Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!

If I could give them ten stars, I would! Kato and the team helped take care of my cat during many trips over a span of three years, and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best! From the start, the team has always had excellent communication, and really helped ease my mind. I had never used pet sitting services, so their thorough interview and information gathering process was eye opening as to the level of detail and care they put into each pet sitting job. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly pet lovers! Each visit was always accompanied by a detailed explanation of the visit - the good, the bad, and everything in between! I was never left wondering how my cat was doing or if she was okay, I knew the Bone-A-Fide Team would take care of her. Each visit also featured plenty of photos, I could make a whole album! I've always told anyone who would listen to try out their services. I moved out of their current service range, which was a tough choice to make. Staying close by so I could continue to enjoy their services was part of my moving considerations, and I'm sad to say goodbye to the wonderful Bone-A-Fide Team! We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. Kato, Laura, Marisa and Hillary are professional, quick to respond and caring. Communication is top notch and Hillary, who has been providing sleep over care for Lucy is beyond awesome. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

I am new to BoneAFide and a new cat person. They took wonderful care of Taco Cat while we were away! The daily update with pictures was perfect and Taco was happy as can be when we returned. Each of our pets (4 bunnies) was just as healthy and happy as we had left the. I really appreciate the care that was taken of our pets, our property, and the pet's areas. I recently used Best In Show Pet Sitting to watch our two kitties while my family was traveling for a week, and it was such a great experience. When your cats don't look excited to see you when you get home from vacation, then you know they like the Pet sitter! I have 2 older cats, 15 and 17, both on medication. Aroo takes a while to warm up to folks but he's gotten is really comfortable with Kevin, and Kevin respects his boundaries. My dog absolutely loves it here at paws at play. My baby was very nervous his first day and warmed right up by the time I came to pick him up. He is always so happy being greeted by the staff when we come in! Everyone is so nice and very welcoming. They send the cutest pictures in his report card every stay. Paws at Play of Wake Forest is an awesome daycare/boarding facility! My girl was very nervous her first few times attending daycare, but the kennel staff were so sweet and patient with her. I also received the cutest photos of her! I would board my baby here and feel at ease knowing she's under the best care and I look forward to my pups next visit!!

Our puppy absolutely LOVES going to Doggy Daycare and playing with all of her friends! Everyone is always so friendly and remembers Zoe every time we go. I love getting picture updates and having the peace of mind that my pup is not at home alone all day. :)

Paws at play wake forest took such good care of my one year old baby. This was his second time and he had a blast getting all the love from the staff and meeting his new doggie friends at day care! We made a last minute overnight stay reservation and the staff and receptionist were nothing short of amazing. They were very kind! The facility was clean and there are all sorts of additional add on services you can add to your package. My dog had a fantastic time and was well cared for. I will definitely use them again.

From answering questions via text and phone, keeping us updated with wonderful pictures of our pup while she was there for a week, and being so accommodating (especially as a first time client), we couldn’t have been happier. Started bringing my girl to Paws At Play about a month ago and I can’t remember our lives before starting! This is Maddie’s new favorite place. I have close friends who bring their pups here and they came highly recommended, and they have been exceptional since day 1. Maddie was super nervous the first day being in a new environment and all the staff members were SO kind and patient, offering her treats to encourage her until she finally gave in. We come twice a week now and now she bolts to the front door every time we get out of the car. I love all the pictures and updates they post, as well as the option to add extra fun activities or treats to their session. Finding someone you trust to care for your fur babies is so important. I’m so glad we have found such a great place where we know Maddie is safe and happy while we’re at work or away!

The first day we took our puppy for day school, she was scared and didn't want to go. Every day since then she's ecstatic when we pull up. The staff is friendly and helpful but the real test is whether the pupper likes it. She gave them a 10 out of 5. Super happy we found this wonderful place!

Our baby dog had an amazing time here! He came out to be more social and like a kid running all day tired and ready to bed. He attended for two days and the staff was Amazing! Lake Gaston Dog Boarding came highly recommended by a neighbor and on facebook. We had to leave town for a business trip. We have used another boarding kennel in the past. They were expensive and just OK also they would not let our dogs stay together. This was not the case with LGDB. They were terrific. We booked a double run and the dogs could stay together. Picked them up this morning our dogs were not real excited to see us. I think they really enjoyed their stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely use their services next time we have to leave our dogs behind. Thank you LGDB for taking such good care of our pets.

Our first time boarding EVER! We were so nervous and unsure about leaving the babies. My doodles REALLY loved Lake Gaston Dog Boarding! The staff was really great at communication, providing photos, and asked a lot of questions regarding their care! They made sure to help us (my entire family) feel safe and comfortable leaving our fur babies in their care. Definitely recommend and WILL use them again!

