Absolutely Barkers has looked after our dog since he was a puppy. We can’t fault the service at all. The facilities are excellent, Marie is friendly and knowledgeable and the dogs are treated like members of the family. The services are always evolving with Marie’s new ideas to make the best of everything for the dogs. We would thoroughly recommend it!!

My boy loves going to daycare, he loves all the team and is so well cared for whilst there. He gets top training, care and supervision, I have no worries about leaving him during the day or for night boarding. The team also offer cat care in the home if needed. Highly recommend 👌 …

An amazing team who go beyond looking after your dog. So knowledgeable in every aspect of dog care. Marie the founder is always surprising you with new equipment at day care to keep the dogs happy and stimulated, the latest being the soft play area. Judi and Ryan both such lovely doggy people who along with Marie are always ready to give advice on anything to do with your fur baby.

We always get out dog food from Marie excellent value and great quality easy to order and pick up or delivery. The subscription box marie does is amazing and my dog loves it and it's great value the toy and treats are high end .

My pup has been going here to daycare since post lockdown. He really enjoys it and comes back exhausted and happy after every session. It really is a second home for him and he greets Marie with joy every time. We also use the boarding service and we would not send him anywhere else. I know that Remy will be safe there and Marie will treat him like her own. It's a fantastic, safe and professional environment and I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I came to Absolutely Barkers last year with our new puppy, and I am so glad we did. From his first visit to this very day, the team have provided an excellent service. With us both working away from home alot, I know that my puppy will be cared for to the highest degree. The standard of daycare and boarding is fantastic, and could not fault it. Marie and her team are extremely passionate about what they do, combined with their vast knowledge of canine behaviour, health, etc... (and a massive bundle of love!), I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to everyone.

I would thoroughly recommend Absolutely Barkers pet care and dog walks. We have used them since moving into the area in March 2021 and Marie and Judi have consistently exceeded our expectations. Whether it be day or night care or the house drop in service looking after our cats, or walking our dog, they always keep us up to date through personal messages or social media posts. If there are ever any issues we are kept informed in a timely manner and they are never short of advice in all matters relating to dog training/care. Our dog loves going to see all the other dogs, Marie and her family, she really enjoys all the fun activities and more recently the adventure walks. Absolutely Barkers facilities are beautifully maintained and kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, it’s like a home away from home.

Thoroughly positive experience with this business. Reliable, trustworthy and professional. The dogs come first. Total care and interest in the well-being of your loved pet. Full of experience and knowledge, cannot recommend highly enough.

Always excellent service from Judy on the dog walking service. My two greyhounds have gone from hyper attentive and needing mussles, walking without them on near other dogs without batting an eyelid. Cannot recommend them enough

My Archie dog loves going to see Marie & her mum, he gets so excited when we turn into the road & can't get out of the car quick enough. He has his first overnight in November & I don't have any worries at all about leaving him with Marie & family, I know that he will be fine & spoilt rotten just as he is at home. A great service & very friendly nothing is too much trouble for Marie. I would highly recommend Absolute Barkers to any doggie pawrents.

Elaine has looked after Harry quite a few times for me now. The first was in Summer 2019 when we were away for 3 weeks. Harry settled in so well & really enjoyed being with Elaine. She looked after him as if he was her own dog. Whenever he sees her he goes rushing up to her for cuddles & welcomes her like the dearest of friends. So that is how I know he is very happy & well looked after by Elaine and I would not hesitate to recommend her. I think she offers fantastic value and a wonderful caring environment for the dog. They get walked twice a day (more than when he is at home!) Elaine also cooked Harry fresh food every day and he looked all the better for it when he came home!

Elaine looked after Ruby for the second time. She loved and cared for like her own. This is a very homely environment for yr dog. Your dog can sit in a front room, watch tv and get cuddles like they do at home. Very comforting to know when yr away. I wouldn't take Ruby any where else. Genuin dog lover x

Elaine was really good and looked after our two dogs for 5 days. She was very experienced and extremely good with them and would definately use doggie comfort inn again. Elaine is a lovely lady and very easy to build a good rapport with. She took them for 2 walks a day and kept me informed how they were going on a daily basis. Thanks again Elaine

Elaine is lovely and so fantastic with are fur baby. You can tell she does it because she loves having dogs around her. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

This is a great home from home service. My dogs are always happy to go here and they are well looked after with care and love and Elaine treats them like her own. We recommend to anyone looking for a dog carer whilst they are away.

Vickie has been walking our 3 dogs for over three years. Can’t recommend Vickie enough to anyone looking for a dog walker as we would be lost without her, I’ve never seen our dogs as excited as they get when Vickie arrived to pick them up and she goes over and above each and every time

Vickie is by far the best! The cats love her and they can be a bit selective on a good day. Its brilliant that I can go away with the peace of mind that someone else is looking after them just as well as I would if I were home. I 100% recommend Vickie to anyone, she's really affordable and I dont think id trust anyone else to do as good of a job as she does. Thanks a lot Vickie!! A+++++ service!

Auntie Vickie looked after Ben the cat for a week. He wasn’t stressed when we got back, most probably enjoyed a lot of fuss and attention. We had updates regularly. Ben would definitely recommend.

We have a troublesome boy that Vickie handled with great professionalism. She took on his needs and requirements and we've come home to a happy chap.

