Kate watched both my dog (Todd) and my sister’s dog (Lenny) at my home over a long holiday weekend. Both being labradoodles, they are energetic and can be a handful. Not only was she able to provide updates and photos each day, she handled them with amazing skill. We came home to a clean house and two very happy pups. I will definitely use her services again, and would highly recommend her to other family and friends!

Kate is simply the best. We trust our Charlie girl with her and know that she cares about Charlie as much as we do. It makes me so happy and relieved to know that Charlie has a sitter who loves her so much and takes such great care of her when we can't be with her. Kate takes her on hour long walks and takes photos of her every time for us. The best part is that Charlie is smiling in all of them! I would highly recommend Kate and I'm so glad we found her!

My wife and I found Kate & Wagnolia thru Google, after our sitter-at-the-time found another job. She's been great with our energetic (handful) Doberman puppy and adult English Setter. Appreciate her text updates and flexibility with our family's schedule. Thankful for all of her help!

The owners are friendly to us and our dogs. They are more attentive than other dog boarding companies and took very good care of our 8 month puppy who is still learning to be social. The owners updated us with a video of our dogs every day while we were traveling.

This was our pup's first time being boarded, so we were a little nervous. Kate came highly recommended. I knew when I dropped our pup off, he was in good hands! I got daily photos and/or videos, he looked so happy, and that helped us enjoy our vacation. Glad to have found trusted, high quality care for our dog. We will definitely use Magnolia again!

Kate is amazing with my senior bulldog, Gigi. I travel extensively for work and I leave knowing that Gigi is well cared for and given lots of love. Kate is very responsive to texts and I appreciate all her pictures of my pup while I am gone. Quite simply you will find no better sitter in the area, I highly recommend Kate!

We brought our two great Danes to doggy woods a couple times now. The second time, we went on vacation and left them for 12 days. One of the things we love the most are not only the people running the center, but the way they run it. Open boarding in their home and open free walk times along their acreage with all the other dogs. It’s wonderful how they post videos daily of your dogs experiences. I would definitely recommend not only doggy daycare but overnight boarding for your furry babies. Maverick and Riley will be returning to go visit all the friends they made. Family owned and operated in their home with love and compassion, definitely! 🐾💙

I’m a long time friend of Josh and Colette’s. They have always been huge animal lovers and have been interested in and in tune with animal behavior for many years, so this is the perfect career for them! I’m so excited to be able to use their services at Doggy Woods for Grady, a German shepherd I’ve been helping to care for. He had a great time meeting the pack in a safe and controlled manner, and had absolute blast getting to run around in the woods with his new pack friends on a pack walk. He is a very social and athletic dog who is used to a lot of exercise, so this will be an amazing environment for him since he will have an outlet for both of those things. So thankful for Josh and Colette and their amazing property that had become Doggy Woods.

Doggy Woods is an amazing dog retreat! Our dog Milo absolutely loves it there. We recently boarded him for 2 weeks. He had a blast! They took him on 2 nature walks a day and would post videos of each walk so I could see him if I wanted. They offer great add ons to make it a very personalized experience. We will definitely be bringing him back! Thank you Doggy Woods, you help ease our minds while we are away!

This place is wonderful, and discovering it has been a real blessing for us! We have two dogs, a 14 year old going blind and deaf, and a puppy maybe a year old who was a stray we’d only found about a month earlier. He wasn’t well socialized, or well behaved! The folks at Doggy Woods were so accommodating, and accepting of our dog’s limitations and peculiarities. After their first stay of 4 nights, they came home like different dogs. Our Senior was acting younger, and our puppy was more chill, and much better behaved! And both of them slept like rocks for hours! We’ve been traveling a lot, and we feel so comfortable with the staff and facilities at Doggy Woods, that we’ve boarded 12 nights in a month with a few daycare days as well! Drop offs and pickups are always super smooth. We appreciate the photos they share, the updates, and especially watching the videos on their Facebook page. We plan to continue bringing our dogs there for boarding and daycare. We know it’s the right place, because our dogs get so excited every time we enter their driveway!