I loved how everything was set up to cater to ANY fur baby. The staff there were the best. We took two babies there for a weekend. They were looking happy an playing. No signs of trauma or abuse. An you know as a fur parent. You can just tell. My babies didn’t want to leave no matter how happy they were to see us. They will be going back. Very soon. I give them 100 stars.

A few years ago we boarded our dog here during an emergency. When we got her back she was obviously ready to go home but was in good shape/health. The employees were very nice and took her on relatively short notice. She's not friendly with other dogs and they said they would keep her segregated from the other dogs. Was impressed.

My baby Missie LOVES it here! By the third day, she would cry when leaving & in the mornings she can tell when shes going! She gets so excited!! When i drop her off, she jumps out and runs to them! I'm sad she doesn't say bye to me , LOL. By far the best place i know , my baby is safe and loved and meeting new dogs her size. The price!!! is awesome and helps so much! Best owners hands down! Josie did a fantastic job with dog sitting our two dogs! We got regular updates and she followed all the feeding and medicine instructions that we had for our senior dog. They got regular exercise and got to play with her pets too! We absolutely recommend and will be using these services in the future.

Triangle Pet Sitters did a great job in taking care of our 2 cats during a vacation. Melissa was friendly and professional during the meet and greet and my cats took to her right away. I received lots of pictures and it was evident that she spent time playing with them on top of taking care of all the food/water/litter essentials. Triangle Pet Sitters came to my home to stay with my boxer kid for a weekend. I was sent texts with pictures and videos of my boy. I’m pretty sure he loved his vacation as much as we did. Great communication and you can see the love for animals!

Our family has used Triangle Pet Sitters twice for overnight stays while we traveled. I feel comfortable leaving my pet knowing that they have years of experience especially with rescue beagles. I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!

During my travels, Melissa & Jason have taken great care of my dog many times over the years. They always treat my dog with lots of love and pampering. And they text me updates and videos on his activities & welfare. Most importantly they are dependable, reliable, and very caring.

Arbor regularly goes to doggy daycare at their house and also boards with them when we are out of town. I hired Jason Rios at the last minute to transport my dog. He went from Raleigh, NC, to Louisville, Kentucky, to DC all in 1 day! He's a former trucker, so he said he was used to this! He operated on short notice, understood the situation, and was most adaptable, easygoing, ready to go, and all the things. He listened to all the details, took care of my precious fur son, sent pictures along the way, gave me updated ETAs, and arrived at the exact moment. He unloaded and even set up some items for me as I had a broken leg. The price was reasonable, especially with all the baggage/things my dog had, including but not limited, to two 42-inch crates, a ramp, and multiple bags of items. My dog is a Labrador Retriever. I got quotes from about 20 different pet transports before contacting Jason. The other pet transports would only have given the private pet transport attention and carried all of my dog's items for an astronomical amount of money. Jason offered more and his price was reasonable. He even walked my dog when he got to my place after setting up his crates. He saw my broken leg and didn't hesitate. One extra thing. I forgot to give Jason Rios the exact address of the pickup location. I woke up in panic mode at 7 am, realizing I had forgotten to give him the address. I thought he might have stayed in Raleigh and did not drive because he didn't have the address. I realized that it would be reasonable that he didn't go without having the exact address. I texted him, and he said he was already on the road and still left at 1 am as he had planned and was a few hours away from Louisville! Jason said, even though he didn't know the address, he knew he had to be in Louisville by 11:30 am and would wait until I woke up in the morning to get the exact address! If I ever have to do another Pet Transport or something similar, I will reach out to him. Triangle Pet Sitters may not be a big and fancy company, but they are a great little company! I wish they were nearby; I would hire them for more work.

We have used All Breed Pet care several times for our cat. They have always gone above and beyond but this time was exceptional. We left our cat in the teams very capable hands for two weeks while we traveled to Antarctica. Needless to say any of our fears were addressed quickly. They come and interview you and your pet to understand the needs. Then every time they came there was a detailed message and many photos. All Breed has been a fantastic find for us after moving to Wake Forest last June. I have never used a pet sitting service before and am so happy that a neighbor recommended them to me. We have a cat who is getting advanced in years. He is extremely people oriented and always got depressed for lack of a better word when we went on vacation. Rather than take him to a kennel we have been using All Breed Care's services for the last few years. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. I never felt concerned when Jennifer was watching our cats. Ark Angels Pet Care is professional, caring, punctual, and I have absolutely zero complaints! Nancy, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and super responsive, as well!

I love Ark Angels Pet Care ! My sitter is so good with our pets ! She even spends extra time with our older dog who needs a little help getting up and down the stairs. She sends us pictures and text updates to let us know how they're all doing . And when we got delayed on our return she responded immediately to our request to add on visits. These folks are professional and our pets adore our sitter!

Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

A great service! I recently had Holly look over my four rats while I was out of town. Holly provided me with daily updates and was excellent at following the care instructions I provided. Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.
