We were fortunate enough to be able to schedule Josh for a second time to house sit and take care of our pet. As before, Josh was super attentive and responsive. He coordinated with us regularly, and sent pictures of Gilbert nearly daily. When we returned, the house was clean, all the sheets and towels had been taken care of, and Gilbert was healthy and happy. We can't recommend Josh highly enough - if you need a house sitter you should pick Josh if you can. You'll be able to travel with peace of mind, knowing that your home and your pets are in super-capable hands.

This was my first zeewoi experience and I was so happy with Julie. She was amazing with my two senior dachshunds and my multitude of plants. She even came in a day early so I could familiarize her with my house and my pets. My house was spotless when she left and all of my linens and towels cleaned. I couldn’t be happier. Christina, Traylor and their family were great. Flynn, our dog, was not feeling well the first day and wasn't eating his food, so they spent a lot of time trying to help him, really giving the extra attention he needed. I loved receiving pictures and videos and enjoyed watching the kids play with him outside. We came home to a super clean house with sheets and towels either put back on the bed or in the wash. We would definitely recommend Christina and Traylor!

Actually Janice sat for us and I have only positive things to say. This was a rather long sit for her and a bit of a distance from her home but she took it all in stride - even the terrible weather during her sit. My beloved dog was clearly well cared for and mail, plants and house were all in perfect order upon our return. Janice communicated with us enough that we were confident all was well. The one or two questions that came up were easy to resolve from a distance and as I recall things I probably should have mentioned before leaving. We would welcome her back any time.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Sharon was a fantastic sitter for our week away! She left the house as tidy and clean as we left it, including changing the sheets for our arrival. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats. They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. I’m so thankful for finding Awesome Bed and Biscuits! I am new to the area and went to my local Facebook group in help finding someone to board our big dogs. Several people recommended Awesome Bed & Biscuit! I was flying out of state for my mom’s funeral so I was concerned with finding a reasonably priced facility with such short notice. Then I spoke to Vickie on the phone I was immediately impressed. After dropping the dogs off she followed up with pictures to show they were adjusting well! And when we picked them up, I mentioned how I struggled walking my shepherd on the leash and she gifted me a new slip leash to help with leash manners! Awesome Bed and Biscuits is this a safe, loving home away from home ❤️

Rufio, aka Wulfie, loves Vicky and Mark. He always has a good time whenever he stays. The rooms are always clean, linen is fresh, and food is plentiful. The play area is large with lots of room to run or roam. Wulfie gets lots of attention, too. Awesome Bed and Bisquit is terrific.

We absolutely love Vickie and Mark!!! They always take such good care of our two dogs and are so good about sending us updates when we are on extended vacations. It makes me feel so much better about having to board them, knowing they are so well loved and taken care of. They also are so accommodating when we have changes of plans and work with us on getting our reservations updated. All around an AMAZING experience!! I'm so happy we found them to care for our fur babies.
Vickie & Mark are both awesome! They're always very attentive to my dogs & myself. They even help in loading/unloading my boys & their supplies for every stay. The big fenced play area is a huge plus. Vickie's extensive breed & training knowledge is very helpful as well! I have one dog that is more than a handful, but Vickie & Mark still welcome him with open arms. Thankfully, my dogs love staying at Awesome Bed & Biscuit which helps give me peace anytime I have to leave them. I highly recommend Awesome Bed & Biscuit.
My dog Dexter is a regular visitor at Awesome Bed & Biscuit. He is treated like he is Vicki and Mark's own, has play pals that he is excited to see, and is regularly let out in a fenced shady yard to be a dog. Vicki asked for him to come and visit before his first overnight stay, and it was the best advice. When we went back for his first actual stay, he was not in the least bit stressed. Now he gets excited when I get his bag out for another overnight stay. When we get there he runs off to see his friends, doesn't even look back at me...lol. She keeps me updated on his "vacation" and I never have to worry about whether or not he is being loved and looked after. I highly recommend Awesome Bed & Biscuit.
