This was out first house sit with Melanie. She came to visit prior to her stay, to meet the dogs and familiarise herself with the house. Melanie asked relevant questions about the dogs routine, feeding etc, so we left feeling very confident, the dogs and house were in safe hands. Although we were only away for one night, we were sent photographs of the dogs out walking on the beach and a message from Melanie reassuring us that everything was fine. When we returned home, the dogs were happy and well and the house was left incredibly clean. We hope Melanie and Robin will be available to house sit for us again. Thank you both.

Cat cuddles at the ready
Helen was amazing. So organised and with brilliant communication. One of our cats unexpectedly had an injury so he needed medication and a visit to the vets for a check up, Helen did this for us with out any issues and was informing us every day of how both cats were. Helen left the house in perfect condition to come home to and the cats looked happy and healthy! Would definitely love to have Helen sit for us again - highly recommend!

British couple pet-sitting and exploring the world!
I recommend Caroline and Barry without hesitation. We had a phone call before we met and talked through their experience and our expectations. I had no concerns from that point forward. They messaged shortly before arrival to check all was as planned and to arrange a time. We had dinner together and a long walk with Laz to check all was OK before we left the next day. Barry and Caroline are independent, resourceful and clearly capable people. The house was as clean as we left it, towels in the wash. I couldn't have asked for more. Barry responded quickly to any messages, asked how much contact we would like and sent some lovely reassuring photos and messages of them out with Laz. Laz was in great condition when we returned after a week away, coat shiny and obviously well exercised. The photos of their days out together were evidence of how much he was included in Barry and Caroline's stay and exploration of all that mid Cornwall has to offer. Laz is a great car traveller. You don't know he is there and he is happy to go for days out, especially if there is fuss and food in with it! They are friendly, sociable and easy company. I'm really glad that they applied for our sit. They endorse all that zeewoi hopes to provide and I would be very happy if they could return another time. For those lucky enough to have Barry and Caroline apply to sit, accept! You won't regret it....

Grace and Tim were the first house sitters that I’ve used. Luckily they live locally and so I was able to meet up with them before the sit. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job of looking after my dog and house. This is the 2nd time Stephe has sat for us. There is good communication beforehand and Gerry, our cat loves her. I have a lot of tropical plants in a conservatory and outdoor pots and she does a great job of looking after them all. The house was immaculate on our return. Highly recommend Stephe.

Thanks to Zeewoi for introducing us to the most wonderful family! Emily and Elliot are absolutely lovely, kind and communicative, and we couldn't have asked for a more suitable match for our home and Oggi. Nothing flummoxed them, and they were incredibly accommodating with our timings and house. Our baby boy clearly adored them and has welcomed them as part of the pack, and I hope they will be back for another sit if they'd like some more Oggi cuddles! They are also very experienced house and pet sitters and seem to not be phased by anything or any pet, so I think any home or pet owner could be absolutely confident leaving their homes in their care.

But this holiday was a family one when we celebrated my parents 60th wedding anniversary.. so it was important that I went. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!

If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Courtney is amazing. We have struggled for so long to find someone who can meet our ‘diva’ springer’s needs and Courtney has done this immediately. She is very caring, relaxed, flexible and took on board exactly what Meg needed instantly. Courtney is brilliant at communicating and extremely helpful when we have needed to change bookings due to work commitments. She has recommended new walks for us as a family to explore, all of which are suitable for our mad springer off the lead and very near our house. Meg needs to be run off the lead and have lots of exercise - Courtney is absolutely able to offer this. Courtney recently looked after our dog and cat whilst we were away. She's also been giving our older dog some lessons. She is patient, clearly thinking about his individual needs whilst also being willing to engage in useful discussions with me, so I can also be trained to work better with him! A very good job all around and I would highly recommend.

