I cannot recommend this business enough. The owner Raquel is incredibly caring and kind, and treats your dog with the utmost care, compassion, and understanding. She runs it out of her very clean home, and was super helpful to us when we needed someone to watch our Cattle Dog after our regular boarding place cancelled on us (her daily price is wayyy better too). She has three adorable little pugs to keep your dog company while you’re away. Give her a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Bubba Dog Spa is the best place for your furries babies. Since I met Raquel, I cannot trust anyone for Frida's care. Raquel is amazing, always let me know how Frida's doing, take her to her walks and send me pics of her playing and relaxing with her. I recommend this place with my eyes close. I'm so thankful to have Raquel in my life since now I can travel knowing my dog is in very good hands.

Bubba Dog Spa was really helpful for me and my family. During a period of time we were unable to take of our dog, the Spa was a safe haven for our dog and lifted a burden off our shoulders. Overall we are very grateful for Raquel.

My puppy Sienna stayed with Rachel twice now. The first time for a weekend and the second time for three weeks. Rachel was so attentive to Sienna, and she sent me updates daily of her. I will definitely leave my sweet Sienna with Rachel again for future trips. ♥️♥️

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She took great care of my Guinea pig for a few days while I was out of town! Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. Our dog loves this place! We have been going for over a month now, and our dog has learned daycare days. He gets excited in the morning to go, and grabs his leash. The owners are fantastic, great genuine people, treat them like their own.

Amazing place and staff. The owners and the staff truly love what they do and 100% care about the dogs. I've worked at a few daycares and no other daycare has cared about the safety of the dogs and is as strict about what dogs are let in. It really is all about the dogs and not the money with this couple. That's rare. I would trust them with my dogs 100%.

LPC boarded my dog (and she had never been boarded and is 6 years old) with love, great care, and kept me apprised of her well-being while I was overseas for 7 days. It is the first time that I have ever felt 100% at ease while boarding a dog. The owners and their staff are top notch at what they do (taking care of dogs) and the facility is 5-star. My dog was with the "medium sized, lower key, dogs" which was a perfect fit for her. My dog did need some extra "love and attention" and LPC owners made sure she got it! LPC is the BEST dog boarding facility I have ever used.

Love this place and love the owners. My dog enjoys his daycare experience there very much. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The dogs get lots of room to run around and be silly.

My mini Aussie loves playing at LPC! Theresa and Charles love their daycare dogs and give them a great workout each day. They even give them a rinse after a hard day of playing outside.

Our chocolate lab loves staying here. Always comes back happy and tired. We've used them for years now and it's always been a great experience!

I had such a wonderful time visiting and exploring this Pet Shop. So much thought behind every product on the shelves and you can feel the love Toni (The owner) has for her profession. I also learned that Toni won an award for Best Dog Groomer 23', which is quite impressive to have in our county. Wonderful shop to support locally! Might I add, fair pricing?

Rain and Shine has been a wonderful addition to local businesses here in Shelton. They have a great selection of goodies for animals. I come in here every other week for dog food and usually end up buying a few treats for the doggos. They are always friendly and happy to see customers come in! Thank you for the great service.

Todd and Christie are such wonderful people. They have been a blessing to me and my baby blue pup for a few years now. Todd has been super awesome to work with. My dog is always so much more happier to have a visit when I'm busy working bringing home the kibbles. I highly recommend these guys.

For 10 months, Todd and Christy of Rain or Shine Pet Care walked my mom’s dog. My mom has memory issues and is in assisted living and could no longer walk her dog, so they took over - four times a day, every day, holidays and weekends, rain or shine. They NEVER missed. And the kindness and compassion they showed my mom was extraordinary. Frosty loved going for his walks, and would be so excited to see Todd. They are simply the best; if I could give them 12 stars I would.

Took care of my cat while I was on vacation, I got daily pictures/videos. They were highly responsive to any questions or concerns, I felt like my cat was very well taken care of during my absence. Would recommend if you need a sitter in the area!

I used them last year and they made my little doggy so comfortable while I was of town for a week for my nieces funeral. They are family oriented and kids are just as involved. Nice family! I would definitely recommend them again.