I can’t say enough good things about Doggy Woods! I know my girl is in the best hands possible and having the best time with Colette and Joshua. I trust them whole heartedly and they really do understand dogs individual needs. My girl always comes home happy and exhausted because her needs have been met ❤️. I feel very confident in leaving her with them for day care and boarding. Can’t recommend them enough!

Colette and Josh are awesome! Doggy Woods Retreat is a wonderful place and our dog, Cheesecake, comes home happy and tired every time. We love this place so much that we are willing to drive an hour+ each way rather than find something closer, just because she's so happy here and we trust them. I can't recommend them enough!!

Our 2 year English bull terrier had a great 10 day vacation at Doggy Woods! We were kept up-to-date with daily with videos on Facebook of their daily walks, as well as pictures through text messages. This is the first boarding business that I felt at ease throughout our entire vacation, even halfway across the world. Our dog look like she made herself at home very quickly and was excited for daily cuddles with the humans. She even got a bath before we picked her up! Doggy Woods is our go to place now for doggy care. Nolzy can’t wait to go back and make new friends! 🐶

Colette and Will were absolutely amazing with our three girls. They have excellent insight to dog behavior with their years of experience with all types of dogs. They were a last minute find for us and really helped us out in a pinch. We can’t believe how lucky we were to find them. The dogs came home exhausted from their fun stay at Doggy Woods. We got several pictures and updates through their stay. Can’t recommend them enough.

Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and I have been dropping off our two dogs at Doggy Woods off and on now for just over a year and they ALWAYS come back happy and exhausted from long days of fun with the pack! While my husband and I are on vacation, Doggy Woods posts pictures of them on their Facebook page so we know they’re having a blast! Makes leaving a little easier on us. They go on daily walks and are always loved while there! It’s their own home away from home! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my best friends!! Added some pictures of my best buddies that they posted on their Facebook page. Makes my heart happy!!

We brought our dog here for the first time and he stayed with them for a few days. He had so much fun!! There is so much land for them to play around on. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and you can tell they really love and care for all animals. I never worried about the safety or care of our dog while there. 10/10 recommend bringing your fur babies here - it’s a vacation for them! Will definitely be bringing our dog back :)

Great staff, great business run by great people. This may be my second review, but was just very pleased to find my neighbors recommendation was spot on for this business. I did the daily doggie day care and one bath for a few months while having a small dog in my care. The staff was always warm and quick to answer questions and would show photos of the pup’s activities during the day and who they played with. Super great location and services, you can’t go wrong.

My dog Chloe loves this place. Sarah is awesome,and know's what she needs to do for every dog that comes in. Chloe is a 5 month old Boxer/mix who has a lot of energy, and can be a handful to deal with. Sarah also performs grooming at the location. Camp Ruff House is a Godsend, I can drop Chloe of and go and take care of business knowing that Chloe is being taken well care of. Thanks for watching are baby.

Great the ladies love blueberry and blueberry loves it.only thing I don’t like is I can’t see the inside of the building.its kinda scary just letting your dog go into a garage. That’s the mom in me.

Camp Ruff House is a wonderful place to take your precious dog. Yvonne, Kevin and the entire staff are amazing. Mocha, my Springer Spaniel, loves to go there. The entire staff are very friendly and treat your precious dog with love. Verna

I reached out to camp ruff house and scheduled an evaluation for my super playful 10month old American bully puppy. I was looking for a place to bring her to once or twice a week to burn off energy and play with other dogs. I was super hopeful after reading reviews and speaking with the owner. I brought her in on the day of her evaluation only to be turned away 15mins into the visit. Not because she was being aggressive, or baking obsessively but because she was too playful and too big and this was a concern for the young lady handling her. During the entire interaction my pup was being loving and sweet and following every command she was given. It was disappointing that just because of the breed she is she wasn’t even given a fair shot when the lady I spoke to over the phone assured me every dog gets a fair shot.

I've been bringing my 13 year old labX here for years & I trust Yvonne, Kevin & their whole team with her care. They are kind to her & cater to her picky-princess needs. In addition to day-camp, I also board her on occasion as I know this is the best place to bring her & it's her home away from home.

