I went to this place because it was convenient. I took my 4 lb Yorker first. Gave several pictures from her previous grooming and asked if they could duplicate these photos. Well they said yes, so I trusted them and left her. She was nowhere near what she was supposed to look like when I picked her up. There were parts of her that were not even cut. We had to bring her back get cut again, but she never looked like she was supposed to. Fast forward to this past week. I decided to give them another chance, and took our 13 year old miniature schnauzer. My wife let the staff know that she was old, didn’t see or hear too well, and moves alot. She was quoted 53.00. Later that afternoon I received call that her beard was very matted and needed to be shaved off. I agreed. Now when I went to pick her up, 85.00 and was told it was because her coat was matted. They gave me back a completely shaved dog. Nowhere resembling a schnauzer. Not once did anyone call me to say it was going to cost more, or that she was being completely shaved. Needless to say, I will not bring any of my dogs back there, and I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I find the fact that they can change the price and not tell you, and that you have to pay before even seeing the pet a problem. They stated that my 13 year old dog that barely has teeth was a danger to them, and so there was a charge for that too. They charged an extra charge to grind her nails because they were black nails. Never once calling us to inform us of all the extra charges. Do your due diligence, and go to a more established groomer.

I went there yesterday and I will say my dog was really matted but they took really good care of him. He looks really different in a good way because he sure did need a haircut and I will definitely be coming here again !!

I am posting this after reading a ridiculous negative review someone posted which made no sense. This groomer took great care of my babies. The service was quick and fantastic compared to most any others I have used. I don’t plan to take them anywhere else even though it is an hour from my home. The people there were friendly and i know my pups were happy because they told they were. My dogs were clean and did not smell of bunch of fake perfume. Their nails were not clipped too short which would hurt tiny cuticles as recommended by vets. This groomer got it right. So glad it never occurred to me to drug my dogs just to give them a bath.

very nice place,she was there for hours because she was matted.Her next appointment is January 5th 2024,hopefully it won't be long this time.. I just didn't like the way her tail look.maybe she can get a cute cut.My baby has been away from me since Nov 7th,because our house is getting fix.and she couldn't come with us.

Amanda and the girls do such a wonderful job. We have the feeling that they really care about our pets. So glad we found such a wonderful place to do the grooming we want . I have never been disappointed !!

The groomers at Posh 4 Paws are awesome! Sunny is phenomenal and Gloria makes Finny and Layla feel safe and loved. Finny behaves much better since he's been going regularly. Amanda, Erica, and everyone I've encountered have been helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Posh 4 Paws!

After reading so many 5 star reviews and comments about how good their pet smelt afterwards, I decided to carry my dog in for a bath and get her nails trimmed and filed. Well, I didn't really check over her when I picked her up due to being in a hurry. After I got her home, I decided to smell her up close because I really wasn't able to smell her on the way home and she was beside me in the front passenger seat. Well she didn't stink anymore and had a clean smell. But since I had read several reviews with customers talking about how great their pet smelt afterwards, I was sorta disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high. But I just assumed that she would have a nice fragrance scent which she did not. But the nails was my biggest disappointment. It was hard for me to even tell if they had been clipped or filed. The nails could have definitely been clipped shorter and trimmed smoother. I found that out the hard way when she jumped up on her hind legs and those two front feet hit my bare stomach, that is when I examined her nails to see why she had scratched me. I just wasn't expecting to get scratched immediately after a nail clip and file. I had given her some Vet prescribed meds right before dropping her off. The meds were to help relax her and I figured it would make it easier for the groomer. There was nothing said to me about her groomer having any problems with her when I picked her up so I just assumed the groomer didn't have any issues giving her a bath and doing her nails. I set up another appointment for her when I picked her up and I will keep that appointment or move it up earlier because of her nails and give them another try, hopefully afterwards I will be able to edit my review and give a 5 star review after her next visit!

These ladies are so sweet and took such great care of my papillon. The price was great and they did everything I asked. My dog looks and smells amazing! Thanks again!

I cried when i saw my baby after she was groomed!! And she doesn’t like people fooling with her I don’t know how they were able to get her to sit still and they even managed to get her hair in a bow! Something I’ve been trying to do since I adopted her!! Wonderful people. Amazing service. Thank you so much for today!! We will be a returning costumer!!

Grizzly loves Posh 4 Paws. She knows when she comes home she smells good her nails are clipped and all the long fur is gone. She’s very pretty. The staff is great and really friendly

I LOVE taking my dog here for daycare. I am happy knowing that while I am at work, my dog (Dakota) has ample time outside to sniff and play with his friends, along with a comfy rest indoors on couches and soft beds. I think this type of daycare is superior to a standard large business/vet clinic/boarding facility because my dog is not kept in a loud kennel on a concrete floor with constant loud barking from other dogs- here he has a backyard to sniff with LOTS of outdoor play as opposed to boring astroturf with no trees. There is a perfect amount of other dogs for him to socialize with each time (7-10); not too many, but just enough. It's not overwhelming for him and he is always entertained. Caroline does a great job at sending me pictures of Dakota throughout the day and on rainy days she provides enrichment activities- this is something I really appreciate, as I do the same thing when I am home with him. I have referred several people to this Daycare and I will continue to do so! Thank you Caroline and Eric!

