Great stay! We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and I felt that Fallan came well prepared and asked all necessary questions. We received multiple pictures throughout the stay and always had great communication with both Fallan and La’ki. We had an instance in which it was reported that our dog kept barking at the window and we offered some instruction on how to get her to stop since this was not the norm and received quick feedback that the solution had worked and the stay continued without any other issues. Upon our return we found our home the same as when we left it, our plants looked great and our pets seemed calm and happy :) This was our first time trying this service and didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great first experience with Fallan and La’ki and would trust them again to watch our fur family.

Dianna was a great sitter for Poe and our home, once again. She keeps Poe busy by taking him to the park and walking on the trails in addition to his normal walks around the neighborhood. She sends updates and keeps us informed about how he is doing and what he is up to. Poe really loves Dianna and Roger and it is so nice to be confident that he is well taken care of when we are away. Dianna and Roger are our top choice whenever we need to leave Poe. We highly recommend them!

Paula and Kenneth were 5* from their application, video call, communication before and during the sit and most importantly, I arrived home to calm and happy dogs. They are thoughtful, conscientious and very caring. They are hosts and sitters and obviously understand both sides of the equation. I do not hesitate to recommend them! My flight ✈️ was delayed and was possibly going to be diverted. They offered to bring a vehicle if it had been diverted. Thankfully it was not, but they were kind and thoughtful, further demonstrating their commitment. Really good people!!

Ranji treated this sit like it was her job. I mean that in the best way possible. She was friendly, responsible, outgoing, adaptable, but also very very professional. We received pictures, updates, ands videos multiple times per week. She kept us abreast of mail that needed attention, or when supplies were getting low. The lawn was mowed as needed without any reminders. My house was cleaner when I returned than when I left it (and I CLEANED my house) and my cats looked healthy (and I think gained a little needed weight). Not only do I recommend Ranji strongly, I will absolutely be reaching out anytime I need a someone for future sits.

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Me and my husband decided to drive to Georgia for the weekend with our two labs. While fishing in our Airbnb our two labs decided to jumped in the lake…with that being said we wanted to take them to get groomed and taken care of. We were looking at places and I came across this lovely place. We called and prices were great! Affordable even. We took the drive over and was amazed with the Friendliness the staff gave. My dogs had bandannas on them which were soaked obviously but they took the time out of their day to wash them for us and put on new bandanas for them. I couldn’t be more thankful. Both of my pups came out great.
They need to bleach , clean the place up it's not like on their website. They need much better customer servies skills. I didn't like it at . They take to long to groom dogs. They need to get organized and update on things just a little.

I have a very high anxiety dog and I was very unsure of taking her to be groomed, but they did such a great job easing my nerves and took great care of my baby! They had her in and out ASAP and were very responsive to all of my questions. I will be taking her back again and would highly recommend this groomer!

We have struggled as our dogs are large, and though they love the water, do not like being in a bathtub. This place made it easy to drop off, and I know our dogs are big and energetic, but they had them beautiful, soft, and cleaned thoroughly. It is not a simple drop off and pick up and hour later, but I liked this because it gave me the freedom to run my errands. They did give me an approximate time, which helped. I was grateful for the great job they did on our dogs.
