We had the pleasure of meeting Walter and Kathy before their sit. They are a delightful couple, who clearly loved our dogs and respected our home. While we were away Walter and Kathy cared for our home and garden like it was their own and walked and cared for our two dogs Harriet and Oscar. They communicated with us while we were away and put our minds at ease so that we could relax and enjoy our holiday. We returned to a clean and tidy house, very happy dogs, a lovely note and some “welcome home” gifts which was an unexpected bonus. A lovely couple, they are easy to get along with and very interesting to talk to. We will be staying in contact with them for sure. If you are lucky enough to have Walter and Kathy sit for you, then you, and your pets will be truly blessed. Thank you both for an excellent house sit.

She was enthusiastic about cat/house sitting, friendly and personable, took very good care of the cats (they told me so), was organized, conscientious and reliable, she was self-sufficient and left the home as clean or cleaner than when I left. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. First time kenneling for our not so foofoo 12yo Blue Healer. So much love given while he was there, he didn’t want to come home!😄 A definite reflection on the staff and caliber of care for our boy being away from his home. The staff is friendly and always take such great care of my dogs. They’re always my first call when I need to board my pups. Prices are great and I love the complimentary bath before they come home.
Beware!! I took my dogs here and was told to bring my dogs bed, food, toys, or anything else they needed. I got there at the date and time I informed them I would be there. When I got there the staff was completely unprepared. I gave them instructions for one of my dogs who was on antibiotics and gave them feeding instructions for all of them. The staff took my instructions down and assured me they would follow it. After five nights I came to pick them up. I called them about two hours before I got into town that I was coming for them. The lady on the phone said that they were running behind on getting my dogs washed. I assumed they did dog baths as a way to say thanks for choosing us for your dog boarding. But when I got there the lady at the desk was speaking to me very fast that I couldn’t understand her. I got two of my dogs and placed them in my car. They smelled to high heaven of urine and filth. I was given their dog beds which smelled like a urinal that hadn’t been cleaned for several weeks. My next two dogs they gave me back were relieved to see me and could not wait to get in the car. They too, smelled horrible. As I was getting their dog food, the lady at the desk said to me in a rush that they missed at least two doses of antibiotics for one of my dogs. I asked why they were missed and again, in a rush, she said they were really busy. When I got home I checked on the antibiotics and saw they had missed all doses. To say “Beware” is an understatement. I will say that this was traumatic for me as much as my dogs. I will definitely not go back. It is not the customers fault you got busy. It is not the customers fault that unexpected things happen. We pay for a service that your company said would fulfill. Thanks to the urine saturation of all dogs’ beds, I could not get the smell out and ultimately threw them away.
The staff here are incredible! They have done wonders with my dog who struggles with separation anxiety and a bit of aggression. The progress he has made is phenomenal.
Saw their nasty van on i30 driving like an idiot. Using flashers to blind me while I'm in a semi truck. Terrible employee/ owner flying down the highway like that
Very professional and friendly staff, they love animals and take very good care of our pets. The groomers on staff do a great job of trimming and bathing before we pick them up! Would recommend them to any one.
We left our fur babies here over Thanksgiving and I’m am overwhelmed at the wonderful care they gave our boys over the last several days. The staff went above and beyond what we could have dreamed. Our boys are well loved family members and for this being our first time ever boarding them it couldn’t have been easier and they gave peace of mind. I have used this facility since the year they opened. The owner is really great with my dog. She has added some great staff members to expand services. I would highly recommend this rather than boarding at a vet's office. The price is about the same but your dog gets more room and gets special treatment. They also have an outstanding groomer

Amy is the best. I have never boarded one of my pups before, so I was hesitant to board my Millie girl at a place like Wagbnb or an animal hotel because I have heard most of the time they will be locked in their crate/room. I paid the extra money for Amy’s service, and was so grateful I did. Millie was loved on from the time we dropped her off to the time we picked her up. She came home with the biggest smile and had the best time playing and running around. We will definitely be leaving our pup(s) with Amy when we leave town in the future! Her being able to pick them up and drop them off at my house makes it even more convenient for me. And the added bonus is that my dogs aren’t stressed whenever I come back home! Bailey has been absolutely amazing! With my busy work schedule it is hard to get home early at times to check on the dogs. Having her around has made my days way less stressful. They came to my house to trim my dog’s nails. I have 3 they were so good with all 3. I have a 16 year old German shepherd that does not like her nails trimmed, but she talked to her and calmed her the whole time. My male is not a people person and she was able to trim his also. I have recommended K9CareLBK to several people. You can tell from the time they get there how much the care about your animals just like they were theirs.

Camp Happy Pawz has really taken doggy hotels to the next level. I have been taking my puppy here for the past 6 months and have experienced no issues. I even had to take her soon after she got spayed and they made sure that she was taken well care of and followed the vets orders. Not to mention they will send you the cutest pics of your pups!! My baby has loved it here and has even grown out of her shell to play with bigger dogs! As my dog is an apartment pup she loves the large land to run around and play in. I highly recommend Camp Happy Pawz ❤️
Love Camp Happy Paws for boarding my dog! My dog is always well cared for and loved during his stay there. Staff spends time playing with him and there are nice turn out areas for dogs to play. Highly recommend this kennel!
Our 8 month old lab, Lucy stayed at Camp Happy Pawz for the weekend and seemed to have a great time! I love getting pictures and videos of her playing outside. It’s hard leaving your pets in an unfamiliar place but I believe Caitlyn treats the dogs as if they were her own. I was able to text to check on her over the weekend. Check-in and out was easy and she came home with all the right toys!
Camp Happy Pawz is the BEST! We board our Sheepadoodle often when we travel or sometimes take her out for a day of play! She is always so happy to get to go play with her friends there. Her care there is great. When we pick her up after an extended stay, she is happy, healthy and always ready to go back. We are grateful for Camp Happy Pawz!
Leaving your family pet can be an anxious experience for family and pet. However, we feel completely comfortable leaving our Wrigley at Camp. He loves going and enjoys his free time hanging out with all the staff members. Our sweet Wrigs requires several medications and has special dietary needs. They always make sure he takes his meds and doesn’t get anything he is allergic to. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for their babies will be taken care of while they are away.
We were out of the country for two weeks and had our two goldens stay here. This was also the first time our goldens had been the Camp Happy Pawz and I was worried about leaving them go so long. But they looked like they had so much fun while they were there! And they both got to stay with each other the entire time they were there which made me feel better. I got many photo/text updates and anytime I asked about my boys I got a quick response. This place is much more expensive than other boarding places we’ve used but I think it’s worth it because I didn’t have any doubt that my babies were safe and being well looked after. The owner is super nice and friendly and I knew they were in good hands as soon as I met her. They came home well groomed, happy and very sleepy from all the play time that they got while there. They also washed they’re beds which was very much appreciated.
This will sound excessive, but we left 6 dogs for a little get away (mine, daughters and son in laws, son and girlfriends). My little dog had not been boarded since she was a year old or so, she’s 10 now. She came back from boarding so weird I swore I would never board her again. She stayed for 3 nights at Camp Happy Paws and was perfectly fine. We received pictures and updates on all the dogs. They did an excellent job. Thank you Caitlyn and crew.

I absolutely love this place!! My dog struggles with anxiety, especially in big groups of people or dogs, and his whole demeanor has changed since he has started going here. He actually gets excited to go to camp and you can tell he is so comfortable!! I definitely recommend!!:)
