As we were new to house sitters, and Sara and Andrew have a lot of experience, they were great at helping us get prepared. They arrived as scheduled and were very organized. While we were gone, they kept us posted on our pup and goings on with the house. We really appreciated how they dealt with a couple of issues that came up. We returned to a spotless house and a happy dog. We couldn't be happier with Andrew and Sara and we highly recommend them.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Diane and her staff are amazing and gifts from God! My dogs are senior dogs and they’re like my children. It’s like if I were to find a daycare that I fully trust and I have no worries. I totally trust Diane with them and they absolutely love her and are very comfortable with her. I tell them on the way that we’re going to see Aunt Diane and they’re full of excitement. One experience I’ll carry with me forever is when I walked in and Diane didn’t know because she was in the other room with my Luke and I heard her talking to him so gently and kind and telling him what a good boi he is. I’m sure that totally reassured him and I knew at that point how awesome she is with them even when no one is looking. I knew from that point that I found a groomer like no other. Thank you Diane! You’re an awesome gift from God!
The most friendliest pet groomer that I have ever been to. Very satisfied with the work that was done without an appointment and wait time was less than four hours for two small dogs.
What an incredible experience! We are so lucky to have these ladies right down the street from us! They are so sweet and very affordable for the incredible care they show. Just picked up my 2 dogs, both are mixed breeds. One 10 years old the other 6. This was our ( their) first time at Sittin Pretty, or any groomer for that matter. It was so great! I don’t know who was more nervous , me or my dogs . The staff was totally outstanding and very professional ! My dogs are slightly ( lol) over weight! The ladies there helped me unload and then load them back up again for the trip home. My dogs look great! They seem to have enjoyed their pampering today! Thank you Sittin Pretty!!!!
Have been taking my dog to Diane at Sittin Pretty every Friday for eight years. I trust no one but her to care for my Marley. She has a big heart for all animals. She does pet rescues and finds good homes for them . Am more than pleased with her. Her staff has the same quality of love and care for animals.
Diane and staff at Sittin' Pretty in Simonton are wonderful! I have recommended many people to her and they are very pleased. She was a vet tech for 7 years and now has 17 dogs of her own and helps to rehome rescues so she knows dogs. She lets us know if she sees something off with our dogs - like an ear infection or a cyst somewhere - so we can then go to our vet. She is great and patient with older dogs and she knows how to get puppies comfortable with grooming. Our Cavalier Maverick was only 6 yo, had a heart condition and she paid special attention when we took him there. He loved it there and ran right in. We now take 1 1/2 yo Jasper there. She says he doesn't like the hair dryer so he gets to lay his head on her shoulder while she dries him! It's a little drive there but pretty and well worth it.
I have a flat faced Persian cat who needs to be groomed very often (for a cat). It’s incredibly hard to find a groomer that can handle grooming a cat let alone do a fantastic job!! Diane - the owner - is always so considerate of my cat and always puts him in a different room away from the dogs to make him more comfortable while he’s there. I recommend this place to anyone !
Just picked up our dog, they did an awesome job on our collie. He is so beautiful. Most importantly, they care about your pet. We love this place.

Dora is incredibly professional and has a fantastic setup for the dogs in her care. She regularly sends me updates, which I really appreciate, and my dog lily absolutely loves going there—she never wants to leave! Dora is always available when I need her, and I have complete trust in her care with my dog. I highly recommend Dora for dog boarding.
Ms. Dora has a great backyard and large kennels. She lets the dogs out frequently and sends videos, my hyper lab had plenty of room to run around. Easy to communicate with and very responsive. She required proof of vaccines and flea/tick meds and wants to meet your dog before drop off; love this! I left my best buddy with her for 15 days and will do so again whenever needed. My dog was happy and healthy when I picked her up and showed respect and love to Ms. Dora. Very happy with my experience. Recommending to my friends & neighbors.