This is long overdue, but Camp Ruff and Kevin and Yvonne are top notch and are two of the kindest people. They take the best of care of our baby Natasha, and have gone far and beyond to make sure that she’s well taken care of. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment for your fur babies.

Erik has taken excellent care of our large greyhound since we adopted our pup in March. Greyhounds can be shy and aloof to strangers, but Erik seems to have a natural intuition in engaging with my dog; this is evident during our first meeting, and our boy has maintained a bond with Erik ever since. My significant other and I both have highly demanding jobs, and Erik has been blessing to us especially in caring for our energetic boy both during the day and sometimes overnight home stays. He pays great attention to details, has been flexible with scheduling, and always provide timely updates to let us know how our dog is doing. I knew our pup was in great hands when we arranged a week-long overnight stay with Erik. We have been incredibly pleased with how professional, communicative, and passionate Erik is about taking care of our pup.

I love Erik and have been using him for years. We had a new rescue this year and even on the first visit he quickly acclimatised even though he was nervous with men specifically. I never have any doubts leaving my dogs with Erik.

Erik has helped me take care of my pet Blue and Gold Macaw and our family cat off and on for the past three years. He has been very reliable and trustworthy! We had long vacations where he needed to help us daily and he made friends with our very shy cat and was able to tend our parrot making our vacation worry free. Thank you Erik for your service!

Erik has watched our two cats twice now. Both times for four days. One of our cats has asthma and needs an inhaler. Erik has been able to give her this medication with ease and we are so grateful! We have been so impressed with this service. He is prompt and kind. Very communicative. The price is extremely reasonable. This most recent trip, we accidentally got the days wrong and he was able to accommodate! The cats really like him. Professionalism is at a 10! We will definitely hire him whenever we’re out of town and we recommend him to anyone!

My dogs love Erik! The are full of excitement when they see him arrive. He is very dependable and professional! I have two high energy dogs that Erik handles with ease. I highly recommend him!

We highly recommend Erik (Crazy Dog Man) for pet sitting. We have a large black lab/pit bull/Great Dane mix (Harley) that is a rescue, abused as a pup many years ago. He is therefore apprehensive around new people and takes awhile to gain trust. When Harley met Erik earlier this year, he took to him right away. Erik respects and understands Harley and his needs, especially now that he is a senior dog and has health issues. Erik stays at our house when we are on vacation and the occasional weekend, and provides Harley with exceptional care, including all his medications. Erik is definitely in tune with dogs, no matter their size.

Erik is very capable, conscientious and caring. My three horses and one donkey can be a handful but Erik handled them beautifully. He also did a great job of keeping their stalls, paddock and arena clean. I have recommended him to my friends, because they know I’m very particular about the quality of my pet family’s care. Erik provides that level of care!

My dog Mac absolutely LOVES coming here! The staff are always so friendly and give great updates on how he did when I come to pick him up. As a very anxious owner I was worried about bringing him here since he hadn't done daycare before and he’s a pretty big dog, which not everyone loves, but now the whole house looks forward to his daycare days. The photos they post throughout the day are so fun, and by the way he immediately falls asleep in the car on the way home I know he always has a blast! You can tell the people who work here really love dogs.

I love sending my Rolly Crump to day care and boarding here. The staff cares and loves each and every furry friend that visits. They take special care to sort your dog and place them in a yard/group that matches their temperament. The best feeling is pulling up to pick up your pup and seeing your dog have the time of their life. Their prices are just recently went up $10 for boarding, still very very good deal if you check prices around from other boarding. Check out their Facebook to see how happy all the pups are, they take pictures everyday so you can get a glimpse of the adventures your dog is having. My mini Bernedoodle comes home happy and exhausted every time! I would highly recommend them!

