Words cannot express how grateful I am for Amanda and her genuine care and attention she gave my little Cavapoo Sunshine. She was with Amanda for the very first time for eleven days. Amanda sent me videos/photos all week long to reassure me Sunshine was happy and well taken care of. I was completely relaxed knowing someone like Amanda was loving on my girl! I highly recommend her! Sunshine was full of energy when I brought her home. She’s never been that happy or energetic after being boarded. See for yourself!

Amanda is AMAZING!!! Five stars is not enough! Stew and I are so lucky to have connected with her! Since my pup Stewart started daycare at Amanda’s Ark, he has been so much more relaxed at home and just generally happier. I love that Amanda is so wonderful with him and all his special quirks- as well as with me and my being a bit “extra” when it comes to Stew. She truly goes above and beyond and even sends (the cutest) photos of Stew and his buddies throughout the day to let me know how he’s doing. When he is at Amanda’s Ark Pet Care, he is always having the best time, living his best life playing with the new friends he meets. I am so grateful that Amanda cares about each pet like her own. It is apparent that what she does for pets is truly a labor of love and joy for her! I feel completely comfortable leaving Stew in her care. Her level of pet care and behavior knowledge, experience and skill is top-quality and I am incredibly grateful to her for the loving, thoughtful, individualized and professional care she provides to him- and for each and every other pet she cares for! Absolutely wonderful, Amanda was able to get us in last minute as first time customers. She sent multiple pictures everyday our doggos were there of them playing and having a great time! They slept for 2 days straight when we got home cus they were so worn out! Our dogs. Absolutely loved her and they even went up to say goodbye to her as we were leaving!

Amanda's Ark is exceptional! Rudi and Sam had an amazing time with Amanda, who treated them like her own. Our nearly 14-year-old has never been happier and I am not entirely sure he wanted to leave!. Amanda is professional, responsive, and her facility is fabulous. It's perfect for dogs unfamiliar with boarding. Five stars and highly recommended. We can't wait to use her services again!

Amanda is god sent, she is thorough and makes it her everyday goal to make all pets happy!! Our Zoey loves her only with Amanda is she at her calmest and happiest rather than anywhere she has been before!

If I could give more than five stars I would all the way to the Moon. Amanda made me feel so comfortable when I was extremely nervous about leaving my baby girl for the first time ever. I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff was amazing. My dog has never been around other dogs and they were able to get him to at least tolerate being in a room with 8 other pups. Thank you for your patience with this very nervous mom.

We were looking for a new doggy daycare, since we moved out here from California. Koda would typically go to daycare every Friday, just to socialize and play and hang out with other dogs and he come back tired, which was a bonus for everyone involved lol. This place, even though it's a little ways from my house, seems to be the best spot for him. They did an evaluation for him the 1st day to make sure that he played well with others and it was quickly determined that he was a perfect candidate for daycare at their facility. Because he was so excited to play with other dogs, I decided to give him his first daycare experience that same day. We picked him up several hours later, after a bath and a crazy day with new friends, and I can say he is completely collapsed on the floor right now, looking very content with himself. I will definitely be going back as a regular client.

It is a very welcoming place, and the staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Our 1 year old Dachshund stayed there for boarding and he loved it. We do not have Facebook, so they were glad to send us updates and pictures of our Stark. Definitely going to bring him back for daycare and boarding in future, so he can spend some time with other dogs.

Houndstown took excellent care of our Sos. He had never been a night without us and we both were super anxious about leaving him anywhere, especially for a week. But Houndstown makes sure they have all details on medication, feeding routine, and their belongings. They answered all our questions and updates, plus the pictures in the Facebook group, to put us at ease. Sos had a wonderful time, especially at one of their Pawtys. Sos loves going there for daycare and now we can say he will have all his pupcations with Houndstown! Wouldn’t have my furson stay anywhere else.

