Paw Haven is the BEST boarding facility Ive ever found. I've tried at least 7 different places over the last 10 years & I'm truly in awe with the care & attention they pay to the animals here. I had my dog stay at other, bigger, more known boarding facilities & always had issues whether they didn't have enough people watching the dogs or the place wasn't that clean or sanitary or they wouldn't feed my dog & I would pick her up later looking all thin & frail. Paw Haven was such a BETTER experience! They take such good care of the animals & really care about their well being. I left my dog there for a while when I was traveling & my baby girl was so happy there. You could tell because she would eat regularly, play, get outside and get sunshine & all the love. I almost wondered if she even wanted to come home with me. The staff there are all very friendly & professional & I truly cannot think of a better place & experience that I've had living in Los Angeles all these years. Grateful to have found Paw Haven & will always be sending my dogs & all my family & friends there!

Paw Haven is absolutely amazing! My German Shepherd was happy as can be, and I felt so safe and confident leaving him in their care. The love and attention they gave him was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier that I found this place. Definitely a five-star experience!

I found this place on Google and based on the reviews decided to give them a shot. I have a Dutch Shepherd (1st time boarding) and she is very reactive and does not get along with other dogs, but that was not an issue with Paw Haven! It was an amazing experience from the initial meeting to pickup. I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff is super friendly, and kind, and they will take their time answering any questions that you might have. I was able to get updates via text message, which gave me a peace of mind and also the variety of services they offer is next level. I did also get the daily walks package they offer and over all I couldn't be happier with my decision in choosing them. Definitely call them to take care of your fur babies. You will not be disappointed!

This place is PAWesome!!! It's decorated so cute and you can tell the owner really loves dogs. She is there herself on a daily basis at the front desk overseeing everything. The dogs have so much space to play and run around, and the rooms for boarding are beyond adorable. There are no crates or cages for boarding, which I love, and they have someone who stays overnight with the dogs! Their groomer is super caring and friendly, too. Overall, the vibe is like that of a family member who would take care of your fur baby like their own. Can't ask for anything more than that!

Paw Haven is a FANTASTIC facility run by genuinely kind and caring staff. We are out-of-towners with family in LA, and need to board our dog periodically — Paw Haven will be our go-to! We ran into some car trouble on our way, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They have staff onsite 24/7, and lots of boarding options so we could feel confident leaving our pup there. Our dog Laszlo had a blast and was clearly very happy (and tired) when we picked him up.

I love bringing my puppy here! Tony and the owner Rose are always so sweet every time I come pick her up. My puppy has such a good time here and I highly recommend coming here!

Fetch Pet Care is THE BEST! I've had them as my dog walkers/sitters for years. They are attentive and caring. You know you're in good hands when you get back from a trip after seeing daily pics of your precious furry kids and find them so upbeat and happy. My dogs adore each of their walkers/sitters and I am NEVER worried with Fetch on the scene. Highly recommend!!!

Fetch Hollywood Hills has some great pet sitters! We use them for all of our pet sitting needs. They are responsive when I request a pet sit or if I have any questions or changes to make. We have been having Emperial do most of our pet sits for quite a while now, and she always keeps us up to date on how the crew is doing (3 cats, 2 dogs and 2 turtles). We had Michelle do a sit for us recently, and she also did a great job. We feel so comfortable knowing all of our pets are well taken care of when we are out of town.

Our pet sitter Lauren was loving to our pets and provided daily feedback, photographs and videos after every visit. She made every possible adjustment to keep them safe and healthy. I have used Fetch several times and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. Each of their pet sitters have been friendly, kind to our pets and throughly professional.

Fetch has been my dog walking and overnight stay choice for more years than I can remember. I have a primary walker for my two greyhounds but Fetch has several experienced, long-term employees who sub for my walker when she takes time off or I don't book overnights soon enough (she books up fast!). I know these subs and so do my dogs so they never are taken care of by a stranger. I work fairly far from my house, so my dog sitter sends me an email everyday and lets me know that everything is ok in the neighborhood and at my house, and that the dogs are fine. The entire Fetch staff is very reliable, trustworthy, and love pets

I love that I feel I can trust Fetch's pet sitters to enter my apartment and give my best friend the best care. And I feel good knowing that I don't have to put my best friend through the trauma of being boarded at the vet. I have 1 dog, 2 cats & a kitten. Fetch Pet Care and it's incredible 'pet care-givers' have allowed me to travel guilt-free. Our family spends 5 weeks in Kenya every year, and Renee is able to schedule complete coverage, using 3 amazing girls, Leslie, Madonna & Sarah. They often update me by email, sending cute photos and comments of the pet's activities. We also take last-minute weekend trips, visits to Del Mar & NY, and they are always willing and able to provide service for my needs. The people that have worked for me have all been responsible, professional, and most of all, pet lovers of the highest order!

