Jerry and Michelle are so great! From viewing their profile and reviews, I knew our dogs would be in great hands while we were out of town. Communication was smooth and reliable throughout the whole process, from the initial zoom to when we made it back to our respective homes. During the house tour on the first day of the visit, we were very comfortable and got along great. We received photos of the pups each day, usually with funny captions and usually with the dogs under their blankets. The house was super tidy when we got back, and we appreciated the fresh sheets after our 9-hour drive home. We would not hesitate to have Jerry and Michelle come back again - hopefully with nicer weather next time!

Christine and Mark could not have been more charming or more trustworthy and capable of looking after our cat and our rather complicated home. They were unfortunate enough to be at our home during substantial building works and never made a fuss about this. Everything was immaculate when we returned apart from a leaking shower which was not in any way their fault and which they dealt with very effectively when the need arose. I strongly recommend Christine and Mark as zeewoi.

Rebecca is very sweet and incredibly considerate. We had a nice long zoom call before confirming the sit and she was easy to talk to. At the time I had two kitties and one was very ill. Rebecca asked thoughtful questions and had so much experience that my stress and anxiety were alleviated; I was grateful to have found her and felt completely comfortable entrusting my kitties and little piece of paradise to her. Unfortunately my Fizzy Fitzy's health deteriorated and he didn't make it. I let Rebecca know before the sit that it would be only one kitty and that he would be adjusting to the loss of his "brother" and companion and might need more care and attention. She was so kind and again, I felt like the universe had sent me the right person. Rebecca and I got a chance to meet as we overlapped by an hour or two on day one; I was so glad to be able to see her in person and give her a hug before I left. I returned after about 10 days to a calm kitty (which was amazing given that he'd just lost his lifelong companion) and an immaculate apartment. Rebecca even washed the sheets and made the bed which was so beyond helpful and appreciated after a tiring trip. Rebecca sent me a long message on the last day letting me know what had been done and showing a walk-through of the home (she's very thorough, which I love), so I knew what I was coming home to down to the fruit in the fridge. Seriously, the place was immaculate! I know you're journeying on Rebecca but I would love to have you sit anytime. Thank you!

All expectations exceeded!!! Outstanding, Amazing.....I would give a ten star review if possible. Patricia was my first sitter off zeewoi and she was a dream come true. Patricia is an excellent communicator, is responsive, flexible, kind, thoughtful....you get the idea that I can't say enough!! Then there was the cat care. My cat Minnie has never before been so normal upon my return from travel. Typically Minnie would be a nervous wreck after my travel, have lost a ton of hair, be meowing constantly, etc. Not this time, it was as if I never went away, amazing!! Minnie was so well cared for! Patricia is a cat whisperer I am certain because my cat can be a paranoid freakazoid but she was normal with Patricia! Patricia also sent videos and pictures which was both very sweet and made me realize I needed to up my own game playing with my cat.... I'm sure she misses play time with Patricia. And like many other reviewers mentioned, Patricia even left gifts...wow, what!.... .I was the one who should be gifting Patricia!! Thank you Patricia, you are an amazing pet sitter!!

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Max must have been a very happy camper. He scarfed up every bite of food left for his 2 week stay and seems to have checked out the other guests at the cat resort. His person was relieved that he had behaved politely, enjoyed his stay among other cats and was also glad to enter his special travel compartment. As for Max's human, I am most grateful for the kind attention, the care in administering his meds which required tinkering with his food and the very reasonable cost of these services. Thank you Heidi for your gentle pet Care, with a capital C. It's so good not to feel guilty about leaving your pet on the holidays.
Heidi is awesome! We’ve been taking our cat there for years. We’ve had our cat there for a long weekend and for a week. She is so accommodating and very flexible. We had to change dates a few time for our cat to stay, and there was no issue. One of our cats passed away that we use to take to Cornell’s and Heidi sent us a card in the mail. She is so personable and caring for the cats and I can’t see us taking our cat anywhere else.
Heidi took wonderful care of our cat while we were away from the Capital Region. The first time I called her, she cheerfully answered the phone and made me comfortable right away, offering me the chance to come and get a tour of her facility. Upon touring, we quickly decided to enroll our cat in boarding, which was a very simple process. I felt very comfortable our cat was in good hands throughout our trip. When we picked her up, she wanted to stay! Heidi made sure our cat liked the food given, too, and showed she really got to know our cat. Thank you, Heidi and Cornell's. We will be back!
My cat is quite the picky girl but she absolutely loved her stay. She was a little stressed being away from home for a two week period but they took excellent care of her. They acknowledged her stress and catered to her needs with no issue. The cats are let out for daily exercise and they have no issue with a pet mom checking on the fur baby. Highly recommended.
We had a very good experience boarding two cats with Heidi. We were referred to her by our Vet. She provided great care and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Cornell's Cat Boarding.
This place is NOT closed! My cats love it here. Google dishonestly listed them as closed after the owners declined to pay Google for extra advertising. Greedy, greedy! Later: I am pleased to see that Google relented and put them back on the active list again. My cats love this place. They used to complain about getting in their carriers (meant a trip to the vet). Now they hop right in and don't even complain in the car, because they think (usually correct) that they are going to Cornell's.

Cornell's Cat Boarding Where we where looking at we wanted to board our 2 cats there but the place was too small. They didn't have an area where the cats could play in. Too narrow cages but price is right!