Sugar loved her first day at HoundsTown!!! The staff is wonderful and very kind! She got a great bath and a nail trim and she and I are both looking very forward to her next visit to daycare!!! This is a great place for dogs that don’t have fur siblings! Gives them a chance to play and interact safely with other dogs that have the same energy level that they do. Love it and can’t wait for her next visit!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Evaluation went very well. Staff was welcoming to Archie and explained everything very well with a tour He is spending the afternoon there with a cute Corgi. Archie is enjoying his visits and meeting new people. He likes playing with the other dogs and puppies. Staff is very friendly, fun, and professional. Archie comes home happy and playful after spending the day with his doggie friends. Archieha1 fun today. Archie enjoyed his visit. He is passed out now after his play day. Archie had fun with his friends today. Archie spent his first night ever away from me at Hounds Town. He came out happy to see me. I so appreciate all the staff who are there and their caring and professional manner. Archie enjoyed his playmates today. Always a good experience. Saturday visit was good for Archie. Friday 9-15. Checked the photos and looks like Archie found a French Bull dog friend yesterday to play with. Oct. 2023 This was Archie’s first time to be boarded for an extended time. He was at Hounds Town for seven days and nights and everything went so well He played with his usual day play buddies and they said that he did fine during the nights. He was so well cared for by the wonderful staff and I highly recommend this business. Archie had so much fun playing today and looks so good after his bath. Archie had fun with a new white fluffy playmate on Sat Dec. 16 and looked so good after his bath. Came home a happy boy. May 15/24 Archie home from Hounds Townnplaying with his big bone. All fluffy from bath and happy after 4day visit to Hounds Town. Such a great boarding facility with awesome staff. Tues June 18/24 Archie enjoyed his play day and bath very much. Always well cared for and has fun at Hound’sTown. Weds July 24/24 Archie had fun at the Grilling Pawty today and came home with a cute photo and yummy dog treat. It was fun to look at all the great photos on FB. Staff does an amazing job making each dog feel special. Aug 12/24 Archie enjoyed his last three days with you as usual. Thank you for taking care of him Sept 4/24 Archie loves water so he enjoyed his pool splash today with his Hounds Town buddies. Sept12/24 Archie always comes home happy after his time at Hounds Town. Staff is wonderful and gives great care to all the digs. Sept.25/24 Archie was so thrilled to be. Part of the Renassance Faire Pawty and loved having his photo taken. Thank you for having this. Archie liked getting his photo taken and playing with his friends on Weds Oct 30/24 at the Halloween Pawty. Thanks to all the staff for making it such s special day. Treats were yummy. 11-14-24 What a fun day for all the dogs today. Such an adorable treat cookie and great photos. Thanks to the great staff for all they do. 12-11-24 Archie spent the day celebrating Christmas with his friends at Hounds Town and meeting Santa at the “North Pole”. Thank you to all for organizing a fun day for all the dogs. You guys are grest.

We had Biscuit’s evaluation today. The staff was super friendly during the evaluation and when i picked him up later in the day. I left him for about 4 hours today to see how he would like it. The pictures they posted on facebook were cute and let me know that my pup was doing well. He is currently worn out and sleeping so he must have gotten some good play time in. Overall Biscuit seems very pleased I appreciate that we got a free trial day to see how he would do. I will definitely be using Hounds Town to watch my pup.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. They understand that your furry companion is family. My Cashew loves the socialization. He is the little Chorkie hanging with the big dogs!

Duece normally does not like going inside strange places but today when I dropped him off - not a smidge of fear. To see him playing and happy is priceless! I think we’ve found his second home!

We had a great experience at Hounds Town! My little guy can be a bit nervous around other dogs so I was a very nervous momma! The staff was patient and understanding with both of us. I waited until our second visit to post a review because I wanted to see how he would react when I brought him back. I am thrilled to say he was happy when we walked back through the door and when he went back to play. I think he feels comfortable and secure at Hounds Town. I am so thankful I have found a place where are we both comfortable! He comes home tired and happy!!

Lily has been going to Ruff Housing since she was just a puppy and she’s almost 6 years old now. She really enjoys it and I love when she’s had a happy day and comes home tired!

my dog ADORES daycare she’s always super excited and instantly knows where we’re going, she’s made so many friends there and is super tired and sleeps hard when it’s time to go home! she always has such a great experience!

Delta our 6 month old German Shepherd puppy was picked up from Boarding and Daycare on 9-24. Shortly after arriving home a harsh cough, lethargy, and fever were evidently present. As concerned parents, Delta was taken to the after hours emergency vet hospital. After a detailed assessment, blood work and chest x-ray; Delta was diagnosed with pneumonia. The vet suggested that he possibly had been showing symptoms for 24-48 hours. Leaving a pet to be boarded for 6 days is already stressful and emotional at baseline. For us to pick up a sick puppy and have no communication in his obvious change of health, causes most upset and disappointment. Even Delta’s daily “report cards” mentioned no change in behavior or health, and suggested quite the opposite. Our key point is that his declining health was either unnoticed or it was ignored and neglected, both major issues for an establishment caring for animals. Additionally, our other dog, Judy, who has started attending day care is also suffering from the same diagnoses. To have one puppy diagnosed with pneumonia is one thing but to now have a second dog suffering is unacceptable. We were not informed or given a phone call about Delta. We are all around extremely disappointed and concerned, and upset. After the diagnosis we reached out to management to inform them of Delta's condition. They denied any decline in his health and stated he was in perfect health. This is contradictory to what the vet told us , and a blatant lie. We have several questions. If there was an outbreak of this going on throughout the daycare, what is the protocol for infections/ outbreaks of illness, do you notify owners of quarantine during boarding? Now as of October 21st we are still dealing with Delta's lingering Pneumonia, as we have just had to make another trip to the vet for reoccurring symptoms. I could not recommend this establishment any less. If you want peace of mind during the day or when you are boarding your family member this is the last place I would bring my Dog. I would leave negative stars if I could.