Just wanted to add to Courtney’s unanimous 5 star reviews..! We moved to the area earlier this year and feel extremely lucky to have found Pups & Paws. Courtney is hard working, reliable, flexible with our erratic shifts, and very prompt with communication. Most of all, our dog Ajax absolutely adores her! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for dog care in the area.
Courtney is just the best! My 6 year old Labrador had only been In Kennels once and hated it as a much younger dog. I have recently moved to the area and had to find somebody to help me with my dog. Courtney has been absolutely fantastic, taking time with her and gaining her trust. I cannot recommend Courtney more highly and she genuinely puts the dog first.

Courtney is just fantastic! Working shifts and keeping a puppy means we need a bit of extra help during the middle of the day - Courtney visits to feed and play with him. She has been doing a great job and I would highly recommend her to anyone with a puppy!

A brilliant cattery and definitely a place I will be using again. We were nervous to leave our cat but Dorwell were so kind and understanding. They really do understand cats and take time to get to know them. They were happy for occasional phone calls and even sent photographs, which certainly put our minds at ease. The space was great for our cat and they had a variety of different options, all were clean and to an excellent standard. I 100% recommend Dorwell Cattery. Thank you.
Would definitely recommend this cattery, staff are always friendly and accommodating for the specific needs of your cat. Being a crazy cat owner who hates leaving them, I felt reassured that he would be well looked after. The facilities are clean and very comfortable for cats. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing! I've left my cat Chicco here a few times now, the staff are all lovely, the accommodation is immaculate, and Chicco was always happy to be there and very content on drop off and collection. I definitely recommend :)

Used to be an excellent cattery, however since the change in ownership standards have dropped and their more interested in relieving you of your money, I arrived 15 minutes late to collect my cat and was charged for a full day no allowance for the fact that collection used to be 11am but changed to 10 am, I'm sure this is in their terms and conditions but was never mentioned to me
So Disappointed. We have been using Dorwell Cattery for about twelve years now. We have always been happy with their service. We have fussy Siamese cats so we nearly always supply all their food and also their cat litter, never have we asked for a discount because of this. Last October we had our cats booked in for three nights but because of covid we had to cancel our trip and collected our cats after one night, we didn’t ask nor would we expect a refund, bear this in mind. This year our cats were booked in for just over a fortnight for the fee of £510, I’m not quibbling about that, that’s the price and I’m happy to pay, it’s just for context. We returned home late Sunday night after travelling for 29 hours and were very jet lagged. We arrived at 10.25 am, 25 minutes”late.” We were told there would be a fee of £30 as we were 25 minute late to pick up the cats. We questioned this and were told by the very nice young lady she would mention it to the owner. A few days later we had a call from the owner informing us that we would have to pay because “ those were the rules” and she was intransigent in this. She stated she would put the charge on our account which is now a mute point as we will no longer be using Dorwell Cattery. I’m saddened that a small family run business can treat their loyal customers with such disdain and in such a mercenary way.

Beach Buddies have been looking after our dog, Bruce, for over 5 years and the fact he gets beyond excited as we turn into their road speaks volumes. It truly is home from home and the love and attention he receives is outstanding. Our dog is family and finding the right care is so important. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Booked our 2 dogs, toyah (Yorkshire terrier) and monty (labradoodle) in for the day. 01/07/21 found clare to be very knowledgeable, caring and very helpful. If your on holiday and need someone to look after your dogs, I highly recommend beach buddies.
Disgusting behaviour of waiting till dog owners have flown out the country to then say they are kicking dog out...... Withholding money leaving owners in a very distressed state. Deletes reviews on page and any negative feedback which misleads people into be leaving they offer a 5* service. Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour from a business Have edited this as cannot respond to your reply.... I think you should take this up with the dog owner rather than assume I am the owner (which I'm not) ... The reason you state on here is not the reason they were given, this review is based on the way they have been treated and not given time to find alternative accommodation for him. And you do delete posts from your page as they have been removed and people blocked. There are always problems in business but the way they are delt with effects your reputation, maybe this should have been considered rather than leaving a family distressed 100's of miles away in another country the day after they fly out!
Our boy had a blast, and we felt very happy that he'd been looked after by people who really care about the dogs.