My dog(s) come here every weekend to play and they LOVE it. I feel like they are being well taken care of and watched over. The gals in the front office are always very helpful and friendly, and often post many pictures of the dogs during their stay there. They have separate play areas for large/small dogs as well as indoor/outdoor spaces (some covered and shaded, too), and day care playtime is all day! Grooming is also available (currently I think only on weekends by appointment). They keep everything clean all day (special faux grass in the play areas) and are attentive to the dogs' feeding schedules, interactions with one another, and temperaments. We love it, and hopefully my dogs will continue to come here to play with friends, or stay overnight when we go out of town, forever! 😄 [I only posted pics of my dogs since I didn't have other owners' permission, but usually there are always many dogs all playing together and having a blast!]

Used to really enjoy coming here, but they keep raising prices astronomically. Now costs $180 for one night of boarding and daycare for 2 dogs in a shared kennel. Same service less than one year ago was $130. Everything else is fine though.

My dogs love the Pampered Pets Resort and so do I! They always come home happy and tired after a ruff day at the resort. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive and gets to know your pups on a first name basis. Also, the place is always immaculate, sometimes evens smells like fresh bleach on arrival in the evening (love it!). They do a great job of assessing dogs before caring for them, so I feel my pets are safe and in good hands when I leave them there. 10/10 would recommend for doggy daycare!

My dog is very reactive and getting him groomed has been a challenge. He had his first appointment and it went great! Everyone was welcoming and the groomer was amazing! I have had such a hard time finding a place that can handle my dog and get through the grooming whole grooming session! Definitely going to return!

We LOVE Pampered Pets!!! Their staff are amazing and so patient with our little monsters. Whether it’s daycare while we’re at work or boarding when we’re on vacation, we know that Lucy and Willie are in very good hands. We wouldn’t send them anywhere else! 🐶🐶 …

I did a lot of research before deciding to go to pampered pets daycare. The facility is by far the best I have ever seen! The employees are extremely caring, as if each dog was their own. Today was Maisy’s first introduction and evaluation. I was so impressed that I decided to leave her there for the next four hours. She came home happy and tired from all the fun play. I am also thankful they don’t have muddy areas for dogs to play in because she was clean. This is a must place to go for all of our furry babies! This picture tells me how good of a time she had today. 🐶🥰

I absolutely love this place and my puppy loves it more! They have a process to go thru when you want daycare and they do an assessment on your puppy to make sure they will be a good fit! They take the time to get to know your dog and I appreciate that! They are always posting to social media so you know they are happy!

Sarah clearly loves dogs and knows how to care well for them. Our large breed is welcomed with enthusiasm at Vacation Pet Care, Sarah is responsive and flexible, and very reasonably priced. We get photos, videos, and other updates constantly through our 4-legged family member's stay helping us to feel connected and confident in how well she's doing while we're away. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely incredible place. We had our dog here for 1 week. The setup is perfect for dogs with big yards that can be separated. The owner absolutely loves dogs and it shows in how she cares for all the dogs boarding. She would send dozens of photos and videos daily to ensure we felt connected to our pup while we were away. Clear and easy communication, followed all instructions regarding food. Our dog was so happy and healthy. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful!!! If you are in need of a dog sitter, look no further! Sarah was amazing and took such great care of our dog as we went out of town. It was our first time using a dog sitter & leaving our pup in the care of someone else, and Sarah made sure he was taken care of. She texted us often sending photos and updates on how their day was going. He was able to socialize with other pups, had lots of play time, got walks and lots of love. Sarah is not just a dog sitter, she goes above and beyond to make our lives that much easier while we are away. From the many photos and videos, brushings, and quality time to refilling our dogs' water tank and mini dog lessons. Sarah has watched our two dogs twice for long trips and they always have such a great time! Last time I think they were even sad to come home and punished me for 24 hours after, wanting to go back to her house. She plays with them so much, takes great care and will even do whatever training you are working on with them. She sends lots of updates and I know they are well cared for and happy.

This was our two year old corgi's first time being boarded and we are so happy he stayed with Sarah! Everyday, we received many photos and videos of our dog having a fun time with Sarah and the other dogs she was caring for. We will definitely reach out to Sarah for dog boarding in the future. I asked Sarah to take care of my senior dog with some special needs while I was away for a week, and I'm so glad I did. She was so attentive and caring with my four-legged soulmate, sending me pictures and videos on a regular basis and keeping me in the loop on my dog's day to day condition, mood, habits, everything. This was the first time I've ever boarded my dog, and all my worries were very quickly dispensed. Sarah is amazing and you couldn't do better for your pet care.