Best experience!! I was very nervous to leave my dog for the first time but all the cameras that you have access to watch are AMAZING!! They send you pictures and update you on how the day was for your dog which I appreciate. Safe to say she had a blast and we will be coming back. Often!

Took my 4 month old puppy for her first haircut. They originally canceled my first appointment and scheduled me weeks later. Which is fine. But I told them not to shave her and they did just that. Not to mention it wasn’t blended well and left most of her hair on her head and still needs it to be trimmed. I’m going to another place tomorrow to have them fix it up. But I’m very upset that they shaved her when I specifically said not to over the phone with the groomer. They didn’t trim her nails when I had paid for it. The manager was nice and gave us a refund. However I do not recommend. I’ve added before and after photos.

Ruff Housing is my dog's favorite place! She knows when she is going and gets super excited all the way to there. When she gets home, she's out like a light because she's played so hard all day. The staff is very friendly and they all know my dog by name. They are also very helpful in working wheen an issue may arise.

I brought my dog in for boarding + a spa trim at the end of May. I was under the impression that a spa trim included 'face, feet, and fanny" + a nail trim. When I picked up my dog, not only were her feet and nails NOT trimmed, the fur on the entire rest of her body had been cut for some reason, and extremely poorly - her fur is choppy, uneven, and frankly, she looks really bad! The front desk workers were and have been extremely kind and refunded me, but I was denied the ability to have my dog’s coat fixed by a groomer at another Ruff Housing location (I do not want the groomer who did this touching my dog again), unless I want to pay full price for a groom my dog only needs because the Greensboro groomer ruined her coat. I am extremely disappointed and will not be bringing my dog back in the future. I have attached pictures of her fur where you can see how uneven she was cut (when she wasn’t even supposed to have a groom to begin with).

My kids love it here. The staff is so attentive and cares deeply about every pup that walks or runs through the door. The best part is the pictures you can receive. My Loki (the tan one) was always bullied by other dogs during daycare at other places, but Greensboro did everything in their power to ensure that he was in a bully free group and can thrive. They even paid special attention to my hyper child and made sure to provide him with extra stimulation to help him relax. After being here for any amount of time they come home and sleep peacefully. Majority of the time they almost jump out of the car when they figure out where we are going.

Willow absolutely loved her first day at doggy daycare! She’s a 5 month old chocolate lab with TONS of energy. The staff members are super sweet and helpful. They kept me updated on how she was doing. Willow even made a new friend! She’s looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for taking care of my sweet pup!

Worst groomers EVER!! I don’t normally leave reviews but I want to warn any and all pet owners. Their total lack of empathy, understanding, and communication is horrifyingly. They butchered my dogs hair and it will take years for him to grow it back. I, like everyone looks for reviews and stars when looking for places and recommendations. I found Dog Days, which is the third groomer we have tried in the area. I looked on yelp and on google for reviews and any information. We recently moved to the Triad and have been trying to find a groomer for my two dogs who get groomed regularly. We gave specific instructions to trim about an inch off his face and beard and to give them a summer cut on the body. What we got were unrecognizable dogs. There is not enough page space and time for me to go into all the details. Let’s just say it’s a hack job and I could have my teenage son do a better job. They also told us we had to tip before the service was done. I will upload pictures and let you all be the judge.

I've been sending my little Chihuahua mix there for a couple of years and have been so happy to have found them. My little baby loves this place & is always anxious to go. The folks are both professional and kind. Love that you can go to the website & see your dog on the cameras in the rooms! I HIGHLY recommend Dog Days.

Multiple dogs have died and have gone unnoticed at this location for hours at a time. The Big and Medium dog rooms can have 30+ dogs in them at a time with only 1-2 people watching, 90% of the time they’ll be on their phone too. Would not recommend this place. Dogs fighting, being injured, having medical problems going unresolved and even deaths happen at this location somewhat frequently. Even though they have been around a while there are many other places in town that will take better care of your furry friend. If I could give this place less than one star I would.

I have been bringing my dogs to Dog Days for over 7 years. The crew there is absolutely great. Having the ability to check up on my dog is another perk that I love. Don't hesitate to book your stay.

I love Dog Days! I have always boarded my dogs there when we travel and I love that we can check in on them with live videos. The last time I needed to leave my dog she had just had a procedure and had to be given meds and wear a cone while stitches healed. I was nervous but the Dog Days staff took incredible care of her! She came home a healthy, happy and tired pup :) Thanks y'all!

