Jacki and Aaron looked after my two cats for three weeks this summer and I would have no hesitation in having them back again. They bonded with my cats very quickly and in each photograph they sent me, I could see how happy and relaxed Ianto and Iolo were with them. This was our very first time using the service and we were absolutely blown away by Dian's approach from start to finish. Being a highly-rated and experienced cat-sitter, Dian reached out to us in less than a day and make the process much easier for us. Recognizing that we were new to the world of cat-sitting, she guided us through everything and even arrived early to help us out. We returned to find two happy cats, a spotlessly clean apartment stocked with fresh groceries and meals ahead of our arrival. Dian even put her own plans on standby to stay longer just in case we got delayed in returning home. She went above and beyond our expectations and we were absolutely delighted to hear that she enjoyed her time cat-sitting for us. Dian is a genuine cat lover. The feeling is mutual -the cats loved her instantly and she dedicated her time to lavishing attention on them. She found inventive ways to get both cats to participate in play even though one of the cats overshadowed his shy brother and wanted all of the attention. It was very reassuring to know the cats were in such good hands and she did everything possible to make them feel relaxed. Dian is very thoughtful and proactive always anticipating future needs. She selflessly shares her experience and expertise when it comes to cats, she observes each cat and knows how to keep them stimulated. Personally we learned so much from her about the best types of toys and games to use to keep each cat entertained and she sent us photos and videos regularly so we could see what our cats were doing in our absence. Clearly we missed the cats more than they missed us and that in itself is a testament to Dian's great way with cats. She prioritized the happiness and well-being of the cats even above her own plans and chose to maximize her time with them. Dian gave us a great recommendation for a lovely hiking route in our area, left us some thoughtful notes about other things the cats would enjoy and even left us a little gift to thank us for trusting her to look after our cats and our home. It goes without saying that Dian is 100% welcome to come back to us and we would wholeheartedly recommend her as the cat-sitter of choice.

We cannot recommend Arco and Marianne highly enough! From the moment we connected with them, we felt completely at ease leaving our pets and home in their care. They looked after our two cats and our Great Dane expertly and with genuine care.They are also an interesting and inspiring couple and we were fortunate to be able to spend a little bit of time with them before we left. They have many interesting stories to tell if lives well lived so far! Arco and Marianne kept in constant communication throughout their stay, sending us regular updates via WhatsApp. We loved receiving their photos of our pets enjoying their time together. It's clear they have a genuine affection for animals, and our cats and Great Dane didn't miss us at all. When we returned home, our house was in immaculate condition. They took exceptional and even left everything tidier than when we left! It was such a pleasant surprise to come back to a spotless home, and it showed how considerate and respectful they are. Arco and Marianne are reliable, responsible, and incredibly caring sitters. We feel so fortunate to have found such a great couple to look after our pets. Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away.