Everything! Scheduling walks, feedings and overnight stays is a breeze with Renee. The communication is awesome and very responsive. You never have to follow up - you send the request and Renee gets back to you very quickly. In as little as a few minutes to confirm that your sitter is available, other times it may be a couple of hours but never more than that. Having a regular sitter or two maintains a level of consistency for my animals (and me), cos I know that they know the routine and the animals are all familiar with them and look forward to their time together. Having the option of a couple of regular alternates as well makes the process headache and worry-free. We get regular communication from the sitters in the form of regular texts and photos every time. So, so happy to have Fetch in our lives. And the prices for the services are very fair in this market, too.

This place is beyond awesome! We took our Shiba Inu to the place when we visited Universal Studio. Shan and Dan's dogs are all really sweet and nice, our baby really enjoyed playing with them and he even cried when we picked him up because he had so much fun there and didn't want to leave! Definitely would recommend this place if you ever need to bring your dogs to daycare.

This place is awesome!! My pup was so happy while staying there, she meet new friends. The sitters were very responsive to text mesaages, even sent some pictures so that we can see what my lil one was doing. We will definitely be back when we visit CA again.

On vacation from our Las Vegas home, we have the extreme good fortune to find HOUNDS OF THE HILLS where we boarded our three little dog babies for a week. They were so loved, had much attention, many walks and really had a fun time. This place has no equal....it is simply the best.

Our Dog had a great time. The owner was very friendly. She met all of our expectations and more. The next time I am in California I will be taking my dog here for sure!

Charlie was amazing! I went home for the holidays and had to board my cat for two weeks. I received pictures or videos every day and I knew that my Kitty was safe and happy while I was gone. I will definitely send her to stay with Charlie again!

Lisa was amazing! This service was very easy to use and navigate and we were paired with the best cat sitter ever! She was very reliable and accommodating as we needed our cats watched on very VERY last minute notice. Lisa sent us photos every day of our fur babies, sent updates on how they were adapting to being away from home, and used treats to get even our most shy cat to come around and become acclimated to the new environment. It’s very obvious she loves animals and she treated my cats as her own. Highly recommend this service and especially Lisa! We will definitely be calling and requesting Lisa for the next time we need the kitties watched.

I am so glad I decided to go through with boarding my cat Oreo with Suzi. I was hesitant to try a place that wasn’t a conventional facility, but now that I know a service like this exists where you can board your cat in a sitters home, I will always rather go with this option. Suzi sent me updates of my cat daily and since I was traveling to another country and didn’t have phone service she accommodated me by sending the updates to my WhatsApp which was pretty cool. She also gave me the option to video chat with my cat. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be back again.

Lisa is just the best! We felt comfortable leaving our fur baby Enzo in her hands. She sent photos and updates daily and took such great care of him. She is our go to from now on!

My dog is very shy and slow to warm up to people but not with Rouhy! Buster loved Rouhy from the start and even slept in bed with Rouhy—that’s a miracle! Rouhy is patient and kind. She sent me pictures and videos of my dog Buster, daily. She truly loves dogs! And dogs love her! We knew it would be a safe and comfortable place to leave our dear Buster for the week. For our picky pup, we only go to Rouhy!

I have really enjoyed using this pet service for my little kitty. Faith was very quick to respond to me and I was assigned to Charlie immediately. I have been working with them for about a year now. It’s been a good experience.

When we were planning to go away for over 2 weeks we turned to Michelle to stay at our house and take care of our anxious rescue dog, Stevie. We were so nervous leaving her but Michelle was truly amazing throughout the whole process. She came to meet with us and Stevie twice before the trip and Stevie took to her almost immediately (which is not something that happens often). Michelle calmed both our nerves as well as Stevie’s. She is on anxiety medications twice a day which Michelle handled without problems and she was in contact with us daily with pupdates and pictures. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that our fur baby was being taken care of with the same level of attention and affection as she would get from us. Michelle is a true gift to the pets she cares for and the families who hate to leave them.