My pup toothless loves dog days! We’ve taken a step back because her mother (me) is a worrier and I worry about this doggy virus but man I wish it would go away because toothless LOVES daycare! It’s very convenient for us as two pawrents who have 9-5 commitments because we can just show up and drop her off. I’m hesitant to recommend dog days because I don’t want them to become over booked!! She’s also been boarded here and we love that as well because we can watch her play over the cameras while we’re gone! Thank you dog days Toothless says she will see you soon!

My dog Theo LOVES Dog Days! He is a small rescue dog who loves other dogs but is extremely timid and anxious with other humans. It has been truly amazing to watch him become more and more comfortable with the staff at Dog Days, after 2 month going 1-2x a week he now gets visibly excited to walk in the door and be handed over the the staff. Before I was dragging him in! I'm always greeted with a smile and they usually mention something about my dog that day which makes me feel like they really care about him and keeping an eye on him. I've even seen him being carried around at time which he loves. Buying a package of days makes dog days very affordable for me at about 22.50 12+ hours of fun. As soon as I pick Theo up he passes out on my lap and just wants to chill for the 1-2 days. The check in/out process takes no more than 1-2 minutes. Love the cameras to take a peek during the day. We will definitely be sticking around and I plan to board here as well when the time comes!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Recently, our family dogs came in to stay for less than a week - one of which attends the day care. He came home and could barely move. I took him to the emergency vet and he has pneumonia and had to be hospitalized for several days, costing over $3,000. And now his sister is coughing. When I called this kennel, they said they let a dog with a respiratory infection stay at the kennel that same week. They did not notify their other customers that they accepted a sick and CONTAGIOUS dog. They should be paying our vet bill. At the very least, they could have notified customers so they could make a conscious choice if they wanted to let their dog stay at a facility that accepts sick dogs. On another note, when I walked in their dog in the lobby came after me, which is such a joke. Their statement says they provide a safe and healthy environment for our dogs, which obviously isn't true. And I know other people whose dogs have gotten sick here. canceling all future reservations asap.

Sergio and Laura are two of my favorite people! They have so much love for dogs and I appreciate their services and kindness so much! They send frequent photo and video updates throughout the day and are attentive if your dog needs a little patience. My German Shepherd comes home tired every single day, they have a wonderful fenced in space for your animal to play and run all day. Thank you so much for everything you do!

10/10 recommend. Sergio is great at keeping me updated on Coco. He treats her like family which is important to me. She gets so excited to hang out with him during the day & comes home tired & happy! She was shy when first going but she has opened up a lot. She made new friends.

Sergio and Laura took excellent care of our dog, Ivory, when we were away! They sent us daily photos, videos, and updates throughout Ivory's stay. Ivory had lots of walks and play time with their dog Grace! I would definitely recommend them and will be using their dog boarding service in the future!

Shaggy Tails has basically become my dog's second home. She's treated like family and not just another pet coming through. They are very prompt and flexible with my last minute schedule. And that's what I appreciate the most. They honestly enjoy spending time with the pets they take care of. It's such a reasonable price that I honestly think they do it for the love of pets. They have, are and will continue to be my go to pet care.

I was extremely nervous leaving our older cat, Ninja, for a couple of days while my husband and I were preparing for our wedding. We had never left her in the care of someone else, but Tony and Lisa made this an easy no-brainer process for us. I was so impressed by the attention to detail Tony showed during our initial meeting. Once we were away, he sent us text message updates and photos of our cat, which we appreciated so much! Such a simple act truly goes a long way. She was getting interaction, play time, and treats. When we got back, I found notes/details of each visit they had with Ninja. I cannot recommend Tony and Lisa enough, and I would absolutely use their services again. If you need a pet sitter in Greensboro, they're the ones to do it!

Tony and Lisa are easy to communicate with and always follow up. They leave detailed accounts of their visits. I feel confident leaving home knowing my dog is being well taken care of and that my house is being looked after! I have used them for 3 weeks over the last two months and have extremely pleased.

I am sure like us your pets are part of your family and leaving them in the care of someone else when you travel can be heart wrenching. Since Tony and Lisa from Home Sweet Home Pet Sitting entered our life we have never worried about leaving our beloved English bulldogs, Elvis and Lola. All you need to do is be home when Lisa or Tony come by and you can tell from your dog’s reaction how much they love caring for your pets. Tony and Lisa also care for your home and keep a watchful eye when you are away. Tony and Lisa are simply the BEST!!!

