Retired, reliable and missing furry friends
Fiona was so very kind, we had an unexpected family funeral a few days before she was booked to arrive. I contacted her on the of chance she could come earlier which she did, a godsend to us . She then went off in her camper van for a couple days and returned to let us away as scheduled. We felt very relaxed leaving our boisterous whippet in her care, Dezzi loved her and we got lots of updates from their walks. I would thoroughly recommend Fiona for future sits.

Thank you Duncan & Lisbeth for being our first housesitters. A new experience for us so was not sure what to expect or do. Minty adored you both, so much so she wanted to leave with you in your car when you left and then sulked for the first 24 hours. Minty was not at all happy to see her mum and dad home who deserted her home again. Things have returned to normal again in our household. Thank you for leaving our home as you found it. Wow! Muileng and Cyrille were amazing throughout the entire process. I had absolutely no hesitation leaving Morton in their capable hands. The moment Morton met Muileng and Cyrille he connected with them. They communicated extremely well from the moment I met them online and we instantly got on when we met. Morton was a very happy boy when I came home and the condo was immaculate. Muileng was staying on in Singapore and even offered to help with Morton until she departs. Penny sat for us for 2 weeks looking after our collie. I couldn’t really be happier with the way it went. She did exactly what she said she’d do and was flexible enough to work around our plans. We struck gold when Laura, Ben and Emery came to dog sit. We had the pleasure of having them stay the evening before and sharing dinner together and it was immediately obvious that Arthur’s was in the best hands! He was walked, played with and loved! We had wonderful photos, videos and messages keeping us up to date with their adventures. Arthur will miss them hugely but I hope they will come back to us again in the future!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Couldn’t be happier with We Love Animals. Spent two weeks away from flat and our cat and they were perfect. Not only did they care for our cat’s food and litter but they made sure she was happy and played with. It really was apparent that she loved spending time with Mew. The fact that we knew someone was caring for our home while we were away was also a bonus. Angela dropped us an email everyday with pictures just to keep us up to date and keep our minds at ease. Before we left we had an issue with accessibility to the main building, and she was great when dealing with that slight curve ball. We Love Animals were open, communicative and professional before and throughout our holiday, allowing us to actually enjoy our time away.
Would give 10 stars if I could. Angela is the most reliable cat sitter, doing all you would expect and more. Our cat adored her, and Angela is also on hand in case of cat-related emergencies. Would 100% recommend her to anyone. Daily photo updates, and has been just super professional. Thank you Angela!!

Angela has looked after my kitty for two years and has been absolutely incredible with her. Arya has behavioural issues and needs daily meds; Angela was amazing with persevering giving these to her despite the occasional cat attack! Angela's service is amazing value for the amount of care you get - I'm nervous about leaving my pet so I get daily texts with photos. Plus free plant watering etc, and when there's been a flurry of fur Angela has even vacuumed so there's not a mess to come home to. I'm sorry to have moved away from Edinburgh as I'm sure I won't find another cat sitter as caring and thoughtful (and who my notoriously suspicious cat will trust!) as Angela. 10/10 recommend!
An amazing service. I was very nervous leaving my cat while I went away but after I met Angela in the pre house visit I was put at ease. It is clear how much she loves animals and my usually timid cat went to her straight away...even climbed on her back. My cat was taking medication which was no problem for Angela and they sent me daily updates including pictures. I would not trust any other company to look after my girl! A***
To be able to leave my cats at home instead of taking them to a pet hotel is really great!! I’ve been really lucky to find We Love Animals. My cats love Anne and when she visits them sends me updates so I can be relaxed that they’re well looked after. I feel I can totally trust her and Angela and the system is very convenient.
Searched for years for a cat sitter we felt we could trust and came across We Love Animals last year and they have been sitting our cats ever since. From the first meeting they have been extremely professional and quickly earned the trust of both our cats - not the easiest of things as they have studiously ignored everyone else who has looked after them for us! Appreciate the daily emails and photos and all the other little touches they provide. We have no hesitation in recommending them for pet sitting duties.
Candyfloss Cats have been brilliant both times we used them. Their online booking and profile information work really well. It's lovely to see photos and have daily updates about how your pets are doing while you are away. I have to give them special thanks for stepping in at the last minute this Christmas too when our plans changed.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Anne and Angela have been! I desperately needed a pup sitter multiple times while staying in Edinburgh but usually do not trust anyone to look after my precious pup cargo. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to stumble upon these ladies. I and my pup, Penny, absolutely loved them on first meeting with them. I have anxiety; my dog has anxiety...and there was nothing but a complete feeling of relaxation and assurance with Angela and Anne, trusting that they would take excellent care of my fur baby. Penny was always happy and excited to see them! And they went above and beyond, arriving early, staying late when I was running late, taking Penny all over Edinburgh for walks and exploration, snuggling with her, feeding her, and sending a smorgasbord of photos of Penny's adventures to me. I would use their dog-sitting services again in a heartbeat! If you have any apprehensions about leaving your fur babies with a stranger, dispel them now. Anne and Angela will quickly become your and your fur babies' friends. Anne and Angela are the sweetest, kindest, funniest women around, brimming with Scottish charm and energy, and I literally can't thank them enough for helping me out and loving my wee lil Penny like I love her. They are true animal lovers. :) And I only wish I could have spent more time with them. Thank you, thank you!

I can’t recommend Gareth’s dog walking and home boarding enough. He walked my spaniel for several years, frequently returning him ‘dog tired’. He also boarded him at home, and my spaniel was very much at home. A dedicated dog walker who delivers excellent service.
Our pup would give Gareth ten stars if he could! He greets Gareth as though he is a member of the family, and absolutely loves his walks (we can tell from watching him on the daily clips Gareth posts!) Gareth is always professional and reliable, and will always try to help if you need an unexpected extra walk or visit. Our pooch has also had several holidays at dog tired HQ when we have been away, and is looked after like a prince (we have seen photo evidence of him sleeping upside down in front of the log burner, clearly very comfortable in his holiday home!)
I am full of praise for Gareth. He's such an enthusiastic and caring individual who really cares about the dogs he walks. Willow is very happy to go for her walk and Rosie, the pup, can't wait to join the pack. 5 star recommendation from me and the dogs!
Couldn't recommend Gareth highly enough to anyone needing their dogs looked after, our dog ollie has been going walks with Gareth for years and has also spent time at dog tired HQ being looked after and spoilt.
