Eileen sent regular photo updates and anecdotes so we could tell Annapurna was well looked after and up to her normal, comfortable behaviour. She also took good care of our house plant and even sent through some advice on caring for it (we lack green thumbs ourselves, so haven't figured out how to care for the plant as well as the cat!) Paula was wonderful all the way around! Both of our Labrador Retrievers, Rip & Huck, really liked her and when we came home it was apparent she had taken fantastic care of them. Paula was always responsive - prior to and during the pet/home sit and kept us up to date. When we asked for a couple photos during our get-away, she happily and quickly provided them. We came back to our home, orchard, and garden looking great just as we had left it. Paula is very endearing, trusting, kind, helpful, and responsible. Greg was absolutely magical with my cats. He quickly understood each cat's idiosyncrasies, and he particularly bonded with the shy and nervous Jewel, who, judging by the photos he sent, was very cozy and purr-y with him. Bertie also received many head-rubs and much affection. The cats were indeed beautifully cared for. The house was well-cared for as well, with everything shiningly clean and welcoming for me when I returned. Communication was easy and clear, by text once we had confirmed the sit. I was delighted to have Greg as a sitter, and would happily have him again. I think the cats would be glad to see him too.

Kym came from 'across the Pond' to look after Cupar from 19th to 31st August this year. From the outset she was competant, organised and reliable - taking excellent care of Cupar who obviously warmed to her very much as she made a huge effort to engage with him during both playtimes and the walks they shared over the period. Unfortunately, Cupar was unwell for some of the time during the Sit and throughout Kym and I were in daily contact with regards to his medication and care. I couldn't have wished for anyone else to have been there in my absence as she really 'pulled out all the stops' to stabilise his condition. I cannot thank her enough for all she did! Kym also very much enjoyed her time on Skye and her stay here at Roskhill Barn - leaving it very clean and tidy upon her departure. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any future Sits.

Staci was a pure diamond in the rough. I had found her profile on TH and sent her an invitation to sit. She responded quickly, and we had a FaceTime meeting. Staci communicated well before, during, and after our trip. She arrived on time, met the pups and chickens, and took note of things to do. We felt at complete ease leaving for our trip. While we were gone, Staci kept us updated on the pups. At one point, Saviah ate a bee, which caused a reaction. Staci was prompt to respond with a call/trip to the vet and notification to us. She was diligent to ensure Saviahs safety and well-being were her top priority. She kept us updated on Saviah the entire time. We returned to an immaculate house, happy pups, and fresh banana bread waiting after our long trip. I would jump at the chance to have Staci care for our pups at any time.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Laura is incredible! For starters, she is a clear and considerate communicator who is reliable and trustworthy while setting up details for a sit in advance. From there... where do we start?! Laura (and her sister Stephanie, for a few days) took care of our cat & dog for a week-long sit. We were immediately at ease with both of them, and it was clear that they were excited to meet our pets and love them, and relaxed and comfortable in this role. They asked informed and curious questions about our pets, routines, and the surrounding area to set up a successful sit. When we departed, our dog hardly seemed to notice, because she was getting to know her new people! The snuggle-fest and hiking adventures that took place while we were gone resulted in happy pets who were calm and content. We received daily photos, which were heart warming, and assured us that dog hugs and cat exercise were taking place. Our dog is very affectionate, and Laura made sure that she received plenty of love while we were gone. Upon return, our home was spotless - tidy and clean (possibly cleaner than when we left, and we tried really hard!) We are games people, and Laura left us some of her favorite games to play (yay), and gifts for our pets, which were so fun to open when we got home. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Laura is absolutely one of the top sitters we've ever had, and we are so grateful for her care. She went above and beyond basic home/pet care, and her compassion shines through in all of her communications and actions. She (and Stephanie) are welcome anytime, and we (Zora and Morris especially) hope they will come stay again!

Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. Patty is the best! I’ve never used a pet sitter before and was feeling a little anxious about leaving the fur babies while I was away for longer periods of time. She sent me updates/pictures every day and from our first meeting, I could tell she was reliable and an animal lover. I’ve worked with her a couple of times now and feel at peace knowing she’s taking care of my kitties. She is wonderful and I’m so grateful that I found her!
We recently went on vacation and for the first time, our friends/neighbors were not able to care for our dogs. Our older guy, Buddy has never been in a kennel and has very high anxiety. I was so stressed about who was going to take care of them, that I had a difficult time getting excited about our trip. I found a business card for Ponderosa Patty that I got a year ago from our vet, and called her. It was short notice but she was very accommodating and eager to assist. We dropped them off the night before and she and her husband took time to talk with us so we could get to know them, their routine and to be comfortable. We had given Buddy anxiety medication and instructed Patty to give it to him when the shaking started. She constantly sent me pictures of Buddy happy and our other dog Sammy, going for walks, tails wagging. Riding in cars on her husband's lap, laying on them sleeping in their home, etc. Buddy NEVER had to have anxiety meds! They are very calm and loving with the animals and the animals knew it. I am so happy to have found Patty and will happily call her next time we need her. Thank you Patty for giving our dogs so much love and comfort and easing OUR anxieties!

She has given all of them great care and we feel very comfortable leaving them in her hands when we are out of town. We have 5 horses, 3 cats, 3 chickens, 2 dogs and a handicapped large tortoise as well as a few bee hives. Patty walks the dogs as well as feeding and watering all the animals. The name is correct, Patty is the BEST pet sitter in Spokane!! My entire family recently went on vacation together so this was the first time I've ever had to use a pet sitter for my cats and looking for someone on the internet can be scary and daunting. Patty was wonderful with my 2 kitties. She accommodated the special needs of the one that is 16. I loved that she sent me pictures and texts each day to keep me informed. Amy and her team have been fantastic to work with. We depend on Amy's for midday walks, dinner feedings and occasional overnight stays. I love the texts I get with photos from walk or play. Both dogs respond well to Amy (all animals do I think!) and others on her team. They are very professional and caring. Its worth the cost to know that the dogs will be safe, cared for and loved!

Amy and her team take great care of our pets whether it’s a daytime visit and walk or an overnight stay. They are thorough, reliable and easy to schedule with. They take seriously the care of the pets they are watching over. It is hard sometimes to leave your pets behind but we feel so confident and grateful knowing they are in good hands . We always get updates and know if there ever was a problem with our dogs they would be well taken care of in our absence .
Not only are my pets family, they are "special" too - which requires just the right person who can deal with the multi-page instructions I leave and be perfectly fine with it - complete understanding. Amy herself, or one of her trustworthy sitters, does a great job with my animals. I never worry because she follows all my weird instructions, has great safety and backup protocols in place - and she keeps in contact for the whole service period so I never have to wonder how my critters are or if she's been there. This service has been the best! I recently moved and was worried because I didn’t have my pet sitter any more. I’ve used Amy’s service for my cats 5 times since moving here a year ago. They are always friendly, send me pictures at each visit. The cats are we always well cared for!
I knew Amy was someone I trusted to care for my precious animal family the minute she came over to meet them. She spent a long time chatting with me and getting to know each animal individually. She sends me photos, videos, and written text message updates after each visit. Even my most fearful cat comes out for her and allows her to pet him and play with him. She’s a true animal lover and my animals love her so so do I!
We had daily text message reports of our dog's playing and pooping. And it was clear that Amy had played with him after his morning meal because he expected us to keep up the good behavior she'd demonstrated! Clearly he wasn't just "taken care of" but loved up, and we'll be delighted to use her excellent service the next time we leave town.

We came into town for a concert and noticed last minute that we forgot our keys to lock our vehicle. Amy's Pet Sitting was called 3 hours before the show was to start, and delivered for us in a big way. The sitter was amazing, the last minute help was amazing and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Beyond 5 stars. We're indebted.

I never review anything, but the service I got from Pet Pals was beyond any expectation. If you have any pet sitting needs I highly recommend them. My two cats were happy and content when I got home and it was obvious Pam went above and beyond to keep them calm, which is no small feat for my two skittish rescue cats. I cannot stress enough how great the service was and not to mention very affordable, even for a poor graduate student like myself haha
Pam and her family have been sitting for our large dog & 2 cats since I found Pet Pals on Angie’s list in 2015. We take between 8-10 trips a year. Some are just overnight & some are weeklong. She is professional & does little extras like raising & lowering shades, bringing in mail, and moving garbage cans to protect our home.