I hired Home Sweet Home to care for my two cats, and preemptively for my dogs in the future. Tony came for the consultation. He was very professional and wrote everything down on their printed form, which was nice, as he noted little idiosyncrasies and special needs without me having to leave a list. They did exactly as we asked, sent a text update once or twice, left daily visit notes, got my mail, and watered my plants. That's the first time a pet-sitter has ever provided the note detail. Since I have a kitty with asthma, it was nice that they could remark if they observed anything unusual. Very efficient consultation and process. Read the expectations clearly: You need to have a way of them leaving the key on their last day, lest you be charged for a return visit. Ya can't blame them if you don't read the print! Very satisfied--would hire again.

I have used Home Sweet Home Pet Sitting for several visits, over the past several years. I have always been impressed with their level of communication and correspondence with me concerning our pets. Tony has left me text messages to inform me of his visit, as well as notes that are left each day. I would certainly recommend them to others as a great option versus boarding or even using the kid next door!

Tony and Lisa have looked in on my two aged cats for several multi-day periods in the last five or six years and have always done a great job, providing medication to one cat and taking care of food, water and litterbox for both. I, for one, will continue to use them as long as I have pets, am in Greensboro and they are in business. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the services they have provided.

Just got home from a 10-day trip, and it was our first time using Home Sweet Home. Our two cats were much happier than when we board them at the vets or travel with them. Even our extremely timid cat seemed like she had great week at home! Tony was communicative when the wind broke our screen door (it's a chronic problem for us). Definitely will use these guys again!

Tony and Lisa with Home Sweet Home Pet Sitting have been lifesavers! They walk my dog, Milo, every day while I’m at work, which puts my mind at ease. They are so friendly, they take great care of Milo, and he loves them! I would highly recommend using them to watch your pets!!

Nothing but praise for Tony and Lisa! They take wonderful care of our cats when we are away. They are always caring and professional, leaving details of each visit and very quick regarding communication and scheduling. Their fees are very reasonable, but it’s priceless to have no worries about our girls when we are away. If there were a way to give more stars, I would.

A little more than a 1 year ago, a neighbor recommended Home Sweet Home pet sitters to us. At that time we had 2 large breed dogs ( each 100lbs), and they were 4 years and 9 years old, so they had different dietary, exercise and medical needs. As you can imagine, not everyone would sign up for the job! Tony came over and met our dogs…he was comfortable with them as they were with him. We went over their schedules, etc. he took notes and we were ready for our weekend away. When we came home, the dogs were happy, well-fed/exercised, and we had a personal note from each of Tony’s visits, describing what he and our dogs did, hoe they behaved, and what they’d eaten, etc. In addition to caring for our pups, he brought in package deliveries, mail, and brought our trash cans into the garage from the curb, just as an extra service! We knew we’d found “a keeper’! Over the next year, Tony became our regular pet sitter, and we had complete confidence in him and his time with our fur babies. Last October, sadly, our 9-yr, old female was diagnosed with Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), which is basically canine ALS. We were told she may last 2 months or 2 years. At first she managed it very well, as it only; affected 1 of her back legs, and she adjusted to that, falling occasionally and not being able to run as fast as she once had, but quickly deteriorated, and could only go on short walks, falling as many as 10x’s on those walks. We showed Tony how we picked her up and got her adjusted. We even got her “walking wheels”, but she never mastered them, so we managed as best we could. By March, both back legs were affected, and we had to “wheelbarrow her around…Tony jumped right and learned how to help her just as we did, with as much empathy and love compassion as if she were his beloved pet! By May, she could really only drag herself around, but still found enjoyment in swimming, which she did daily, but it was a lot of work. We were now, literally, carrying her out of the pool, and Tony did that, too. In June, our poor girl was suffering, and we had to attend a family wedding in California. (Had it been any other trip, we most certainly would have canceled,) We asked Tony if he would be available, and asked him if, in our absence, something happened to our sweet girl, would he be willing to take her to our vet, etc. He agreed w/o hesitation. Thanks to Tony, our sweet girl lived until we came home and could be with her on her last days. Right after we lost our sweet girl, we received a beautiful sympathy card from Tony, along with a lovely framed picture of our girl that Tony had taken, ball in her mouth, swimming – in her happy place. Love taking my babies here! They never show any signs of distress when I pick them up from their bath. The Environment is so relaxing and comfortable and I love that it’s an all cat resort.

My babies recently spent a week with the wonderful people at Purr Life! It was the first time they had been boarded so I was a little apprehensive at first. After dropping them off, I did not worry at all the entire week. They were taken care of exactly as we asked plus more! I loved the report cards! The facility was very clean and cat friendly. It was very whimsical and fun as well. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

5 stars, 10 stars, FIFTY STARS!! Everything about this place is absolutely purrfect! You can tell the staff is hand picked and impeccably trained, and that they truly care about your cat. Every time I pick up my cat from boarding or grooming, he's calm and happy. Knowing that there aren't any dogs around to stress him out is also a plus! The owner Michelle is simply awesome! As a long haired cat, de-shed baths and belly/sanitary grooms are a must, and Michelle does a show- worthy job every time. Finding a place you can trust, and leaving your cat to stay with complete peace of mind is priceless. Bring your cat here, and start living the Purr Life!

