I highly recommend Karma Dior for pet sitting and boarding. We needed to put our super shy King Charles Spaniel somewhere while we visited Syracuse University. Erika - owner of Karma Dior - was so accommodating and kind to our sweet girl. She knew how nervous we were so shared pictures and let us know how she was the whole time she was in her care. I cannot say enough good things about her and how she runs her business!

I was from out of town and needed last minute day care for my two Golden Doodles. Karma Dior came to the rescue! They couldn’t have been in better hands. Dogs had a blast.

We have 2 puppies, a pit bull terrier and a standard poodle. We were looking for boarding since we had a sudden trip to make and we couldn’t bring them with us. We found Karma Dior 2 days before the trip, and the process was very smooth. We were able to drop them off and leave with a peace of mind. The environment was such a dog haven that within minutes of first meeting, our puppies felt at home. Erika, the owner demonstrated her expertise with pets. As dog parents, my wife and I had a great trip because we both know our puppies are in great love and care. We couldn’t ask for more. She provided more than enough updates along with plenty of pictures and videos. For those dog parents out there that needs boarding, I highly recommend Karma Dior. A home away from home for pets.

We rescued a semi feral cat from the street. KARMA DIOR was my go-to. Her patience on the phone (I am hard of hearing) was appreciated. Her patience with my new friend was amazing!! Oh and he looks great too!!

Erika, the owner, was very acommodating in our last minute boarding needs for a long weekend. We had never boarded our dog before. She assured us with lots of pictures, and videos showing him having a great time and making friends with other dogs. I recommend Karma Dior for pet boarding anytime. I was pleased to know there was plenty of outside time to play, and my dog seemed very happy there.

We were looking for care for our needy, shy and sheepish Pitty. My husband and I were extremely impressed by Erica’s online presence, so we went and checked her out. And when I tell you it’s a no brainer—I mean it. We did several daycare days before boarding our pup for 2 nights, and I cannot tell you how good we felt leaving her at Karma Dior. What you’re getting is small scale, knowledgeable, caring and home-like environment for your pet. What you’re not getting is being upsold in a sterile, 1 of 100 dogs type daycare. We will definitely continue to utilize Karma Dior for our big baby.

Howl was very happy after being groomed by Erika of Karma Dior! He had such great energy and excitement. Erika has a great holistic approach and worked with your dog to make them comfortable with the grooming process. Howl responded well to the approach. Pricing was very reasonable for the services. This was the first time that me and my dog uno Young lady and I must say she did a Marvelous job an amazing job And I'm, let's say she's wonderful with animals. The first time that my dog met her. He loved to immediately please take your pets. To go see her, she's wonderful. You will love her services and she's a great person My dog went from this to this. This girl is the real deal. Brought my HYPER Westie for a groom. What a great experience! I was nervous, as this was only his second time being groomed, and like I said, HYPER! Well, a couple hours later I was BLOWN AWAY with how GREAT he looked, smelled, and SMILED. He tells me he had a GREAT experience, and is demanding to be considered a " regular". This girl runs a small, over run facility. Seems her biggest concern is the animals. She could use all the help she can get... Get to know Karma Dior, you will be VERY happy!

I have been coming here for 20 years with 3 different dogs during that time. I love seeing the pictures of the dogs on the Facebook page. The staff is friendly and always share something that happened during their play time that makes me smile.

Awesome place! The dogs have a great time playing all day and come home tired. The staff loves the dogs and the dogs know it. They also had the patience to work with our rescue dog Libby, so she's happy and fun and calm, even though she was anxious being away from home at the beginning.

Hand's down the best place in my opinion for day camp, boarding,for any kind of dog. My dog's have been going there for over 3 year's. The owner's and staff are a huge part of what makes it so special to my family and my fur children.

I love the fact I can take my dog here to an actual dog washing area . They provide shampoo, conditioner, ear wash, towels and the doggy dryer. The price is very reasonable to use this facility. I can leave the entire mess there and come home with a clean dog. Staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

We choose this spot for daycare as well as boarding when we're heading on a trip that the dog cannot come on. The staff is fantastic and remember every dog, it seems. Great service. We can't say enough great things about boarding our dogs at Wags. The staff is always so friendly.and helpful. Our dogs are so excited to see their friends again and start wagging their tails and getting excited form the second they see the building. Whenever we call to check on them, they are happy to give us an update. From the very first time we boarded there, it was clear by the phone calls that they spent a lot of time with our dogs as they described their personalities and quirks quite well. We have boarded there several times. The dogs are always happy and healthy when we pick them up. It has become more like bringing them to spend time with trusted family members. We will never board anywhere else. Give them a chance and you will feel the same way.

Our two Chihuahuas stayed here this past week when we went on an extended trip and we are super happy that we chose Wags! The staff are super friendly and made me feel at ease that our doggies would be taken care of. We picked up the dogs and they look like they were at their second home! We will use them for all of our trips in the future.