Tricia's Pet Care is a fantastic, professional, compassionate and reliable pet sitting company! Dottie and Shelley have been caring for our three cats for a few years now and always when we return home from our trips the cats are healthy and content. I can really tell that they are well cared for and that Dottie & Shelley spend time talking to them and giving them lots of love. Take a dog who already had separation anxiety PRIOR to the pandemic, spend 16 months with him every day and then finally leaving him at home- we were two very nervous pet parents! We moved to Whidbey last summer and sought out pet care a few months ago anticipating the return back to society. We finally took our trip and left our corgi in care of Tricia's Pet Care and we are SO happy we did. We had two meetings prior to the overnight- one with Tricia and Shelley, our watcher, and then one more a few days before the care. Shelley was absolutely fantastic with Barkley. Having to had flown home to take care of an anxious dog before, she was receptive to our worries and paid extra care and attention to our boy. We got pictures multiple times a day of our happy boy. Even with the 4th of July fireworks, we were able to complete our entire trip stress free knowing Barkley was happy. This to us is priceless! We're so confident in her care that when we were offered a chance at a new puppy, having reliable pet care sealed the deal and we're thrilled to have Shelley, Tricia and team meet our new addition in the fall. They are the perfect mix of compassionate and professional and I am so lucky we found them! Thank you!!

Wow! My first meeting with Tricia and Team. I’m so relieved that I now have a powerful team of dog lovers to care for my two Cream retrievers. Maui is 12 and Kona is 7 months. This team came prepared to ask questions as they each built a profile for each of my dogs. Talk about thorough, these guys were very very impressive. They reviewed all the key points of interest, and left with all of my immediate dates short term and further out. Since we moved to Whidbey Island in 2012, Tricia and her team have been taking care of our pets whenever we go away. It's very easy to see that our pets are well-cared for during our absence. Upon our return home, they are always waiting to greet us, as though we'd only be gone a few hours. Tricia's has taken care of other issues that might impact our pets, such as a smoke detector located very high off the ground, that was chirping incessantly because its batteries were failing. She's also been known to walk quite a ways thru snow when it was too risky to drive down our street, and also has climbed over a large tree that was blocking our street. She (and her team) are the absolute BEST!!!

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing work that Moore K9 Services has done with our puppy. When we first started training, she was high energy and quite opinionated, making it difficult to manage her behavior. Thanks to Cameron's expertise and dedication, she is now well-behaved, confident around other dogs, and we can comfortably take her out in public. Cameron not only trained our puppy, he trained our whole family so we are all able to handle her. We highly recommend Moore K9 Services to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate dog trainer.

I contacted Moore K9 Services after adopting a rescue dog who was quite energetic and wild. They trained him to be the best boy and he’s such an enjoyable dog to have. They didn’t train him to be a robot - my dog still has a lot of personality but minds so well and has perfect recall. He’s a lot of fun to take on hikes and other adventures, or even to take to restaurants or friends’ houses. I couldn’t be more grateful to Moore K9 Services for giving me such a great dog!

I will start by saying this, Cameron and his wife are absolutely wonderful, dog loving people. My own experience was this. Cameron came and helped us understand our very nervous rescue. However, from the start I just didn’t feel comfortable with prong collars and shock collars. Our vet was the first to let us know that these methods are outdated. I didn’t realize at the time that these methods were only adding to our dog’s nervousness and insecurity. We realized dogs in the group class who had been going for years, still needed these. We chose to hire a positive force free trainer who works for Seattle Humane, training dogs deemed unadoptable due to aggressive behavior. She showed us how to build a positive, trusting bond with our dog. He is now a trusting, confident dog. Evidently these adversarial tools are outdated, and not evidence based. With that said, I truly don’t believe Cameron doesn’t mean any dog any harm, and cares for dogs, he just may need to do more research.