I take my cat, Star there for grooming... this girl is the dirtiest cat ever!!! Purrlife gets her clean and looking great. I also board when I'm on vacation. I get report cards and pictures of my girl. It makes me feel that she is very well cared for. You guys, are the best. Only complaint is... get more chocolate candy!!🥰🥰

When I was told about this place a few years ago I was excited because they only do cats. We have two and one is very fluffy. The groomer we had had left the area. The first time I came with “my boys” we were greeted as if we were old friends. At the vet there are dogs barking. Here none. Quiet music. And cats wandering around. They live there. We’ve been often and every time so satisfied with their services. Jasper has been groomed perfectly. And he’s more calmer there. And if you board your cat there they have someone who “plays” with your cat. Takes them to a special room to just spend time with them. So cool. Thank you for always treating my “fur babies” as I do.

Purr Life is a very professional business. They offer the best kenneling services for cats in Greensboro. We have only had our baby's nails trimmed along with kenneling. We were happy. The last time I was there to pick up our baby Marco Polo, I asked about a kitten I saw in the condo above him. So I was happy to see they give back by helping with the many stray cats we have in Greensboro. They were fostering him/her. They get booked up during holidays so book early. They seemed to very knowledgable and very lovingly devoted to cats. Our Marco is easy but I know many cats are not and I would trust them with difficult situations.

The owner and staff at Purr make me feel so comfortable leaving my rescue kitties in their care when I go out of town. They send report cards and I know my cats are living the luxury life while there- it’s not in a cage environment like at the vet and there’s no stress from barking dogs. I also have had really good experiences with their grooming services. I don’t regularly groom my cats but when I’ve taken them in for various things like a medicated bath or shaving some mats out, it’s gone smoothly and my cats don’t seem stressed. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Purr Life! From the moment I walked in, I knew my cat was in great hands. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and truly passionate about what they do. My cat can be a bit anxious, but they handled him with such care and patience that he was completely at ease. The grooming itself was top-notch! My cat’s fur has never looked better—soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed. They even managed to get his nails clipped without a fuss, which is a miracle in itself. The facility is clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with the comfort of the animals in mind. If you're looking for a grooming place that treats your pet like family, this is it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cat's grooming needs. Highly recommend!

I love, love, LOVE Purr Life Luxury Cat Resort. Michele and the team provide every personal and professional touch possible. My cats are both afraid of dogs, so it was wonderful to find somewhere without this stress factor. Purr Life boasts spacious boarding enclosures, endless amounts of toys, an amazing grooming room - all in a large, clean and beautiful space. I was worried about how my cats would cope in the unfamiliar environment, especially when they were being bathed!! But they were handled with such care that they both exceeded my expectations. Would recommend Purr Life to any cat owner, 100%.

Purr life was very accommodating in all aspects! The cats were comfortable and had plenty of space when we boarded them for the weekend. We could also schedule their grooming appts for while they were there! Got daily report cards and pics when requested. Overall a great option for a cat hotel stay, provided us AMAZING peace of mind while on vacation.

We've been bringing our 4 year old Goldendoodle here for almost 2 years, they always give him the best grooming and they take time to listen to your request, so personal and caring! I tell everyone with pups to come to Abbotts! Best people and the best prices too!

Both of my dogs had stayed at Abbotts a few times and have always come home healthy and happy. The Abbott’s family has taken in my dogs when I had a death in the family and had to go very fast. They were very kind and very good to our dogs. I recommended them 1000%.

They took excellent care of our cat. He was very happy and calm when we picked him up. We would absolutely board with Abbott’s again!

I’ve used Abbott’s for quite some time now. I’m not sure how I haven’t left them a review sooner! I’m always very pleased with how they care for my babies but especially this past week. One of my pups has had an issue with a spot on her leg and I was so afraid of boarding her. All of the staff at Abbott’s made sure she didn’t touch her leg, made sure she got her medicine and really catered to my babies. Her leg looked better than it did when I dropped her off! Huge shout out to them and to Marty for always being so understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend them and a big thank you from Jada & Bentley ❤️

It's so comforting to know that while we're away, Tank is still loved and cared for. Abbott's has become his home away from home. The staff at Abbott's is very kind and attentive. We're extremely blessed to have found them!