Dora is the best! I would not trust anyone else with our dog. For us it is really important to know that our dog is in great hands and Sweet Dreams Dog Boarding is just the best. The videos that Dora sends every day and also very nice to watch and our kids love them. I highly recommend this place.
My furbaby has only ever stayed with Dora. Every time I travel, I feel like he gets a vacation to staying at Sweet Dreams. My dog is very happy here, as soon as Dora opens the door, he runs into the house. Lots of free space to run and play. Dora always sends us videos of him playing with her friends. He has been going to Dulces Sueños for many years, sometimes for weekends and other times for months. Highly recommended!

Our dogs get anxious staying at a boarding facility so we hired Tina to take care of our pets at home. She visited 3 times a day and even stayed longer to help one dog feel less anxious. She is fantastic and our animals were well loved and cared for. Highly recommend!
We weren’t comfortable with leaving our sweet pup somewhere she’d be in a cage/kennel overnight while we were out of town on vacation. We’re so glad we chose Tina to board bc we knew our dog would have lots of individual attention and daily walks.Tina sent updates & pics daily which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Little miss pup came home anxiety free and happy. :)
Chance has been going to this loving place for several years. Tina and peanut have become family. She treats him like her own. We use daily doggy daycare and boarding. The boarding is not traditional as Chance will never be left alone overnight. He is well taken care of and loved!!

Tina is good with my 4-legged kids, my dogs and cats. She comes at the right time to my house. Feeds them as directed. Pleasantly pleased with her services. Also, nice to have her check on everyone after a bad storm.

We love this place for our Uno. He gets so excited as soon as we pack the suit cases, because he knows he gets to go to the doggy hotel. They always greet him with welcome arms; they post pictures during the week, and he always comes back to me looking healthy and happy. I always recommend Circle Lake Ranch to anyone who asks.
Recently boarded our pup and the photos posted regularly showed him having a BALL. He seemed to have a ton of fun here and that put my wife and I at ease while we were away. They listened to some concerns we had with a previous place he was boarded at where he got sick, and they were extremely professional about it. We will be back!! Also, he got a bath before we picked him up and he was spotless. I’ll recommend to others and anyone that needs a place for a pet to stay

I recently boarded my two dogs for 12 days with Circle Lake Ranch Pet Resort. They haven’t done well with their previous boarding experiences so I was very worried about leaving them. I have even tried having someone come to the house and that didn’t work out well either. They did so well here and I am so happy to have found somewhere that my dogs can board and be comfortable. I really like the outdoor play time that they get and feel my dogs are more comfortable around other dogs if they are outside. This is a great place with very friendly and accommodating staff. Thanks so much for taking great care of my dogs.
terrible terrible place. Our 2 dogs came back with pink eye, an allergic reaction due to them giving them “calming treats”. Not veterinarians.. and not worth the overpriced service. The front desk people were so rude and dismissive it’s like we were a bother. Clearly don’t care about the pets much. The place alone looks straight out of a horror movie please don’t take your furry friends there. Our dogs came back looking and seemingly feeling miserable. They’ve never had an experience like this at previous kennels so I know it wasn’t a separation anxiety . I’m glad we got them out of there. They’re happy to be home!
Our Benji boy has been going here for years now! We love it so much as we know Circle Lake Ranch takes the best care of him and not only that but all the land to roam and Facebook photos they post make us happy while we are away! We always say when we are away on a trip, Benji is also having a trip with his buddies!

We recently boarded our boxer last weekend and Circle Lake Ranch Pet Resort were amazing to work with! I called to check in and see how he did his first night and they were super attentive and reassuring. Our big boy came back a happy camper and slept most of the next day from having so much fun :)
After searching for a year we finally found a place that we feel comfortable leaving our fur babies! They are always happy when we pull up and they see the “ranch”! We love that the staff is constant and our pups see the same faces every visit. They truly care for the dogs rather than just random teenagers who just want a paycheck.
Great vacation for my dogs. They are always happy to get dropped off here. The staff is very nice and genuinely like dogs. I have 1 dog who doesn't like any people other than our family and the employees at Circle Lake. Both of my dogs smile the second we turn down the driveway.