Fuzzy and Free is intentionally small to provide each pup the attention they deserve, which is exactly what I was looking for! Julie was very responsive and friendly, and my boy was comfortable immediately. She makes scheduling a breeze and provides regular updates. My boy always comes home happy and tired. Thank you Julie!

I can’t recommend Fuzzy and Free enough! Julie takes great care of my pets and I never feel worried about them because I know they are getting all the love and attention they need. The grounds are especially nice for dogs to run around and it’s a major bonus that they are allowed inside as well. There’s nothing worse than leaving your dog at a kennel to be locked up in a small scary room at night! Take your pets to Fuzzy and Free! You won’t be disappointed!

My dog loves coming here and playing all day. The owner keeps the pack small and they have full run of her big property. She texts updates whenever you want them and her whole family are just really nice dog loving people. I wish every dog could get such pampering.

Rainier is amazing! The staff does such a great job at caring for our pup and bringing us peace of mind knowing he is having a blast while we’re gone. We love receiving pics of our dog playing in their amazing turf arenas. They are so creative at creating fun games for all the dogs, and it’s awesome to see our pup participating and having fun. Our pup struggles with reactivity but the staff handles him so well, even when he is on medications or new foods, they make sure he is well cared for! We can’t thank the amazing staff ant Rainier enough!

Our boy Blue lives his best life at Rainier Dog Resort. There is such personal attention, love and creativity in the way they play with him, sending us same-day photos of his fun, and a huge amount of variety in environment textures and play. The activities available to these dogs read like summer camp. They can do fetch, water play, ball pit, trampoline, free time with your friends, pupsicle snack, leashed meadow walks to visit cows, frisbee time, treat puzzles, cooling elevated dog beds, pretend play on several climbable themed structures like a jeep or pirate ship, there's outdoor time, indoor covered/shaded playtime. When there's a holiday, the dogs are included in the celebration. Blue gets Star Wars pictures of May the 4th, a quesadilla snack for Cinco De Mayo, paw print cards for Mother's Day. Such a joyful place where I know our dog is happily surprised, mentally stimulated, and loves to come back to. This place is silly, it's safe, and the staff's communication with us has been A+.

Took my 2 pups there for a free trial. I loved how they sent pictures and were very open to communicate. My dogs seemed to have so much fun. I loved this place because they have a huge indoor space and outdoor space as well. The other plus was it wasn't over crowed. Some places I have gone had 50 to 60 dogs with not many people watching over them. Look forward to having a safe fun place to have them stay when we go out of town.

We bring our Piper here for boarding. We drive an hour each way just to have her here because we know she is safe, comfortable, and actually being taken care of. Everyone is so friendly and she absolutely loves coming. They are great with communication, have always been so gracious with schedule changes, and we love getting the pictures of all the fun activities she gets to do while she is here! They really do go above and beyond!

We’ve boarded our dog here several times and will continue to. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. They have lots of great options for boarding packages, an app they use to load pics of your pup, they are great about making sure healthy friendly dogs are being boarded. We always opt for a daily frozen Kong and a bath and nail trim upon departure. Our dog loves it here and we feel totally happy and confident leaving our dog here while we’re away.

MaryEllen's Creekside Critter Care (CCC) has been boarding our dogs for the last 7 years. Our older super-mutt, Gus, always knows where he is when we pull into her driveway. He truly enjoys his time there. We had a little Yorkie who initially manifested separation anxiety when we would leave her behind, but MaryEllen's special focus on making each client's dog be comfortable, won her over. Annabelle enjoyed being bossy and ruling the court at Creekside. We've got two new Yorkies now and the three dogs were in CCC's care for a week recently. The pictures and videos MaryEllen sent, showed how happily our dogs played with the other dogs at CCC. We highly recommend Creekside Critter Care.

We have a 17+ yr old cat with a number of health issues. We were very reluctant to leave her with anyone since our move to Seattle 2yrs ago. We felt very comfortable with Joe and Maryellen when we met with them for a meet and greet. Joe has been cat sitting for us for about 6 months now. Tubby has totally become friends with Joe. It took awhile because she’s very shy. But Joe’s persistence paid off and now she’s the ‘boss’. We love it. Joe is always contactable via texts. He sends us updates and pictures. I have changed feeding instructions numerous times and he’s been so very patient with us and Tubby. We love Joe. Most importantly Tubby does. We highly recommend his services.

