expectations ( pretty high😁). I am amazed at the care Tammy has given my dog Kelly. She gave constant updates on Kelly's care throughout her stay. There wasn't a moment I felt that she was unsafe. She had the opportunity to be around other furry friends, take walks, and enjoyed using the doggie door to get in and outside of their spacious backyard. I love the facts that Kelly was happy the whole time and had all the room she needed to accommodate her size. I will absolutely recommend Community Pet Sitters to everyone. Thank you so much!
Tammy is the dog whisperer of dog sitters. She is very skilled and attentive with just about any kind of breed. My boys LOVE her! I always feel a sigh of relief when I drop them off with her. She is worth EVERY PENNY!

We love using Community Pet Sitters for boarding our senior dog. They administered medication, followed feeding instructions and sent plenty of pictures to make us feel comfortable while on our trip. I’ve used them multiple times and my dog comes home happy and healthy.
Mrs Tammy was the absolute best. She kept us updated with pictures thru out the entire weekend. Also gave my dog the run of the house allowing him to use the doggy door and run around as he pleased. We are THRILLED to have our two pups (they are 75 lbs each) stay with Community Pet Sitters. We were updated on their activities with photos twice daily. You know your pups are happy when they are smiling in every photo. They were given plenty of affection as well as exercise. If you love your pet, feel confident in entrusting Community Pet Sitters with your furbabies. The issue I had with other facilities is that my pups came home with a respiratory infection, even though they were immunized. No coughing, no sneezing..they were happy and healthy when we got them home, which is all we could possibly ask for.
Absolutely love Tammy and her pet sitting service. A lot of people stereotype American Bullies but Tammy accepted him treated him with care and love. Kobe loves going as he wags his tail to show us. Highly recommend over any place or company. We will be using the services for future dates.