We can leave our poodle at Wags and feel comfortable that he will be well taken care of!

Wags is the best! Our dog is a handful and a half. Truthfully we don't trust him to behave if left with friends or family. Wags is our go to! The professional and knowledgable staff give us confidence that our dog is being well taken care of. He loves the place so much, it is difficult get him to leave. If you want peace of mind when leaving your fur babies for a weekend or longer, this is the place to go!

Would highly recommend Wags! Our dogs stayed here for the first extended trip recently and seemed to really enjoy it. We checked on them often and were vary happy with how they took care of our little guys.

We were nervous to bring our yorkie to a kennel at all, but Wags was absolutely wonderful. Our dog had been attacked a few months prior when we had taken her on a walk, so we were nervous to leave her anywhere but with us. When we told the owner our concerns, they were so patient with us and let us watch her for a bit with the other dogs. They also let us call any time to check up on her, and they posted pictures on their facebook page. The facilities are clean, and the care taken was to a high level. It's a great family business where you can tell they love what they do and treat each dog as their own.

Great place for a pet vacation. Left our two dogs for a weekend and they loved it. The staff was professional and attentive to each of them. Definitely recommend Wags services to any dog owner!

Just had to Board my two baby girls for the first time. They were rescued a few years ago and I have always been nervous about this day. Just want to thank everyone at Wags, not only do they have great facilities, and an attentive staff but they really took the time to ask questions and understand the needs of the dogs, ohh and I called them an hour and a half before they closed on a Sunday, needed them there till next Sunday and, No problem!! Thank you guys!

Terrible experience. Over $250 vet bill from our dog being dehydration and severe urinary track infection. Symptoms as soon as we got home from picking her up after 5 days of boarding. She has always been very healthy. Wags notified. Not concerned. Beware.

Paws First is simply the best! They have taken such great care of our dog Gus. Gus loves going to daycare two times each week. He has also boarded with them when we were away. I cannot say enough good things about them. They care so much about the dogs they care for. You receive daily updates after daycare with pictures detailing what the dogs did that day which we absolutely love! It truly feels like family are taking care of your fur babies. The Paws First team is amazing!!! If you're looking for a individualized training, dog psychology guidance and care for your pooch, look no further. We have 4 dogs (they all have disabilities), so being able to put behaviors in to context of the pack as well as the individual dog has been a life changing (worked with 5 other trainers before this). We have seen significant improvements and happier puppies with personalizing their training and doing it in multiple environments: home, stores, parks etc. Being able to share videos and questions to get feedback and guidance from their team has given us more confidence as owners. Their knowledge-base is extensive/flexible and willingness to listen to create a plan with your goals for your dog makes them exceptional at what they do.

We have been using Paws First for over a year now. They are wonderful to work with and excellent and responsive with their communication. Nicole and her team have a great blend of trying to help train our dog while also understanding our time commitment availability. Thank you for being flexible and working with us! Nicole is a wonderful person. She is very knowledgeable and has a true gift when it comes to training myself and my dog! I have enjoyed the time we spent and feel supported in the training with my dog. My dog Cocoa Puff is doing much better with Nicole's guidance!! Highly recommend Nicole.

Is it possible to choose more than 5 stars? Nicole came into our lives exactly when she was supposed to, and changed all of us for the better! I can’t tell you how many people have said that our Coby is a different dog since working with Nicole! When we met, we thought for sure she would judge, and she never did. She met us where we were in our level of training and modeled, advised, and coached us. She supported us and loved and taught Coby like he was her own dog. The time he spent boarding with her was also a game changer for him and us. We are eternally grateful and can’t say enough positive things about Nicole, her talent, her work ethic, and her integrity.

Nicole is so amazing with my puppy Louie! She has gone above and beyond my expectations of a trainer! Louie started off with private lessons and every week he learned so much. After every lesson we were given multiple guides that really helped me understand the whys and how’s of training. After the private lessons we joined one of her group classes. The group class was extremely well structured and I will definitely be signing him up again! Louie’s favorite is Nicole’s day trains! Nicole picks him up right from my work and takes him to multiple different locations. Louie would honestly leave me in a heartbeat for Nicole he LOVES her so much! I could not recommend her services enough!

Nicole is absolutely amazing! My rescue that has had issues with meeting people and being in public settings has been a completely different dog and is feeling so much more confident. While it is a work in progress, she is so happy to see and go with Nicole for every training session.