The photo says it all! Both times we’ve left our dog with Caroline and Eric for boarding we’ve had a great experience! They send pictures often and provide updates, and our boy always seems happy but exhausted after. Would recommend!

Our dog Maggie LOVES going to Caroline's! We have used Caroline and Eric for daycare and boarding and Maggie has a great time every time. I love that the dogs get to play together all day and that it's in a home environment, and Caroline and Eric couldn't be nicer.

Petcare by Caroline is great! I moved from IL where my dog had only ever been boarded at a similar business - in the homeowners home, when you know the homeowner is there through the night. We meet before my dog’s boarding appointment for a meet-and-greet where we talked about my dog and his behavior and I got to see where he would be playing with his new doggo friends! The folks at Petcare by Caroline really know what they are doing and I feel such peace of mind leaving my rescue dog with them while I’m out of town. My dog Hallie used to get overwhelmed at a traditional boarding facility, but their home environment, individualized attention, and slow introductions to the other dogs helped her to thrive here. She is pooped from all the playing but excited to go back soon!

Our 6 month old puppy Franklin absolutely loves going to daycare! Caroline creates a very home like environment for our baby. So many toys, a huge backyard to explore and lots of other dogs in his age range to play with. We know he is in good care every time we drop him off. When we pick him up, he is happy and exhausted and a dream to train because he has more manners at home. We even get updates on Instagram & text on how he is doing. We will be using pet care by Caroline as long as we live in Raleigh! She is an amazing communicator and she has a love for dogs that shows.

We’ve had great experiences with PetCare by Caroline. Our dog is very high energy, and my husband and I want to give her a chance for socialization and exercise that we can’t on our own. Caroline’s provides that. Our dog can’t wait to get to the play yard each week when we arrive. We’ve also had excellent experiences with boarding her at Caroline’s. Prices are reasonable, and she comes home happy.

Caroline and her team took exceptional care of our pets while my husband and I were away for a whopping four weeks. They sent us consistent updates, even while we were out of the country. From the photos and videos they shared, and the general demeanors of our dog and two cats upon our return, it is clear they cared for the trio as if they were their own pets. We absolutely love Pet Care By Caroline! They are super nice and make sure you they know all about your pup! Raleigh loves all her fur friends she meets at their house! Very reasonable prices and big fenced in backyard with lots of natural shade. Raleigh loves going and getting all her energy out! And I love that she will post and send you picture of your dog !!

John Paul and his staff did an excellent job training our puppy Anna. She is a totally different puppy now, her excessive bitting is totally gone, she doesn’t jump on anyone anymore, she just sits and waits for you to pet her, she does good on her lease, she does good with place, and definitely understands the word NO better. We’re so happy with this new version of Anna. Thanks to John Paul and all of his staff that helped train her!! I would highly recommend Stump Hill Farms they were great to deal with and changed our puppy so much for the better.

We sent both of our dogs who needed some behavioral modifications and basic training. They both came back amazing obedient dogs. We were always kept updated about their progress and received multiple photos and videos. This was an amazing experience for our two rescue dogs.

I would recommend Stump Hill to anyone looking for training. They are very easy/flexible to work with. Me and my wife have enjoyed our time with them.

Amber was very helpful for my wife and I when we had a last minute issue where our family was not going to be able to watch our pets while we were out of the country. Amber was very quick to respond to our inquiry, was very communicative through the whole process, and sent regular updates and pictures while we were out of town. We greatly appreciated her help and could not recommend Cape Fear enough!

Amber was wonderful with my fur babies! At the last minutes I need a pet sitter for about 5 days, she came on Sunday for a meet and greet and talk through my expectations ( pretty high😁). After our meet and greet I felt great and through the five days she sent me pictures and updates, and I knew my babies were well taken care of! Her prices are extremely reasonable and you can tell she loves animals and what she does. I am amazed at the care Tammy has given my dog Kelly. She gave constant updates on Kelly's care throughout her stay. There wasn't a moment I felt that she was unsafe. We love using Community Pet Sitters for boarding our senior dog. They administered medication, followed feeding instructions and sent plenty of pictures to make us feel comfortable while on our trip. I’ve used them multiple times and my dog comes home happy and healthy.

We are THRILLED to have our two pups (they are 75 lbs each) stay with Community Pet Sitters. We were updated on their activities with photos twice daily. You know your pups are happy when they are smiling in every photo. They were given plenty of affection as well as exercise. If you love your pet, feel confident in entrusting Community Pet Sitters with your furbabies. The issue I had with other facilities is that my pups came home with a respiratory infection, even though they were immunized. No coughing, no sneezing..they were happy and healthy when we got them home, which is all we could possibly ask for.