We have used Moore K9 services two separate times and are so happy with Cameron’s services! He trained our male Cane Corso when he had already begun some bad walking habits(just about 1year old). He was pulling me down the street and not listening at all. He was not too sure of people when Cameron first came into our home either. Cameron’s demeanor with animals forced Brutus to fall in love with him & his training allowed us to let our two boys walk him alone on a leash without worrying about him yanking them down the road. He is now two and we have a female corso as well. We moved outside of their normal service range so we utilized their board and train services for our female puppy. She spent 3 weeks in their care and when she got there you couldn’t get her to come to her name or listen to you what so ever. She was totally independent. The sweetest girl, but totally in her own world! Cameron had her on her place and recall on point in those first two weeks - he continued lessons at our house/Edmonds for the rest of our sessions so we could include our male Brutus for some refreshers! I love they have group classes each weekend and always allow us to bring our pups to those for continuing education. All around awesome program! Worth the money and time 100%!

Our American Blue Bay Shepherd has been a dream dog come true for us until he started running away and not listening to come back/ recall. He had a mind of is own and escaped out the front door and took hours to catch him. All while I worried he would be hit by a car or get lost. We were in town in Snohomish County and contacted Moore K 9 Services and they put our dog Asher on a recall, Ecollar program and taught him obedience, place, stay and come in less than 2 weeks! It was a miracle the training he received from Moore K-9 Services. I am so beyond grateful that our 11 month old dog now can be safe and under control. I couldn't have done this on my own but Cameron Moore has the skills, heart and passion to change our life's and my dog's life ❤️ I am no longer stressed and worried now that we can take him off leash anywhere and he will recall on command. We cannot express enough how appreciative we are of Cameron and Morgan from Moore K9 services. We have a 4 year old pitbull that we adopted during the pandemic. And honestly, in the 4 years that we had him, he ruled the roost. Our dog would pull us down the street when we walked him, nearly choking himself on his harness. My husband was the only one who could walk him since he was the only one strong enough to manage Ghost. Whenever someone came to the door, he would jump and bark like a maniac. When we came into contact with other dogs, he would try his hardest to check out the other dog trying to play. As much as we love our dog and how goofy he is, we recognize that he is big and powerful, and uncontrolled pitbulls can look really scary. Also, our social life was limited because we couldn’t take our dog anywhere without stress, and our friends and family had a hard time visiting us because no one wanted a large dog forcing his way on their lap. Since having our baby, we realized it was time to get our dog under control. We enrolled Ghost in the basic obedience course and in a short matter of time he can heel with a loose leash, he can hold a down in a busy area with other dogs around, he listens to commands, and he has proven to be a safe and protective big brother. When we are out in public, we are constantly receiving compliments on how well behaved Ghost is and strangers ask to show him some love. We cannot thank Cameron enough for the skills he has taught us and our dog. This experience was well worth it and we would do it all over again.

We were struggling with our Australian Cattle Dog, Rusty, who began displaying aggressive behavior toward both strangers and our family. His aggression escalated to the point where he was snapping at our children, biting my husband, and trying to control our household. I can not say enough good things about Moore K9! We reached out after bringing our 12 week Chow Chow puppy home to ensure we'd have a well rounded family dog that I could take on a walk to the coffee stand, camping, farmers markets and parades. Morgan responded super fast and set up a free consultation with Cameron. Cameron has an incredible resume and our Chow warmed up to him right away. Morgan makes scheduling every week a breeze (which is no small feat with a family schedule like ours) and is so responsive to my oddball questions. Cameron has the patience of a saint and works easily with me, my husband and our 2 kiddos (7&14). In just a few short weeks we have a dog who is a joy to walk (with a coffee in hand!) and who is safe around other dogs and new people. He does it through consistent and gentle yet firm repetitive trainings. He clearly cares about our Mila and she looks forward to seeing him each week. Moore K9 Services taught my pup Guido that it is not a scary world out there. Guido started Board and Train Obedience Training when he was 8 months old. Initially living with Cameron and Morgan gave him confidence to trust people, noises, bikes & strollers and basically confidence in himself. I highly recommend Board & Train to begin giving your pup the base line tools needed. When it was time for us (my self and my husband) to join training, Guido was ready by being his more confident self. Weekly training with Guido and me as the primary handler gave me skills to practice daily what he is accomplishing. And l learned that I must be his leader. Guido went from not letting friends into our house with fear barking and nipping, to going to his “place” to wait until we tell him it’s okay to greet. I’m so proud of Guido and thankful for his ongoing traing. Thank you Cameron and Morgan and what you have done to create Moore K9 Services.