I have been using Abbotts boarding for a very long time. Time goes by fast, but I believe for at least 15 years. I recently used them for 10 nights for two dogs while on an international trip. One of the dogs is almost 17 and the other is 14. They always take such good care of the dogs. Still very happy after all these years, and will continue to take my dogs there.

The staff at Abbott's Groom & Board are awesome! They are obviously animal lovers and I know my fur babies are in good hands when they are either being groomed or boarded at this facility. I have been bringing my dogs here for about two years now and I couldn't be happier. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and professional. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.

I have a German Shepherd (Bear) who has really bad anxiety and is not a people person at all!! I always have a hard time leaving him for boarding. I left him for a week at Abbott's and he did better than I could have hoped for!! They left him alone when he didn't want to be bothered and also fed him his special diet that had to be refrigerated and warmed. I am very grateful to find a place that can cater to the special personality and dietary needs of your individual pet. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

They are wonderful place for your babies to be cared for Grooming & Boarding, camp for the kids! Just had my little guy groomed, they pointed out the pup had an issue to be addressed by the Vet, Followed up with the Vet and he is back to normal once more, Thanks to the Abbott's Team for follow up to the customer. Just an update folks Addition, we just added a new member to the house Agnes the Cat, took her in for a nail job, took great care and back into the carrier with our happy cat. They do such a great job of caring our pets.

We had to use Abbott's twice during our time in NC. We were very pleased and felt our dogs were well taken care of.

My daughter started taking her dog, Ryker, to Camp BowWow for daycare and has since boarder him a few times. When we went to visit the very first time, the number one thing that stood out was how clean and fresh smelling the place was compared to many that i have visited!!!!! It's not a big daycare place but I can say it's was of the nicest and again, the cleanest I have ever been in. All the ladies that run it are very sweet and kind EVERYTIME you come in. It makes us feel very good about leaving Ryker there. They also have cameras so you can check in on your fur baby. If you have not tried them out, I say give them a try...you will love them. Thank you for taking good care of my daughters boy💙🩵💙

We have a Goldendoodle named Winnie and our daughter has a Goldendoodle named Teddy. We have used 3 or 4 Dog Day Cares because my wife and I both work and this breed is known to have separation anxiety. Camp Bow Wow is BY FAR the best facility we have used. The dogs are always eager to go in and see the staff. The facility has cameras throughout, so you can check in on your pup during the day. The staff are always friendly and courteous, they seem to truly enjoy working with dogs. They offer full or half days of day care, "Spa Days" for the pups, and boarding. They offer pay per day, multiple day packages, and monthly membership. Honestly, I can't say enough nice things about Camp Bow Wow. We are lucky to have found this place.

Maybe it’s a good place for younger dogs, but for older dogs, it’s just a holding cell. I don’t see any interaction with people. The dogs are just pacing around howling. Older dogs don’t generally play with each other. They generally interact with people or their toys. There is one toy bridge in the middle of the room and I have yet to see a dog even touch it. My dog is an older dog, so he is unable to play with the only “enrichment” available to him. The shelter we adopted him from gave him more love and attention. If was able, I would pick him up right now. I just feel really bad for these dogs.

The staff was super friendly and informative! They took the time to let me know the whole process and what to expect! They also noticed my dog was nervous about the new environment which is typical for him and so they offered him treats and scratches before taking him back. Just seemed like a group of genuine people who love dogs!!!

Camp bow wow greensboro, NC took great care of my little Dash. After a few minutes in a cabin he was interviewed and introduced to other little dogs. I was able to view on the web cam throughout his stay and saw he was playful and happy. The staff was friendly and gave me a tour of the facility. I noticed all areas were clean, with plenty of water bowls in the rooms and the dogs were well cared for. Thanks Camp Bow wow, Greensboro I’m so glad we found you.

November 2021: It's been a few months and as of today I'm removing a few stars simply because I feel it's important that any facility communicate any issues prior to a drop off and ideally during the pick up in which there was an issue. My dog apparently has some issues from time to time and they rotate her out. No problem. However until today after they had confirmed my dogs appointment and had me pay did they tell me. So there was 0 notice for me. Within 5 minutes the employee stomped out to my car and had me come get my dog. Had I known I would have worked with my dog and facility but I was not made aware. I also would have scheduled for a less busy day. I think communication for any relationship with business and client is important and is this case severely lacking. My dog loved going there and while it's a business for dogs, it's still important to communicate with their human owners. If you just want your dog to have a good time I'd say go with this facility. But don't expect much. If you want a business that communicates clearly, think twice. I know I wasn't the only one impacted by the attitude of the employee I encountered today. As even another client commented on it as I was leaving. Original Review 6 months ago: My dog loves it there and always comes home tired. When we get there she is happy to greet all the staff and leave me. Pic of said happy dog after a visit.

