Did you know that amazing and perfection have 2 new synonyms? Yes, Erika Lynn and Manny are them! This was my first sit experience with zeewoi, and I was absolutely thrilled! My house was immaculate! I am embarrassed to say, I thought it was even cleaner than I left it! However, most importantly, their care for Phoebe was clearly evident!!! When I arrived home, I expected her to run to me with joy.... She didn't even care that I was home! It was like I never left, which was exactly what made the sit so perfect!!! I chose zeewoi to save Phoebe from the stress of boarding and travel, and I thought my only concern would be her anxiety over my being gone. Erika Lynn and Manny removed that worry ENTIRELY!! Phoebe is a dog who does not quickly or easily trust strangers and can be anxious in new situations. I was concerned how she would adjust to the transition of strangers in the house caring for her. Phoebe was so relaxed at my return! She was treated so well and so loved by them, that my absence was not noticed. Phoebe treated me as if I just returned from a quick trip to the store. No anxiety. No stress. They provided updates and stayed in touch. I would highly recommend them for any sit. zeewoi is blessed to have them as a part of this community. I am truly grateful for the love and care they gave to Phoebe and to my home!

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. My negative experience has lead me to give a one star. It began, with trying to enter the extremely tiny, and I mean tiny spa. No welcome with a smile for a new customer, instead the AC hose was dangling out the door, and I needed to somehow climb over the hose with a dog on a leash without damaging the hose. Once inside, still no smile & a hello. Just a yell from within. I left my pooch for her groom, and checked in on her a few hours later, still no smile, with an atmosphere of tension. I was simply told to come back. Upon pickup, my dogs paws were bleeding due to her nails cut shorter than normal 😢. No trim on her ears, and frankly it didn't look like her shag was completely shaved. They took my 100 bucks still no smile, and told me to text for her next appointment. There will not be a next appointment! Seems, the owner lacks Basic Customer Service Skills, and the Grooming was of poor standard for the amount charged.... Buyer Beware! Although the location is convenient to some, as per my recommendations. The lack of quality service supersedes convenience!!!
Sandy was very welcoming of our highly anxious Emma. Our dog Emma has been very scared when it came to grooming. Sandy listened to us and worked with Emma to give her a wonderful experience and successful grooming service. She was patient and understanding to our pups needs and she did a wonderful job. We are so glad to have found her and will definitely be back for continued appointments
Absolutely highly recommend. As I was bringing my fur baby in for a nail trim I received a call that my gram passed. I still took my pup in for his appointment, being in tears and the ladies were kind and understanding. Not to mention, the biggest compliment, they were great with my fur baby so he left happy!
Milo loves going to visit Sandy for his spa day, he always comes back happy, handsome and smelling great!