I can’t say enough good things about Maryellen & Ann. We brought a very frightened little 7 month old cattle dog into our family from a rescue. They both have worked with her from almost day one. The patience, expertise & kindness went a long way. She warmed up to them right away even though she was afraid of mostly everything! She comes home tired from a day of playing yet they are careful she’s not overly stimulated. Cattle dogs don’t have a “off” button & need to coaxed to take a time out😅. I also appreciate the boost in confidence I get. Never having had a rescue pup before I am so appreciative of all the tips that help to bring the best out in our girl Marley. I go to work & know she’s well taken care of & having a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending them & know you will be pleased with their services.

Creekside Critter Care is the best pet care team I've used. My dog is not easy - she is very skeptical of strangers and new people but she took to Ann straightaway. Even though she is very uncertain when I am away, the Critter Care team knew just how to make her feel secure. Now Ann is her favorite person and so excited to see her! We have been working with CJ for over two years with our Bernese Mountain Dog (100 lbs). We have consistently had a fantastic experience and CJ makes traveling in and out of SEATAC very seamless. He is great at communicating updates with daily videos and always has pick up and drop off details nailed down. Most importantly, our dog looks forward to his time here as he spends the weekend playing with the other pups all day, with CJ supervising for safety. He takes great care of our boy!

CJ has taken care of dogs for our family for many years, since December 2019. He is professional and considerate in his planning whether boarding our dog at his home or crafting a regular weekday walk schedule. Our first dog, Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge in summer 2023. He now walks our new puppy who is happy to see him every time he comes to take him for a walk. Leo gets so excited to see him and he provides us with updates via text. We highly recommend him if you’re in the market for a dog walker or sitter.

CJ has been taking care of our furry trio for years now and they love going there. Whenever we make it to his driveway, they seemingly forget that we exist and sprint to his backyard. Being able to drop our dogs off with someone who is professional and capable has been a blessing. Also being able to park our car and shuttle to the airport has made going on trips easier for us. One underrated perk of letting our dogs stay with CJ is that he posts daily videos on IG/Youtube so we're able to see our dogs while we're out of town! 10/10 would recommend!

I've been taking my puppers to Fur Babies since I moved up to this area (4 years now). I trust him implicitly with our fur baby and also consider him a good friend now. I can't tell you how easy it makes traveling for us, reducing any worry that can come from dropping your dog off with a kennel or someone you don't fully know. Our dogs have always had a great time, and I know that because he also takes time to send us hilarious videos (nearly daily) of our dogs having grand old times playing with his own dogs or some of the other pups he may be watching at the time. I've already recommend his services to my good friends and coworkers and they've all had great experiences as well. Can't recommend enough!

I love South Seattle Fur Babies! CJ is wonderful with our Great Dane, Petie. She is so excited every time CJ comes to take her on walks and she is thrilled to be dropped off for boarding. We love Janice's Critter Care! We've used them several times to take care of out cats while we were away on longer trips. They take excellent care of our cats and promptly reply if we ask for an update.

We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. For the multiple time, PetSmart Hotel Tukwila continue to consistently show very good care for our pet dog, Kuma. No-hassle drop-off and pick-up. At pick-up time, I can tell from the dog’s demeanor, steady weight, and interaction that she had been cared for well there. I can also tell by the staff’s excited accounting and reporting on details that they sincerely care for our pet. I’ve always found that the staff and the store have shown good faith in the pet care business, and they will continue to have my business & earned respect.

My dog was covered in poop but his bed and toy wad super clean. Its as if they never gave it to him. I paid for the suite as well so it was supposed to be with one on one play and the condition he was in when I got him back looked like he was completely neglected. I provided bowls as well and those were too clean to have been used while my dog lost nearly 3 lbs in one week (starting weight 13lbs small dog) which is A LOT! Was pooping blood the moment I got him home. Was very weak and was shaking all the time. In the other petsmart pet hotel there is a progress report while this did not have any. I am very displeased with this place. And this is a 7 day only stay! Have i gone longer my dog would come back dead! Absolutely unacceptable!

