Heather was a pleasure to have in my home to care for my two dogs. She was interested in the fine points of their care, food, medicine, sleeping etc, with complete acceptance of their routine. Heather communicated with me daily about her day and her day with the pups, along with adorable photos so I knew what was going on at home. Before leaving, I went over a few household items, such as trash out days, yard clean up after the pups, etc. there was not an issue with following these directions. I travel alot for ski clinics, and there have been prior issues. But not at all with Heather. She was sweet and kind to me and the pups, let me know if there were food issues with the pups, if we were running low, or if one of my pups did not finish his food with medication. Also, Healther took immaculate care of my home. Sheets and towels were washed, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned. I appreciated her level of care, especially arriving home after a long travel day. I was able to come home to a perfect house, along with a thank you note from Heather. Also, Heather left me a de-brief text. Wonderful housesitter!!! I welcome Heather back next ski season....

Victoria and Hayden did a fantastic job of looking after my two aging kitties while I was away for two and a half weeks. I was particularly grateful to have such reliable sitters as one of my babies has reduced kidney function and needs extra attention and dietary supplements. Victoria and Hayden managed to give him a paste (which he hates and struggles to get away), and fiber powder (which he is also not super keen on and thus needs some coaxing) every day while I was away and never expressed any difficulties. At one point, Bailey was eating less than normal and they let me know and together we tried another approach to get him interested in his food again (which worked and they let me know how he was doing). Communication was good before, during and after the trip. I really appreciated Victoria and Hayden making the extra effort to arrive the day before my departure so that we could meet and go over the cats' routine together. It was immediately evident to me that they would take good care of my two kitties and look after the house, and that is exactly what they did! Not only did Victoria and Hayden do a good job cat and housing sitting, but they were also incredibly understanding when the hot water heater stopped working and we were unable to find a solution to the problem working together over the phone (indeed it ended up needing to be completely replaced!) Overall, a great experience for both the kitties and me and I hope they come back again in the future!

Holy cats, did Amparo ever save the day. I had another sitter ghost me last-minute and I reached out to Amparo (who had stayed at my house at a previous sit and lived nearby) the night before I was supposed to travel. Amparo responded immediately and said she could arrive by noon the next day. You can imagine the enormous relief I felt, knowing Paloma's care was going to be covered by a kind, communicative, reliable sitter. I returned home to a happy cat and a clean home. Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people.