We started using Paws First Pet Service when my dog was around 16 weeks old. She is now 2.5 years old and we still use her services! We’ve utilized puppy courses, group classes, day trains, boarding, daycare and probably more - worth every penny. Investing in your dog by using this service is the best decision you’ll ever make! As a busy professional I don’t leave many reviews, because my time is limited and valuable. However on occasion for exceptional people and services I do. Nicole with Paws First is one of these… I was given her contact information from a friend in September 2019 after driving to Iowa for a 5 month old puppy, his name is Hank. I am very OCD about who comes into my home especially when I am not present, and even more so when it comes to caring for my dog. Hank is very loved by my family, he is not just a pet but an investment of myself and resources for my future. It was of high importance to find someone whom would love and care for him the same. I tried doggy day care where Hank was just another dog and number. Sure he had fun, but I noticed Hank was picking up bad habits I would then have to break. I also tried the ROVER app with a previous dog, and encountered a variety of different issues. Finding Nicole reduced a lot of anxiety in my life. Nicole offers a professional, affordable pet care service, and one I have been able to count on. She has an impeccable character, is responsible, reliable and trustworthy. I found comfort immediately after meeting her. She has always followed my directions perfectly, and sent follow up emails with photos after every visit. Until the Covid Crisis I hired Nicole 4 - 5 days a week since October 2019. I recently sent my Hank away for professional dog training where he will be for the next four months. Upon his return I will depend on Nicole’s pet care services again. Anyone who’s looking for someone to comfortably allow into your home and care for your treasured pets, Nicole of Paws First is just that.

We reached out to Nicole after hearing and reading amazing reviews from others, and we have been extremely pleased! Our puppy is easily excitable and needed a lot of leash training, and the one-on-one sessions with Nicole have helped us gain confidence in training our puppy. It’s obvious that Nicole deeply cares for each dog she trains, but she also has a vested interest in working with and training us as owners to ensure we have all the tools to build a better relationship with our pets. I never thought my dog would be able to do some of the things she does now (not pulling while on walks, sitting on command, holding a down position, etc.), so I am so grateful to Nicole for enhancing our lives!!

My boys Archie and Levi have been coming here for over a year now and I have to say, this place is phenomenal. We were very weary about ever putting our dogs in daycare/boarding until we heard about Shear Magic and how they treat the dogs. We decided to give them a shot and I am so happy we did. They are super accommodating, have been there through thick and thin for my boys, and offered so much advice to this first time dog mom. My boys would not be how they are today without Shear Magic's help and I am so grateful for that! They get so excited when they know it's a daycare day, they love Shear Magic too! I also have them groomed every 2 or so months and they always come back with the softest and fluffiest coats. Bonus that they can get groomed and go to daycare at the same time, so no waiting in a kennel! Ps. Had to include some of my favorite pictures from Shear Magic ❤️

I want to preface by saying every time we have been here the staff has been great. However, it is impossible to reach anyone for scheduling. Every time I call no one answers the phone, and despite both myself and my s/o leaving voicemails, no one returns our calls. The service is great in person, but the communication with scheduling is lacking. We will be having our dog groomed elsewhere from now on because it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone and our dog is long overdue for grooming services.

We have been clients for a long time going back to the canine clubhouse days. We call for grooming, anything really, and it’s always an empty promise of a return call or a full voicemail box. It’s a nice facility and the groomers did well by us but the management of the facility is unfortunate.

Everyone here is so kind and caring. We do doggy daycare and have boarded our pup with them numerous times. It's a beautiful thing to leave your dog and know that they'll be safe, happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

My pup contracted a virus while under their care. Unsanitary conditions and too many dogs at the same time to care for. Very disappointing.

My dog has been going to Shear Magic to be groomed for the past 3 years, since we got him as a puppy. I realized I didn’t receive a confirmation email the day before his appointment so I called to confirm that he had one, and was informed that the woman that normally grooms him left to work somewhere else and that they were sorry they didn’t call to inform me. Then I was told that the other groomers were all booked up and there wasn’t any room to fit my dog in at any time and told me I should take him somewhere else. This was very disappointing as I’ve been a customer there for 3 years and this was how I was treated.

Shear Magic did an AMAZING job on Mace's tough German Shepherd coat. Price was very reasonable on the deluxe package, which includes nails, ears, pads, etc.

I understand that the groomer my dog went to isn't working there anymore. But it's very unprofessional to tell me that information when my appointment is two weeks out. I've been having scheduling problems here and the one time I book out 3 months I can't even take my dog. No hate they do a great job grooming just terrible scheduling.

Horrible! First time there and never again! The girl that was to groom our puppy left, and no one called and canceled or changed our appointment. Got there, and I was told I wasn't written down. I had a confirmation from them on my phone. I stood in the cold for 15 minutes and insisted I had no appointment. How would I know the girl's name was Lauren! They said they could not accommodate me, and if I gave them my name and number, they would write me down for when they had room in their schedules. I waited for a month for that appointment and took time off to bring her there. Never a phone call back from them either! Thanks for ruining someone's business purple hair!