Michelle took excellent care of my three cats while I was away for 10 days. I felt completely comfortable with her in my house after observing her attention to detail, connection to my animals, and professional vet tech experience. The contract presented covered every detail, including natural disaster and emergency care, which put me at ease. She was in consistent contact with me, sending photos, videos, and updates on my three babies. I had such peace of mind being gone knowing she was engaging in play with them, and food/water was monitored. She was committed to keeping them and my house safe. Michelle took great care of our dog when we were out of town for nearly a week. Our dog can be difficult to walk and has pretty severe separation anxiety, but the whole week went great without any incidents. Michelle kept us updated with photos and videos which definitely helped with our own separation anxiety. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle made sure our cats were well fed and groomed. They were obviously happy and healthy when we returned. Michelle kept us updated with daily texts and photos and I felt comfortable that the cats and my house were in good hands.

Michelle is the best pet sitter we've had. We've come home to happy cats each time we've been away on a trip. When one of our cats passed away, and we had to leave town shortly thereafter, Michelle took special care with our other cat who was lonely after losing his friend. Michelle went the extra mile to not only make sure he was kept company and was adjusting OK, but to make sure that the two cat parents who were distraught over leaving him for the weekend knew that he was in good hands. She's wonderful.

We left our two Maltese’s for Michelle to fully take care of. She let us know daily how they were and sent us pictures of both as they were enjoying their time with her.We felt close to them even though we were away.When we got home they were happy and clean and happy to see us.I highly recommend Michelle as a knowledgeable and capable sitter that you can trust with your loving pets.

I am not normally a negative review writer, but my experience with my 2 special needs dogs and Pet-Tech Sitting by Michelle was awful enough to warrant doing this. It's actually difficult to know how to structure this, as there were so many issues. 1) She couldn't get pills down for our dogs. She's a vet tech. Doses were missed, and she was constantly texting me about it, rather than finding a solution. 2) I paid $3,500 for a week of service (7 nights and 8 days). She was still taking other pet sitting appointments, and was gone for approx 8.5 hours on our second night away. She had made us aware she was going to a concert, but not for that duration of time. Had it not been for our neighbors to feed and give them pills (and clean up after them), it could have been a disaster. 3) She thought that one of our dogs, who had just had surgery, was in pain and asked to take her to the vet. I arranged it, she then threatened to charge me extra to take the dog to the vet. When Mindy was ready to be picked up, her response was 'I can be there in an hour or 2.' 4) On our final day away, we had agreed that she would leave at 6pm. Then, in the middle of the night before we were meant to come home, she texts me saying 'oops I'm leaving at 1pm', thus leaving our dogs home alone for 9 hours. I reiterated our agreement, to which she did not care. Again, if it weren't for our neighbors helping out, we would have been screwed. 5) This is general: she would send VERY aggressive and long text messages, quite often. Her manner of communication was terrible, and I honestly wanted to leave the trip early as I had zero trust in her or her ability. Please, if you are looking for a sitter, don't hire this person, especially if your dogs have special needs, have just had procedures, etc. If I could give her less than one star I would.

Michelle was wonderful. She kept up with us and sent photos & videos of our babies playing. They were SO happy when we got home, which means they had a wonderful time when we were gone! It's nice to know they are in good hands, and with Michelle they are!

Our baby loves this place! he comes home tired, happy, and fed. We love how the staff treat him and we can tell he loves them too because every time we drop him off he knows exactly where to go and his tail is always waggin! We love that they send us pictures/report cards of his day and the webcams are super helpful because I can spy on my little one. overall I would highly recommend Dog-E-Den.

They simply love dogs here at Dog-E-Den in Sherman Oaks. I was very nervous because my 13 year-old male cockapoo is a shy guy, but I needed a place for him to stay during the day for several months. Their flexibility with drop-off, pick-up and extended hours was especially helpful. The staff greeted him with such enthusiasm and kindness each day.There was always a human in the den with the dogs who paid special attention to individual animals when needed. Our dog eventually started mixing with the others, and soon looked forward to going. The staff sends home photos and a “report card” each day; our dog’s playful changes were evident. We returned, today, after a long absence. He received a warm welcome, and after a brief hesitation, jumped back into the play.

I boarded my 11 year old dog for 9 days at Dog-E-Den in a private room. It was a very easy & smooth experience making a reservation, checking him in & out and felt he was in very safe and capable hands while I was away. Their live webcams are a great perk as well!

I brought my Shih Tzu to Patty, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My poor pup had some serious matting, and I was worried about how he would handle the grooming process. But Patty was incredibly gentle and patient, putting both my dog and me at ease. When I picked him up, I was amazed at how great he looked! His coat was soft, fluffy, and perfectly trimmed, with no signs of the mats that had been there before. Patty really took the time to ensure my dog was comfortable and happy throughout the process. I can’t recommend Patty enough! If you’re looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet and does an outstanding job, this is the place to go.