Fabulous experience again. Both of our dogs enjoyed their time (8 nights) and got lots of love from the staff. I appreciate that we can bring our own food easily and schedule grooming appointments during their stay.

Great experience! I recently returned to Seattle and am so glad this PetSmart Hotel with doggie daycamp is here. My senior dog loved coming here (2016 - 2018), and my younger dog enjoys daycamp and boarding here too (2023). The staff is kind, patient, and gentle with my dogs. They gave my younger dog a quick tour to help him acclimate. He's returned from camp and overnight stays very happy, which gives me great peace of mind. They even provide a paper report card (which our PetSmart in NC stopped doing) which helps me track how my dog is doing. Very pleased.

They always spoil my puppers. The staff are friendly, thorough, inquiring, and most importantly, loving to my dog. I feel comfortable leaving my puppy here when I have to go out of town. She's often more excited to see them than she is to see me!

My dog Arya stayed here for a week while we went on a cruise, she was a happy exhausted pup when we came back haha. We have no complaints at all. They didn’t mind us checking in almost every day to see how she was doing as it was the first time we have ever left her anywhere with out family and associate Amanda was so nice. Definitely will be using them again.

My pup stayed there for 6 nights and he was perfectly healthy when I dropped him off. I picked him up and he now has the flu. We have no other pets at home , he obviously got it from being in the kennels there. I called their front desk and they claim that no other dogs are sick. It doesn’t add up. I also paid for their platinum package which includes a bath just for them to charge extra for the bath and they only took $2 off their regular priced bath. Their website gives false advertisements. I would not have paid for a platinum package if I knew I would be ripped off and my puppy would be returned to me with the flu.

Love love love love petshotel and the daycare!! I’ve been having to work nights so I’ve been getting my Aussie, Theo, boarded here and he goes to daycare on occasion too! He loves coming in and always leaves happy and the entire staff recognizes and loves him and he’s spoiled coming over here!!! Always willing for my last minute schedule changes and very accommodating.

I absolutely love this place they are so kind and friendly to all the animals. They definitely treat them as if they are family pets of their own. I love knowing that they will play with them and pet them and that they are not just left alone while you’re away or traveling. Very good prices and rates for all of the services they offer definitely a trusted place to bring your pets. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with everyone that works here. I wish there were more places like Paws VIP

Paws VIP has been an absolute blessing for my one-year-old dog, Rocky! The staff treats him with so much patience and care, and he genuinely loves going there. Every time we pull up, Rocky gets so excited, which says it all. The team is fantastic—they even remember little details, like making sure Rocky uses a slow feeder during mealtime. I also love the social media updates; it’s so reassuring to see Rocky having fun and socializing with other pups. Paws VIP truly lives up to its name, providing VIP treatment every time. Highly recommend!

HANDS DOWN The BEST daycare! I’ve been taking my Daisy baby here a little over 4 years and she absolutely LOVES it! PawsVip is trustworthy, clean, and exceed my expectations on daycare/boarding facilities . Not to mention the staff are Amazing! I’ve never had to worry about my fur baby while she’s in their care .

The only place I trust to watch over my baby girl Maya. She is a hard one to earn over and she really enjoys her days and boarding there. Highly recommend!

I have a poodle called Sasha and I always take her over there! I love it. I always had problems finding a place that I trust but in this place I feel so comfortable. They treat my baby so well! I recommend it to everyone!

This is the only place we board our two adopted dogs. We found Paws VIP for our older pups who is dangerously afraid of fireworks and loud noises. Being near the airport they aren't allowed and its the only place he feels safe on holidays like 4th of July. When we adopted our second dog the great things about Paws VIP continued. She gets anxious when she's not near our other dog so their sibling boarding option is perfect - and we get a discount! I recommend Paws VIP to all my fellow dog owners and will continue to bring our pups to their location for as long as we have them. Thank you for loving our dogs as much as we do!

I was nervous about leaving my energetic and playful pup, Max, in someone else's care, but from the moment we walked in the door, I knew we were in good hands. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they immediately made Max feel comfortable and at ease. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-organized, with plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play. Simmy explained everything very well. Thankfully