I love how the staff treats my dogs. The staff really cares about the wellbeing of my dogs. My dogs always have an amazing time staying at camp bow wow. My dogs also spend so much energy at camp bow wow that as soon as they get home they go to sleep. The convenience of having cameras makes me have peace of mind.

All the people are very nice and they give great updates on how my dog is doing. They are also attentive and aware if she’s not eating well or not feeling great. I really like that the dogs have a lot of playtime together, not like some other places where they are in a cage 24/7

My dog’s been visiting Best Friends since she was a puppy! All the staff are amazing and take great care of all their guests. I love the fun event photos they do, along with the daily daycare and pool posts on Facebook. The manager, Ashley, is always so happy and quick to greet everyone!

We absolutely love Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! Our dog is SO excited to go. He loves to socialize not only with the other dogs but the staff as well. Booking is super easy with their app and the facilities are wonderful. Our dog has only participated in the daycare and grooming services but we do plan to use the boarding services this summer. One of my favorite things is seeing all the adorable pictures of my dog with the other dogs on BFBB’s Facebook page. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t be happier and feel really lucky to have such a great facility in our area.

Moose absolutely loves going to daycare at Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! He looks forward to it every week and jumps out of the car with excitement when we arrive. The staff is so kind and friendly and truly get to know your pup and their needs which puts us at ease. This is the best daycare/boarding facility in town and we are so appreciative of the staff which makes it so great!

I’m honestly a little disappointed with this place. I’m new to town and everyone told me how spectacular this place was so naturally I was thrilled to have my dog spend the time at what seemed to be a beautiful facility with large grassy areas and lots of play space. I dropped my dog off for three nights of boarding when I found out that daycare wasn’t included in boarding and if I didn’t pay extra, she would just be in her kennel the entire time— I know they call it an indoor outdoor suite, but still. And then I also found out that they only do four hours of play for the entire day (2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon). My dog could go all day if they let her and I was a little sad to hear that they restricted play… which I was paying extra for. I also asked for a Spa bath upon exit which was supposed to come with a blow dry. I have a doodle and can clearly tell when she has been blow dried versus air dried and they definitely didn’t blow dry her but still charged me for it. They also don’t include basic things like report cards, pictures, or web cams which are included so many other places. So after almost $350 for three days, I was a little disappointed. What was really the kicker for me was that she also came home with some kind of infection on her paws. This caused me to have to take her to the vet, which was an additional bill, and she was so uncomfortable for several days. I’m sure this place is lovely for several others, but after being charged way more than expected and having to pay the price in several different ways, I’m not sure we’ll be back. I’m not mad or upset— these things happen and I think this was just a series of unfortunate events, I’m just not sure they’re worth the $. I did email my concerns to them about the infection just to give them a heads up in case they can clean or do something to avoid this for other dogs. I am waiting to hear back and will share the response, especially if it’s positive as I sincerely hope to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Best Friends has the best staff around! They manage to make you feel like your dog is their favorite dog. I have a very busy work schedule so I rely on taking my dog to daycare several days a week. He loves it and I am always confident that he is safe and happy while he is there. Try them out- they are the best!

Every Friday rain or shine, Moose is spending the day with his furry buddies and great hosts at BFBB! This organization truly cares for each animal and takes the best care of Moose! He has been at several different daycare/boarding facilities over the years and we have never felt as comfortable as we do now at BFBB. Each staff member always greets you with a hello and the staff have your dogs name memorized which makes it easy to hand off your pup for the day! Facility is clean, communication is great and activities are well worth the investment!

Our dog loves Bed & Biscuit, whether she’s there for a long vacation stay or just a day of daycare. She gets so excited when we pull in! I love that the staff is all so nice and friendly and helpful! She’s 5 years old and has been using Bed & Biscuit since she was a puppy. We can’t even say the name out loud at home without her perking up her ears and getting excited!

Our family feels so thankful to have found Best Friends Bed and Biscuit! The wonderful staff and trainers take great care of our sweet Boxer Stella at weekly daycare and on the occasional boarding visit. With their support and guidance, Stella has blossomed here from a very scared pup to a happy healthy girl with a circle of friends. We're able to get a glimpse into her day with the daycare photos on FB and we love the holiday photoshoots too. We are willing to drive an hour round trip from our home to BFBB several times a week, passing by several other similar businesses, because the quality of care and love is so high here. We can't recommend this place enough to other pet parents!

Best place for my two pups! I try to go at least once a week. They seem to love the saltwater swimming pool when it's open in the summer. Local owned and amazing staff. ( So glad that reverted back to local phone staff rather than using that annoying over seas answering service! Thanks for switching back to your amazing LOCAL TEAM!)