I've been taking my Husky here for about 3 years, and she always has a good time. The staff do a good job of creating a safe play environment for all dogs. There are also webcams for customers to access to see how well there dog is doing. They also send emails with pictures to show how they spend the day. All in all, I'm happy to have found a place that has taken good care of my dog.

Dog-e Den is just awesome. Brought in Athena my 70lb Shepard/Husky for grooming and this girl has NEVER been this clean! She got so much love and care it’s just wonderful. You can tell when your pet is happy. Athena says highly recommend!

I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!

So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.

Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙

Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!

Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. We saw our puppy liked her from the very beginning and felt safe with her- we left her one full day and, when we picked her up, she was super happy and looked like Anna took great care of her. I highly recommend her; she is amazing!

The previous times I have been there my fur babies were safe and happy but recently , whenever i called the place - the phone rang out every time. I tried to ask the business about this phone problem via yelp but the question was reported to yelp as irrelevant. I hope they haven’t hired some disgruntled employees…

We adopted our dog Stitch May 2017, but a week after we adopted her we had to leave town for a week. Found SoBe and they took good care of our pup the entire time. I appreciated the loving care they gave her especially since she was a rescue and not acclimated yet. Since that first week, we've planned all our vacations to make sure Stitch can go- she loves going on vacations with us. So for a few years we didn't need any overnight boarding. However, the last year we've had a few overnight trips in which she wasn't allowed to go. Went to SoBe and the staff and care is still wonderful. Stitch can be antisocial because she misses us but the staff has made sure to give her extra love. My spouse and I are one of those people who bring our dog everywhere if we can, and if we can't, we only trust SoBe. To put it to you this way, my family has offered to watch Stitch during our overnight trips, and we still opt for SoBe because of how much we trust them.

I tried to call a few times but phone number directed me to Facey medical group- upon checking yelp - it says this location is closed. I m sad cos this place is way better than k9 loft in Sherman Oaks. :(

I boarded my dog here once a year for the past 3 years. Pros: Facility seems clean and staff are friendly. They sent daily photos and updats about my dog during this stay. Cons: Each of the experiences has been problematic i.e. they didn't administer his medication correctly, he came home with diarrhea and then hot spots (didn't give me a heads up at pickup). Owner only sent an email - not even a phone call. I'm not sending my pup here anymore

We came across SoBe Happy when we were in need of a place that could take our puppies right after being fixed; cones, medications and all. They were so easy to set a meet and greet up with and made the process truly seamless. Leaving our puppies for the first time EVER + them still being in recovery I was beyond nervous. SoBe put all my worries at ease. Pictures were sent throughout the day along with updates on how they were doing and all questions I had were immediately answered (i LOVE that i can text any time i needed an update). We were so pleased we immediately booked them for our second trip a few days later and now the babies love it so much we are going to start them in daycare there! Everyone who works there is so friendly, loving to the dogs and can tell you so much about them that you can feel how invested they are in your baby. I love knowing they are in such a fun loving environment, cage free all day and that they come home full of socialization. Oliver and Penny love you all xoxo

West Pack BnB is really an amazing place to leave your baby. My son (dog) Lucky is very anxious around new people and other animals. After the initial meet n greet, I felt so comfortable with Danielle and Deborah. They cared about my baby. When I dropped him off, I immediately started receiving updates and photos which was so comforting!!! After a day, Lucky had opened up to all of them. I have a photo of them snuggling on the couch! THAT'S HUGE FOR LUCKY! It made me feel appreciated that they cared so much about the animals they watch. They're kennel free. They have a gorgeous backyard where Lucky and his friends played most of their day. It was really a great experience for us both and yes we do recommend them! We will be seeing them soon again. This is where my dog lives when he's not visiting us on weeknights and weekends. This is the best daycare that my dog has been to. I love getting daily updates and photos of him playing and hanging out on the couch. The owners are very nice and I can tell they really care about each dog they care for. We are lucky to have found this place.

The pup LOVES coming here, he probably wishes I would drive faster. The whole staff is lovely and always have a smile in their face. I love that they send you text pictures as updates so you can see how much fun your furbaby is having. I totally recommend this daycare!

Danielle and Deborah were so wonderful to us and four of our dogs! Not only they were very friendly, but also patient and flexible with our schedule. Our dogs were very happy and well taken care of. We've received photo updates too. Thank you so much!