Sarah offers a reliable service and is extremely flexible to every need. Due to work commitments I would change my days regularly and this was never a problem for Sarah. Plus our dog went through a difficult humping stage and Sarah was nothing but understandable and offered her help at all times. Our dog is now back to his normal self and this through the help of Sarah and her other colleague Leia. She regularly updates me through pictures and a quick message to keep any worries at bay. I met Sarah in the village and when she first did a home visit knew she was right for Trigger, very experienced with dogs and highly recommended.

Our little man "Eric" gets excited if we even mention Sarah's name! Sarah is reliable, trustworthy, professional and fun, we would recommend her pet care services to anyone.

Fabulous service from Sarah, always looks after my girls so well. Takes them on great walks, they go to different places on a regular basis and they get to interact with other dogs so great for socialisation. Sarah is always there when I need her, even when I need to add a date at the last minute or make a change. I would highly recommend Sarah for one off or regular walks.

Sarah offers a reliable, professional and trustworthy service. She has never let me down and has become more than just my dog walker. Sarah is one of the few people I trust completely with my boy, and Reggie absolutely adores her. In fact he can’t get in that van quick enough! Reggie has benefitted from joining the group walks, his socialisation and behaviour has improved, all thanks to Sarah.

We have used Sarah's Pet care service for the past year to look after and feed our cat when we have been away. She offers a very reliable and professional service which we happily recommend. She provides regular updates while we are away.

Sarah does a fabulous job pet sitting our dog and cats whilst we are on our holidays. Regular updates with cute piccies make it a stress free time, knowing they are being loved and cared for. We have now used Woody's for our nervous cocker Honey several times and I can't recommend them enough. This is a family run business and they do an amazing job. We were nervous about putting Honey into kennels at first as she isn't overly keen on strangers, but seeing her bum wiggle when she knows where she's going shows us that we made the right choice in coming to Woody's. Thank you guys, you do amazing work!

Picked up our two pups this morning after their first weeklong stay at Woody’s and could not be happier! I can tell they had a great time playing and running around as they are absolutely tuckered out and haven’t moved from the couch since we’ve got home! The dogs were handed to me clean, tails wagging, and had been given a bath the day before and all of their bedding had been washed. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, the kennels clean (we were invited for a tour before dropping them off), great with replying to emails/ phone calls, and easy to book in with. I was nervous leaving them as this was our first time having the dogs in a kennel but the staff put our minds at ease and they came highly recommended from my husband's family. We could not have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be bringing the pups back for future trips :) Thanks again!

All I can say is our dog loves it here. I’ve been using Woodys kennels for a few yrs now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else…Excellent service !!

I'm very happy with the care they gave my boy Glenn. And was great to hear he was no bother. Never been away from my boy for 10 days before but I'll definitely be giving Woody's another go when I have a holiday booked again. Can't fault them!

We were really anxious leaving our precious fur babies for nearly two weeks. We visited several kennels and liked the feel of woodys immediately. We trialed a few days and they came back happy and well cared for so we booked them in for the longer duration. They came home happy, healthy and well cared for. Added bonus that they had a good wash and smelled amazing. Thank you, we will be back again and again.

Firstly thank you to Nicole and her lovely family for all the wonderful care with Milo. It was my first time using the kennels for Milo. But I can honestly say it was the best choice I have made. I did travel and it was so worth it!. The love, care and attention was perfect with updated photos and videos to let you know they are happy. Definitely would highly recommend xx

I was so worried leaving my 4yr old pooch who had never been in kennels before. I visited other kennels prior to seeing Woodys but Woodys was a clear winner. After over 2 weeks I collected my dog. He was healthy and happy. All my worries were abated. Thank you so much to all the team. Rudie will be back for a short visit in November xx

Excellent transport and assistance provided by Michael for my first ever dog! He drove from Sheffield to Canterbury, stopping off at two service stations so my dog could exercise and make some mess! The car used was very smart and comfortable.

I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this fantastic company. Expensive but SO well worth it. Thank you.

I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!

We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Excellent service and driver was very nice. Highly recommended for animal transport. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Good job thank you

Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. BIg animal lovers, BIG hearts and can't fault them. Thanks CFourPaws x

In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.

We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. We’re back home with Adeline safe and sound and are very grateful for having used the services of your company and David for the first leg of our trip.

An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset. There was fantastic communication the entire time during the booking process and our driver Clive was incredible! They made what was a very stressful move for me and my cats, a very easy time and I cannot thank Clive and the whole team enough.

My boy goes here daily. It's not only a doggy day care, but a home from home. The staff are so good, first aid trained and really good with all breeds. My dog has become so more social and better behaved since going here.

A true home from home for our dogs. Staff are amazing. Couldn’t wish for better.

Been taking our pup here for a couple of months now and he literally bolted in there and never looked back, even struggle to get him to come home he loves it that much there and certainly tires him out for the evening. Staff are amazing and literally treat every dog like they are their own! Was initially only meant to be for a few months to get him socialised but since he loves it there that much there we will probably keep it up!

What a superb place to take your dog! As an anxious dog owner of a rescue I was very worried to leave my dog in the care of someone else but A Dogs Life truly is fantastic. All the staff treat your dog as if it was one of their own! Our dog also has hip dysplacia and they give her regular rests and personalised care to meet her needs. I would highly recommend!

My husky puppy lycan, loves going. We were only going to send him twice a month, but we will send him once a week, he so social with dogs wen we take him out, staff are great. Highly recommend
