Richard was a great sitter for my dog, Willow, and Leopard Gecko, Godzilla! He was communicative ahead of the sit and we were able to make flexible changes to dates together. Richard asked to have his daughter visit during the sit which was great, as a dog lover her sent several photos of her snuggling with Willow. Overall very respectful of our home and all was well with the animals. Would welcome him back any time!

Jamie was a fantastic sitter! Before I left, we met twice to discuss my cats’ care. They had clearly read my instructions carefully and had a ton of relevant experience. During the sit, Jamie sent daily updates and pictures. I have a cat with health issues - they sent regular updates regarding his health, administered medication as needed, and checked in when they had questions. The cats clearly took to them quickly. I came back to happy and healthy pets and an apartment that was cleaner than when I left. I’d highly recommend Jamie!

Sharon is very organised and it was an easy job to set the first meeting between her and the cats. Sharon sent me photos and anecdotes daily and if she had any doubts about the cats behaviour she would ask me by message. Her messages were always sweet and full of details, which I really appreciated. I knew my cats and my apartment were in good hands and with the most reliable person. I returned to a clean apartment - cleaner that when I left even if she would probably deny it :-) - and to happy cats who, I could see it in their eyes, were wondering why the lady was not staying longer with them ! I highly recommend Sharon and hope to have her return in the future.

Amanda and Rich are such an amazing, kind and understanding couple. Unfortunately our trip got canceled last minute, but we still invited them to stay with us, if they wanted too. And we are glad they did! We did decide to do a one night getaway to give them some alone time. Gabbie was so happy with them...she went on nice walks, had great snuggles and enjoyed spending time in her backyard with them. Charlie and I didn't worry one moment while we were gone. When we returned, Gabbie would run upstairs every morning to find her new friends. That lets us know she was well loved while we were gone. The evening they left, they had already washed the sheets/towels, re-made the bed, cleaned the bathroom and left everything perfect. We are very grateful Amanda and Rich decided to still do this sit despite us not going on travel. We met wonderful people who are now our friends. Now if we can just get them to move to Charleston :) In sum: Secure Amanda and Rich for your next sit. Your pet will be loved!

Amy did a great job caring for our home and pets last week. Everything was in good order when we returned. Both the barn and house were very clean and tidy, and she helped reorganize my pantry (which was in rough shape after significant entertaining over the holidays.) Even with the cold temperatures and snowfall, she was able to keep up with the outdoor chores and manure management in the paddocks. Skipper, Apollo and Riba enjoyed all the extra attention she gave them. It was also very nice to be welcomed back with a bag of groceries that we enjoyed over a couple of days. Thanks Amy! It was great to travel worry free!

Jaci and Jerry were delightful and resilient sitters. We were off-line (in a remote area) for most of the week we were away and unable to communicate so they HAD to figure things out for themselves, and they did. On top of that, our power went out 24 hours before we returned, but they rolled with it even though I know it wasn't easy. I know the dogs were well loved and well taken care of in our absence, and the house was tidy and in order. All good!

Lisa and Mitch just completed a second sit with our dog, Tinsley, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Because she was in their capable hands, we did not worry about her for a minute and were able to enjoy a carefree vacation. Communication before and during the sit was wonderful, and we appreciated Lisa's frequent updates and photos of a happy Tinsley enjoying her time with them. When we returned, the house was spotless and our dog was obviously well looked after. Lisa and Mitch are a delightful couple, and we are happy that our paths crossed. Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.
