Kevin had excellent communication starting when we met on a video call. He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Kevin was super responsive during the sit and never left us wondering how the pets were. His frequent pictures were much appreciated! Our shy older cat took very little time to warm up to him and we also returned to a happy and content dog! All is well at the house, and we are grateful for a great sit!

Cindy and Frank left my home in excellent shape--very clean. You wouldn't even know that they were there. Suki seemed well-fed, and from the 3 or 4 images sent, she got out into the neighborhood, which is what I wanted! I didn't have much interaction with them before I left, other than 15-20 minutes for the handover, but they seem extremely organized and self-sufficient and nice. Very reliable, indeed.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her.