We worked with Cameron to train our first dog when he exhibited some aggressive behaviors after being bitten by another dog and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. We have since gotten a second dog and had a baby and we are so happy to be able to work with Moore K9 Services again. Both dogs(and owners!) have benefitted so much from working with Cameron and he has transformed our busy, smart, and stubborn corgis into a well behaved team. I can't recommend Cameron enough!

Steve and Kerri are great and we love Adventure Dog Ranch! We have taken our German Shepherd to boarding here since he was just a little guy and eligible for boarding (needed to finish his vaccines). We wanted to get him used to boarding from an early age and we couldn’t think of a better option than adventure dog ranch. He gets so excited every time we pull in. They are great people who care about your animal. We have even done a board and train with them. We have only and will continue to take our pup here for boarding. We love that our pup gets to play and be an adventure dog at the ranch. They are very professional and take your dogs safety seriously by making sure they are up to date on their vaccines and putting them with dogs that they find fit best based on personality. They are kind, flexible, caring and we feel relieved to have a safe and fun place to take our dog. When we go out of town/on vacation we can trust our pup will be taken care of and have his needs met. We can enjoy ourselves while knowing our dog is doing the same! :)

We are so thankful to have the Adventure Dog Ranch for their boarding services! Kerri and Steve have been watching our Theo for years now. We have quite the energetic herding dog, so we’re very grateful that Theo gets to play outside all day and isn’t in a kennel like many other boarding places. We make the trip to Marysville (from Seattle) because we’ve trusted the care at Adventure Dog ranch. Theo is always excited to see Kerri and Steve during drop off and I know they really care for the dogs. Highly recommend!

Our dogs LOVE Steve and Kerri! As soon as we turn down the road they are so excited and can't wait to get in there. We love that our dogs get to play all day long - we have a black lab and golden retriever and our golden relies so much on the black lab (she is blind in one eye), who loves to play and socialize! Steve and Kerri have worked with them while at boarding so now our golden has become way more friendly and doesn't need to rely on our black lab as much! The best part is we are always able to enjoy our vacation because we know our babies are well taken care of and having so much fun! Highly recommend them!

Steve and Carrie are amazing dog people. I have been taking my dog here for years, and not only do they treat your dog as their own, but they are both well versed in dog language and are excellent pack leaders. I love that they live on-site and are always present to care for the dogs. I feel very safe in taking my dog there because she's my baby and want her to be well attended. If you're looking for your dog to have a great time, while also having their needs met and having someone look over them 24/7, this is the place. Adventure Dog Ranch is the only place I'll ever board my dog, despite the extra drive.

Kerri and Steve put dogs first and want them to have be comfortable and have fun while there. I really appreciate that mindset. While other large dog ranched just take any dog, these guys are particular about an evaluation and a first free day. They make it a point to get to know your dog. I am impressed with their attitude. The first time I went it was before a long weekend and they are pretty honest about it and rejected my business. Their argument was there are too many dogs we cannot spend time getting Jilly (our dog) comfortable with this pack. So lets wait and do a 1 day free day care on a weekday and once the dog and us are mutually comfortable you can leave here for overnight boarding. I did exactly that and now Jilly is happy and tired when she goes there. The only problem is the distance. I live in Redmond and its a 1 hour drive one way to get to the ranch. Its a total of 4 hours for 1 day care. So day care just plain does not work. It would certainly work for more than a couple of nights of boarding.

