I would give Leann and Rachel ten stars if I could! They did such a great job with Winston. He's still shy around strangers but he warmed right up to them. They made the extra effort to take him with them for all their adventures around Berlin, which included public transportation, restaurants, and sights. I can tell he had a great time, as he loves being with people once he knows them. We got tons of pictures and updates, the communication was perfect. They also took the time to come a day early which gave Winston a chance to get to know them and it was lovely getting to chat with them without a huge time pressure. Genuinely wonderful people. Bonus points that the apartment was clean when we got home and laundry was started. I cannot recommend them enough! They are welcome back anytime.

Rebekah and Matt were excellent! Very detailed, organized and clearly caring animal lovers. We were able to meet in person before we left town and they were thorough with any pre-sit questions or concerns. Rebekah sent photo updates of the pups on a regular basis so we could see our happy dogs. She notified us about a couple of possible health issues they might have been experiencing (thankfully all ok) but we very much appreciated the attentiveness and concern for them. Our trip was extended a couple of days so a friend stayed after Rebekah and Matt were committed for another stay but pics showed us a totally clean house, bed changed etc. Anyone would be fortunate to have them sit for their fur babies - thanks guys!

Susan & Miranda were EXCEPTIONAL! We are big on communication and they exceeded our expectations in all ways. They took amazing care of our doggos — so many walks, fetch every day, and tons of snuggles! Plus, the house looked fantastic when we got home. We would recommend them 10/10 times.

Shanda was an amazing house/pet sitter. We cannot say enough good things. She left our house completely spotless, she was so above and beyond with communication; we received videos and photos with an update about our pets every single evening. She took our dog to the park for fetch every day and we were gone for almost 2 weeks. I wish we could have Shanda stay at our home for every trip we go on. She's the best sitter we have ever had! Tanya and Kevin are simply the best. They have sat for me before, and although it had been well over a year since my dog Lupe had seen Tanya, the connection was instantaneous. The pictures she sent while I was away will be treasured. The only downside to such great sitters is that for several days thereafter, Lupe appeared sad that they were gone. Oh well. PS - My house is better than when left it.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. I just want to give a shout out to Pet's Place Lodge. We are so grateful to have found a great place to take our lab Livvy when we need to leave town. She is super excited to go to "camp" as we call it and we can tell she is always taken care of very well while we are gone. It's a comfort to know we can leave town without worrying about her while we are gone. When I see Hoot and the team love on our girl, it's just the best to know she is loved there too! Thanks Pet's Place Lodge for giving Livvy a "Home Away From Home"! Y'all are awesome!!!
We love Pet's Place Lodge. They are always accommodating to us on short notice. Our dog is deaf and the staff do a great job with him. He is always happy when we pull up to drop him off. The new location is amazing.
They take incredible care of our two dogs. I've used their services several times and my dog not only loves his stay... he may have more fun there than he does at home some times. Great staff. Very fair pricing. And a happy pet to pick up when you get back.
Pet’s Place was so attentive to my puppy’s first boarding experience I was put at ease. They are very good to the dogs and my dog loves it there. When we pull into the lot my dog gets very excited. I say “thanks” and “well done” to Pet’s Place.
Great place and super nice people. Reasonable price. My dog has stayed 3 to 4 times in the last couple years. Slider seems to like the handlers. And they take good care of him. Great at getting me in on short notice.
Had a previous border cancel on me 5 days before leaving town. Pet's Place Lodge tried everything to help me! Super nice people! My oldest dog had to say bye to all his new friends before going home. We will be booking with them again in the future!

I have 2 dogs One is a 2lb. Chihuahua,that isn't very nice to very many people,but he loves go to the Pet-Place Lodge..He loves Jake the young man of the home. Benji absolutely loves him and is ready to stay ..June Bug is our 65 lbs Staffordshire Bull Terrier that has a sweet personality but looks a bit scary...Where I took them last time she knows to stay in the back section of the car,but when she saw Hoot walk by she forgot all of her manners and jumped over the seat..Needless to say she was very excited to see that she was getting to visit her friends...I would recommend them to everyone that wants their pets to not only be taken care of but to be loved on too...

We absolutely love PlayStayTion for our boxer Maverick. He also loves it there so much and gets supper excited when it’s time to go back. They make boarding very easy. Doggie Day Care is extremely convenient and their training classes are the best. We are thankful that when we drop off Maverick for boarding he is in great hands. That way we can enjoy our vacations with the kids without having to worry because he is having so much fun too with his doggie friends. Seriously, THANK YOU for everything you do!!!!
If I could give PlayStayTion ten stars I would. From the moment we emailed to talk about doing a 30 day board and train, until we picked up our dog at the end of her session, every interaction was top notch. I know I can have high expectations when it comes to my family and this place met all of them. Never have I seen a happier, cleaner, better run boarding/training facility. It is well worth the drive from Dallas! Also, the daily pictures, and take home artwork make an already amazing situation better.. I sent Vicki a desperate emotional email and 30 days later she gave me back a happy relaxed pup who is a joy for the whole family to be around. Not only does Vicki and her amazing staff (Morgan a special wink to you) train your dog, they also train you to make sure when you are home you can keep up the amazing progress and keep developing a better relationship with your pup. I have already booked another boarding session with them and they will now be the ONLY place our Dolly goes.
I absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing. I know from the time I drop my dogs off until the time I pick them up, they are very well taken care of. One of my dogs is on medication and both get special food. There is never an upcharge or extra charge for feeding their own food and giving medication. The daily pictures are always proof that my dogs are having fun and playing with all the other dogs. There has never been an issue with my dogs and the other dogs during a stay. I will always trust PlayStayTion with my pets when I am out of town!
We took a 9 day vacation and we were very apprehensive about leaving our babies anywhere. Prior to our trip we brought the girls to Playstation for a play day. They had fun and seemed to enjoy their day. Little did we know how much they would adapt and love all the activities. Brandi and the team at Playstation were amazing. They took lots of pictures and kept us updated every step.of the way. They gave medications, love and affection. We didn't have to worry that they weren't taken care of or loved the way we care and love for them. We picked them up today and they were happy to see us but they almost didn't want to leave! Great job Playstation! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to board. We also use Playstation for grooming and are extremely satisfied with the quality and care of that as well.
This is by far the best boarding place out there!!! My baby has a lot of allergies that can cause minor health issues; and when previously boarded at other places she always came back in a horrible condition. One time she came home with an ear & eye infection, as well as kennel cough. This stay with Playstaytion was longer than any of her previous ones so I was very nervous. However, when I picked her up she looked healthy and happy! I can’t express how much care and time they give each dog; they truly went above and beyond. This place is well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive for me!

Offer exceptional grooming services where they take their time to make sure dog is comfortable. Access to outside via a doggie door to relieve themselves in the middle of the night.
Love Love Love PlayStayTion! I was very nervous about leaving my boys there for 6 days, but it was awesome! I was able to see posts from all the fun they had every day and I had no worries about their care. It is totally worth it to get your babies groomed right before they come home. Beau and Cadbury will definitely be staying again!

PlayStayTion is a modern, up-to-date kennel and training facility with clean and comfortable accommodations that are similar to what a dog would experience at home. This was my first experience with PlayStayTion, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, especially since one of my pups gets frightened by new people and places. They handled him professionally and in the end, he had a very good time. I am looking forward to using them again. Update: I have used them several times since, and their facilities and services get better and better. My dogs love this place!
