Cindy and Dan are real pros - absolutely wonderful! We feel really lucky that they saw our sitting request and pursued staying with Kona for our long 25 day trip. We had a zoom call while they were sitting in Asia, and felt confident that we could trust them with our dog and our house. Their communication before and during the sit was perfect and thorough. They sent us many photos and videos every single day of our trip, and indulged me in long exchanges about how much I love Kona. It was obvious that they gave her all the love during their stay too. Kona got to go on her twice a day ball walks in the national forest near us, and she got to go on lots of excursions with them as well. She's a lab, so we needed sitters who would exercise her multiple times a day. Cindy and Dan are athletes too so fulfilled Kona's need for movement. It was obvious that Kona was comfortable and she even seemed to be confused when Cindy and Dan left the house at the end. We are so grateful for the love and time they put into making it a great experience, and I hope they feel the same about their time in the Colorado foothills with Kona the chocolate lab. Roxy can be a bit temperamental and slow-to-warm to strangers, but Jessica handled her with ease, and we could tell she truly understood how to care for animals (in fact we are convinced she is a cat whisperer!) Paws & plants- quiet and responsible house sitter
Marie was a great sitter. She came by just before I left so I could show her around and where the kitty stuff was. She informed me on how the cats were doing during the sit. the Apartment was in great condition when I returned. Cats did notice me coming home, but I could tell they had not wanted for attention from Marie. I recommend her for any sit you have coming up.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