We have a 7 month old puppy who was jumping up on our young children and my husband and I. He was destroying furniture, remote controls, mobile phones, basically anything he could get his paws on. We weren't able to take him for walks to work out the puppy energy because he would totally freeze up when we'd put a leash on him. But we were determined to keep him as he's a part of our family. We decided to have him boarded and trained by professionals. We chose Adventure Dog Ranch based on their outstanding reviews and reasonable prices. Our pup was with Adventure Dog Ranch for 13 days/12 nights, doing their blended board and train program. I'm happy to say he is a brand new dog! He sits and stays on command, can walk on a leash without trying to pull his humans along, and he doesn't jump up on adults nor on children anymore. I can't say enough about Adventure Dog Ranch. We plan to return our pup to them in the future for additional, more advanced training. They are flexible, reasonably priced professionals! A small family-owned and operated business. We highly recommend Adventure Dog Ranch!!!

After extensive research, we landed at this boarding facility due to word of mouth and their highly rated reviews on google. Unfortunately, our horrific experience led us here in hopes to warn others. Upon our initial “meet and greet”, the owners Steve and Carrie seemed like nice dog people. The facility itself seemed a bit run down, but we were willing to give it a try. When it came time to drop drop our 1 1/2 year old dog off to stay for multiple nights, I let Carrie know that he gets anxious sometimes in kennels and to give him his prescription medication IF needed. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t believe in medicating dogs, so I gave her the alternative which were canine approved CBD gummies that we rarely give our dog, but keep on hand just in case. For reference, there have only been two instances where we’ve given him 1 gummy and it helped calm him down. Fast forward to picking up our dog 6 days later, and he was completely lethargic with absolutely no energy. Carrie said because he had “too much energy for her elderly group of dogs” she gave him TWO gummies DAILY. Now had she read the directions and our dogs application (where it states his weight), she would have known that for a dog who weighs 45 pounds the recommended dose was one gummy. The sad part was that he had to suffer an overdose of CBD all because he had “too much energy” for her group of dogs at the time of boarding which was NOT what we had told her the gummies were to be used for. Then the nightmare came. After the first night and whole first day of bringing our dog home, he continued to be lethargic and not like his usual self. On the second day, he woke up and began vomiting 7 times within the hour. We were finally able to get him into his regular vet who ran multiple tests, luckily to find out he was okay, but said he could have very well overdosed and was most likely dehydrated because of the amount of gummies that were given. We let Carrie know that this had happened to hopefully prevent her from doing this to another poor dog in the future, but were only told sorry and were left with unexpected vet bills and a very ill dog. Please please please, save yourself a potential nightmare and board your dog elsewhere.

For a company sporting a website straight out of the early 00's, they sure do have a high opinion of themselves. All reputable boarding facilities require rabies and DHPP with the more discerning also requiring Kennel Cough and I think that's fantastic. Most also require an evaluation before hand which I also approve of... But I have yet to find another boarding facility that requires your dog to be ordained by the pope himself to even get an audience with the staff. I would like to shake hands with the one dog immaculate enough to gain entry into these hallowed grounds.

Thank you so much for caring for our dogs when we are gone. At this doggie care the dogs get to play in large fenced areas most of the day. We will always be taking our beloved pooches here. Thank you Adventure Dog ranch.

I was so nervous to leave my little girl while i had to go out of town, but Lia immediately put both of us at ease! It was comforting that she does an evaluation for new dogs to make sure they play well with others. She sent lots of photos of my pup playing with her new friends which was a comfort as well! Nice to know that she was having so much fun while we had to be separated!

Lia did so well with my cattle dog, Reishi. If you know cattle dogs you know they pick a small group of people in their life they choose to love. So new experiences can be challenging for the dog and new person. So I was very stressed about leaving her with a new sitter! Lia was very knowledgable about the breed and Reishi did great in the environment Lia has created! Lia was very communicative and sent me lots of cute photos throughout Reishi’s stay. Would highly recommend! She even took this cute polaroid photo and included it when I picked Reishi up!

We left our Chi-mix with CCC for a long weekend and it was a great experience for all! Our pup had a blast and was very well taken care of - allowing us to enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Lia has cared for dogs since she was able to walk. She has years of experience in the pet care industry and is presently enrolled in Animal Behavior at Washington University. Friendly, reliable and no one better for pet care.
